These people are morons ! Ordered a footlong philly steak and added banana peppers, onions ( which would be more onions) and mayo. Just to get it home to have 3 banana peppers and onions on it. When I called to talk to a manager, the girl lied and said she was the manager. When I told her the issue, she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted it made the way its made, I've got to tell them that. I told her if I didn't want something on it I would have told her without. She said I gave to let them know to make it the way it's made. Good lord, if this is a manager, then she is a moron ! By the way, all of my calls are recorded. So if the real subway management wants to hear the call, let me know !!! All these bad reviews, where is corporate ???

This place is super clean and with the new renovations it is absolutely beautiful. The food is fresh and you have plenty of options from the menu to choose from. They have wraps, subs, and salads. The staff is very nice and work hard to get your order correctly. You can order online, from the app, by phone, drive-thru, and inside. The outside seating is a great bonus.

Placed an order through the app for "curbside", but was told I had to come inside when I arrived. Curbside orders were in bags on a rack in the dining area with customers walking around them as well as flies flying. Also paid for double meat and barely had any.

Having given up on Subway a while back because, frankly, whether it was Georgia or California, they just plain sucked, my family and I have recently returned to patronizing this restaurant chain here in South Carolina. We still don't trust the cookies anymore, but we have to admit, the sandwiches have been pretty good here in S. Carolina this summer. We'll see.

Worst ever at any restaurant. They mixed up our take out order. We called and the manager was rude and said to bring the order back. My wife did and the manager was rude, loud and tried to embarrass her in front of everyone. Even the other employees were standing around rolling their eyes. You need to hire adults when you do I may bring my business back. Last year over $1000 spent at Union Subway not again.

Food as usual is great. Standing in line for 10 minutes is not when 2 employees are sitting in cars in parking lot on cell phones and act put out when called in to help.

doesn’t seem to matter if you order online or in the store, sandwiches are still wrong. Over a week ago my online order had items on the sandwich I didn’t select, my coworkers bread was toasted and that wasn’t requested. Today I went in and ordered my food and I didn’t realize until I got back to work and eating that they didn’t put some of the stuff on my sandwich I’d asked for. Both times, got 2 cookies, they are hard as a rock. I know they use the ones from the day before first but this is ridiculous. Over all the store is clean, 2 of the girls could work on customer service. But it’s Union ya get what ya get.

Everything was good!!! The store looked clean and the employees were nice, friendly and helpful!!! I got a sandwich to go and it was delicious!!! I will go back again and would be happy to recommend Subway to everyone 🙂😊🙂

We walked in there were 4 employees making sandwiches, They did not greet us. Then one finally said what are you having. I asked the young lady not to chew gum while preparing my food because it is food safety violation. She went to the back and spit it out.

Awesome place. Love subs of course, kids don't like kids meal toys..but they'll grow out of that... There s one guy there at night, I think a manager, if not, he should be. He's does a great jobs. No matter how big my order is (even in drive thru) he gets it right, smiles, and still has great attitude! He needs a raise or promotion or something... can't find many fast food restaurant workers like that. When u do, keep em...always good and helpful for your business.

Really Bad service today, usually great not today. The Lil lady making the sandwich was grouchy as heck. Didn't know what went on sandwich. When it was time to ring up the order the guy didn't know how. We told them we got the special they rang it up full price.

This place is the luck of the draw, it all depends on who you catch behind the counter. It's easy to see that some employees enjoy their job while others "checked out" long before they clocked in.

This place is TERRIBLE. I've tried chance after chance to eat here and every time it's horrible. I'm so tired of paying 11$ for absolute TRASH. Every sub I've tried has been terrible. I ordered for 2 other people also and they had to throw their food away cause it was so nasty. I wouldn't suggest going here if you're in union.

I would not recommend ordering online as ive ordered 3 times from this location and every time my order is wrong, I even confirm my or order number at the drive through and each time its still wrong. I honestly would not order anything from here as each time my sandwiches, have been half made. Not sure if this store is corporate or a franchise owner, either way the place sucks.

Usually great place to eat, but the past almost year I order double meat and extra olives but still get regular everything but still get charged double and they keep getting slower at drive through service. Almost makes me want to go to Spartanburg.
