The store is newly remodeled with a very nice outdoor plant addition added on in 2023. Unfortunately they still are not keeping up with inventory and a lot of the products are often out of stock, which forces me to go home and buy it on Amazon after wasted trips.

Every time I go into this store, which is quite a lot, the employees are extra nice and extra helpful! Especially an employee named Jimmy! He's there every time I've been, I think, and he has helped me with whatever I was looking for, buying or taking to my car! A great employee!

The staff here is super wonderful, but this location are always out of inventory. Horse feed is always low I just don't understand why I have to drive somewhere else to get product because this location is historically low on inventory

Tractor Supply Co. is well stocked for Spring gardening supplies. Plus, they have great prices on many items. They have a large selection of clothing and have added more items to their store.

Gave my dogs a bath. The dog bathing area is great . Big bath for dogs. They walk in shut door behind a them . 5 different kinds of shampoo and couple conditioner. Dryers and grooming table,brushes,and combs. Oh lots of nice towels.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to one of the best team members TS has ever had , JIMMY! He’s always so even kiln, kind , and goes out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of! Last week I went into my TR store and could not get clarification about another Mr Heater like I bought last fall for my home as a back up source. I wanted to put yet another one downstairs in the basement, and I really wanted the deal that if you bought the heater , the $40 blower was included for free! Same deal as last year, I voiced this to jimmy as he was filling several 20 lb cylinders and he’s like , he had rang one up earlier and no charge for blower. Not only did he listen as he was pumping propane, he radioed inside and had everything at register for me and even loaded it for me! Hats off Jimmy for a great job from a very appreciative customer . Tory , it would behoove you to keep this young man happy, he’s a valued asset for your store and our community!

We shop at this location almost every week for our animal and homestead needs. The employees are more like family friends now. I love seeing them when we go in. They remember us and treat us like family. We always get exceptional service when needed and bonus tidbits of knowledge from experienced individuals. Kim is one of my favorite customer service ladies. She always has us laughing.

So last week I stopped by here and talked to a manager named Jimmy. I told him I needed to buy a trailer (first time buying a trailer). I had no idea what I was doing or what to ask but Jimmy was very knowledgeable and helped me through most of the process. He even helped me apply for a credit card to finance it. Well anyway I was not able to get it that day, but I came back this morning and bought it. This time it was Melissa who helped me. I actually live in Greer and I could have went to the TSC in Greer and got it but I decided to drive back to TR because I liked how I was treated and everybody was knowledgeable and helpful. THANK YOU JIMMY AND MELISSA!

Vendor delivery- my company scheduled a delivery to this location. 6 hour drive only to find out the store is closed and no one is working. Now the third delivery truck is here! No contact to shippers about closing for any reason. No notes on doors or anything. I understand stuff happens. But some correspondence for those of us that live by miles or minutes would be nice. Bad business practice if you ask me.

I popped in here to refill some propane tanks after researching local pricing and availability. The propane price is hands-down the best around! The store has a great variety of home and garden products, with many farming supplies. The clothing section has well made garments built for purpose.My only concern was the lack of basic hardware. I needed some light switches for my workshop and they carried zero electrical hardware. Still, they DO stock a great selection of outdoor items and supplies. Fencing, cabling, turning blocks, etc.A great store to poke around in, and I would shop there regularly if they provided a handicapped electric cart. Still I give them two thumb's up for a well-designed, pleasant and friendly shopping experience.

Helpful employees if you can find any. Adequate selection of home improvement, garden, and pet items. The store is dimly lit and constantly seems like it's about to go out of business. More lighting would make a difference in shopper comfort.

So……my daughter ( who’s 4 months pregnant ) has her husband stop by to pick up some chicken feed, which they have been buying from ts since March 2020 Either here or Greer.So my son in law is looking for assistance for picking up the aforementioned feed and the wonderful ts employee during the conversation stated “I’m sorry I didn’t think a person of color would be own chickens” WHAT??2021 America????? Are you serious??If I was there I would have been thrown out and or arrested!! I’m ashamed outraged and angry.No excuse, no reason. I’m a business manager, have been for over 30 years. Shame on you.12/14/21 and no one had contacted myself my daughter and or her husband!!!Guess the sign should say “tractor supply” we only like you if your white.

Poor customer service. They do not know how to handle inventory. Jimmy and Nicole the managers were not helpful and refused to give me district manager contact information. Ordered two items totaling over $200 . They cancelled my order but my money has not been returned to my account and they told me SOORY it will take 3-5 business days to settle. So I am penalized for their inventory control mistake!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Great selection pertaining to what I normally go there for as in dear hunting supplies / equipment and food / nutritional supplies for the deer. The only issue that I've had with Tractor Supply is the manager I'm not sure exactly of his name as I'm sure there are more than one so not all of them are this way but this one particular manager I would say he is in his late 40s early 50s and wears glasses kind of slender in build is not very much a people person and not very friendly at all. I mean I'm not asking for a pat on the back and for you to continuously shake my hand all the way around the store but when someone ask you a question or needs help you're the main one that should be there to answer all questions and help with anyting a customer needs without having to be rude about it. Other than that I'm not had an issue with any of the middle and upper SC Area locations

These guys have great customer service and are always willing to assist. I usually need some obscure hardware and they typically have it or something similar that I can make work. They don't have an enormous selection of horse related products but they have enough to keep us out of trouble. On this trip I picked up ice wraps for my horses legs.

Looking for certain non seasonal mower. None had in stock. Called travelers rest store. The lady I talked to had one other model. She was very nice so I decided to drive 30 miles and get it. All other associates in store were friendly an very helpful.

This location has the best customer service. Tyler and Seth were so nice and helpful. Tyler loaded three 50 pound bags of corn onto my cart and when I was at the check out line Seth volunteered to load them in my car!

They are nice, my dog is allowed (love that) and they have what I needed for a puppy pen! Nice Nick nacks for rustic home decor, cute country/farm toys for kids, and they have serviceable items for farm, home, outdoor, and animals domestic and farm alike. Oh and guardenning!

I am a regular TSC shopper, at Easley. I will never shop at the TR store again. Not impressed at all. They won't price match from store to store. The over all feel of the store was bad.

Great store, sadly cannot give 5 stars. Went to return a Spot Light and was unable too because I didn’t have my receipt. Disappointed, because I have been able to return items without receipts in the past. I am a frequent customer that goes in there to to spend hundreds every few weeks for farm supplies. That manager was rude and unhelpful.
