Í needed to get a spare key for my car (1999 model). They found a key and had me test it. It started my car but it got stuck in the ignition with my car running and wouldn't shut it down or come out. I was very impressed with how hard they worked to extract it and how they knew what key blank to use on my older car.

My wife just left out there after buying a thermostat and the employee told her if it wasn't the problem that she could return it as long as she had the receipt. She did just that for the owner lewis to embarrass her in front of customers saying people like us shouldn't buy things when we don't know what we're doing. I called him back for him to not apologize and I begged him to talk to a man like that instead of my wife he hung up like cowards such as this does.

Always a good trip when heading to Ace. I've known the folks there for many years, and they're always greeting you with a smile and a helping hand.A breath of fresh air when you're used to the big box stores everywhere else.A bonus, usually if you are having trouble figuring out exactly what you need or how to do something, there is someone there that has insight into getting the job done.

Been in the store many times before but today was different 2 employees standing in front of the store as you walk in no one greeted me no one offered to help me just blank stares (they were white btw) lady walks up greets me helps out (black lady) white man 2 whote men walk in store they're greeted and helped no problem they'll never get another penny out of me and i guarentee eveybody with good review are white facts
