Water fountains not working in the front of the store. I've asked three managers for 2 years, that they get turned on. 70+ish short gray hair cashier told me on Monday April 29? 2024 that "they are still turned off to protect us from covid". Interesting that the water fountains in the back of the store by those bathrooms are working. I called corporate's office and a young kid hung up on me. Go to management and they don't do anything. They'd rather move stuff around in the store and leave the prices off.

My recent visit to this Walmart location left me quite annoyed. The store’s condition was far from satisfactory, with unattended spills on the floor and shelves that appeared unkempt and filthy. The shelves were brown! Employees seemed to standing around without addressing these issues. And also there’s no need for dogs to be in this store unless they are service dogs. Not a positive shopping experience at all. It would be greatly appreciated if management could focus on improving these areas and making a more hygienic shopping environment for our community.

No cashiers, no help and plan on 20 minutes trying to spend money there. Also employees, taking up every aisle fulfilling on line orders. They are robots just push you out of the way to do their job. I am done with them. All corporate greed, no concern for customers.

This Walmart is the best one to shop at in my area. It's clean, the isles are spaced out well, and the products I shop for are always in stock. My husband uses the money center frequently and they always have him out in a timely manner. The employees are for the most part helpful and friendly when it comes to customer service.

I live in this area, so this Walmart is my usual go-to for things that I need to get quickly. I do love that this store still sells fabrics, but when I stopped by on my way home to purchase two yards of a material I needed for a wedding this weekend, I had a terrible experience.I only intended to run in, get my fabric cut, and leave in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, the fabric table was being used to store random, miscellaneous items and there was no employees in the general area to flag down. (At one point I thought for sure that I had seen an employee coming my directon, but turn around and start walking the other way when she saw me) I had to walk to the front to ask for help, and I was redirected to the service desk. After standing in line there, I was told by an employee that someone would be paged to help me, so I walked back to the fabric table.I stood there for another 15 minutes waiting for the page, or help of any kind. When nothing happened, I went to electronics, where I found another employee. I explained that I had been waiting for about 25 minutes for someone to come help me with my fabric and I was still waiting.The employee informed me that everyone was probably on their meal break. I explained that I still needed help regardless, so she personally used the page system herself. Again, I returned to the fabric desk, where I waited another 15 minutes.Nobody ever came to help. I spent a total of about 45 minutes in the store just trying to get some help. After talking to three employees, I was frustrated and done. I was not able to purchase my 2 yards of fabric at this Walmart.Instead, I went to Hobby Lobby where the service was excellent, and there was even a little bell to ring for service.I do not recommend coming here, especially if you need fabric. I was so happy that this Walmart still sold fabric, so I was very disappointed when I couldn't get what I needed.

Alright, let me set the scene for you. We’re talking about the Walmart Super Center, the retail giant where you can get everything from A to Z, and I mean everything. You walk in there and it’s like stepping into a consumer paradise, baby. The lights are bright, the aisles are wide, and the deals? They’re hotter than a summer day in the Sahara.Now, let’s talk about the selection. You want electronics? They got ‘em. Fresh produce? Aisle 5. Clothes that won’t break the bank? Check. And toys? Man, they got more toys than Santa’s workshop on Christmas Eve. It’s like they took the mall, crammed it into one building, and slapped a big ol’ yellow smiley face on it.But hold up, it ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes you find yourself wandering around like you’re lost in the Bermuda Triangle, trying to find that one item you came in for. And the lines? Whew, you better pack a lunch and a dinner, 'cause you might be there for a minute. And let’s not forget about the parking lot – it’s like playing real-life Frogger trying to get to your car.Now, the employees, bless their hearts, they’re working hard. But sometimes it feels like you need to send out a search party to find one. And when you do, they’re as helpful as they can be, considering they’re covering like, what, five departments each?But here’s the real talk – the prices. You can’t beat 'em. It’s like they’re giving stuff away. You go in for a loaf of bread and come out with a flat-screen TV, because why not? It was on sale.Walmart Super Center is the heavyweight champion of the retail world. It’s got its quirks, sure, but at the end of the day, you leave with your wallet feeling a little heavier and your shopping list all checked off. And that, my friends, is the Walmart way. Peace out.

I don't like any store where it's primarily self check. You pay people to monitor what I check, but you can't pay them to do the checking. Makes no sense. Plus, prices don't come, but I do the work of the cashier. Where is the savings? If I have a couple of items,nuts ok. But I refuse to shop for my major purchases there anymore. At least Aldi's checks, and their prices be are considerably cheaper, and their products are excellent.

Super friendly and kind staff. Nothing but good things to say about their Walmart Plus delivery staff. Almost never any issues and even the only issue I had was during the Christmas holidays and even then, they were kind and apologetic!

Tucked into the Blue ridge mountains this Walmart has a beautiful view of the mountains in it's parking lot. I do appreciate the layout of where the food and deli is and where auto parts are located. It's easy to find items that you're looking for very simple layout. All the people at the tire center are really great and work very hard to get your car taken care of quickly I've used them so many times throughout the years. While you're waiting for your car to be fixed stop on over to the subway that is conveniently located inside of Walmart. There is curbside pickup online shopping pickup available. This particular location works very hard to keep the shelves stocked as they have prepared ahead of time with storage containers in a small area of their parking lot. And this particular location has a fair amount of cashiers available so you're not waiting too long.

Stood in line for 30-40 minutes waiting to check out, turns out the lane is cash only. Considering there was no signage until you got to the self checkout (where there was only one station), I asked to be moved to the front of another line or be checked out somewhere else. Associates were unwilling to do anything about it when I asked.

I drive about 15 minutes to this Walmart instead of shopping at Walmart in Taylors (less than 5 min. away). This Walmart usually has what I'm looking for, several registers are usually open and the employees are nice. The Walmart in Taylors has ripened into a getting walmart!

The mechanics are very nice. And they are five in number. And so they can handle more business than they are getting. And they seem to be very quick. And good work also. I suggest if you need tires and you don't have a Walmart close to you that this one is worthwhile. The mechanics are excellent.

If your store closes at 11 then it closes at 11. Don't close your doors at some random undisclosed time not allowing customers in. I shouldn't be greeted at 10:45pm, with someone telling me I cannot come into the store to quickly purchase a single item.

This place is hard to say there a handful full of people that work there that should get rewarded on there kindness and customer service that makes it to check out I not sure of all the names one is Tory csm. He may have a different title now Mrs Georgia Tammy in Pharmacy Sarah the pharmacist the gentleman pharmacist there’s more don’t know names same up front a few up front have been there a while and older But this store needs work on a lot of things of emit he has been there since it opened in October 1988 I work there then just remember to take care of the ones that have been there and know how to do there jobs don’t forget get they should be able. To do and take time off if needed and not work to death because of the ones that don’t do there job because the good workers that’s been there get stuck doing slackers jobs to and get burned out because they will be there when all the other are gone but one day they my be to remember even in work field treat them how you would won’t to be don’t forget get the best part of your team the others will come and go. And I know it’s not hard to need them more you know you can count on them.

During a routine shopping trip, we stopped in electronics for office supplies. When we asked the associate to unlock the cabinet, she was incredibly rude. She even looked us up and down and continued doing what she was doing, for a good 30 seconds, before stomping to the locked cabinet. It's always been customary to pay at that register, and when I asked if that's what we needed to do, she just rolled her eyes and said "I don't care". Not to mention, that there was a child with me who was very uncomfortable, not only because of her attitude, but her overall appearance.She looked strung out and crazy 🤷‍♀️ I was polite and pleasant the entire time, so the disgusting attitude was completely unnecessary. Just one of several associates who need a hard wake up call on how to properly interact in the world 🙄 I would have loved to let your store manager know, however, there never seems to be one available 🤷‍♀️

I love Walmart, but management has work to do here.This location is consistently underwhelming. The return line frequently looks like this (see photo), while the checkout lines breeze through in a few mins. They need more people trained to alleviate the long lines. Literally 10+ different parties waiting in line for 20+ minutes. They should shut down a cashier & move them here ASAP. I asked a cashier to call for help, but she wasn’t helpful at all. Just said only a few are trained to do that and didn’t offer to call a manager, even after I requested it. Then, so tried calling the Walmart main phone #, but it just rang and rang. Again, underwhelming.Additionally, restrooms are frequently disgusting, which with small children in tow, isn’t an option.Some say “you get what you pay for” with Walmart, but I doubt corporate believes that, and neither should this stores management.
