Ingles is a very nice grocery store. Their prices tend to be higher than other stores in the area, but they have great quality foods in general. They don’t always have the brands of certain items we normally buy, but they come through when we need a supplemental shop.

No Ingles is great but this is one of the worst. Customer service is hard to find and few people know the inventory. Their self checkouts crash for silly reasons and so take more time to use. When I complained recently and asked why other stores don't have this many problems I was told by a manager, under his breath and I'm paraphrasing, just not to bother shopping there! Nice.

Unfortunately, have to revise my review.Went in today to grab a few steaks, waited at the butcher counter for about 10 minutes, nobody helping customers. Saw associates walking around in the butcher area talking to each other, but not helping customers. Continued waiting with two other customers, only for all three of us to walk off because we got tired of nobody even acknowledging our existence.Fortunately, Publix and bilo aren't far away.

All the live flowers looked droopy and wilted. Soil was dry. The cut flowers looked terrible as well.The cheese/broccoli soup looked as though it had been sitting there on high temp for days. The broccoli had cooked down to mush , and the overall soup had a brownish color. I passed on all the soup.

Staff isn't always very friendly, BUT this Ingles in Cherrydale has a fantastic selection of international foods compared to any other grocery store in the area. They also have a great meat market.

I moved down here from Florida and my visit to this store was very unpleasant. when i first visited this store I started with the bathroom, woman's bathroom where so nasty no paper towels to dry my hands the employees don't wash there hands nor take off there aprons. i ordered rice from the deli and it was chewy. i went to meat department and a the old man that was working was coughing with out covering his mouth and he was in the meat cutting area cutting up meat. i think all employees should wear face mask while cutting meat and produce. i was at check out and my cashier was name Heather she was so sweet and kind.

I am never disappointed when I go to an Ingles market. The produce is always fresh, well stocked, and maintained. Likewise the meat department is clean and well stocked with the cuts of meat I buy. I use a lot of #bison, #lamb, #salmon and other #grainfeed, #wild caught, #organic foods.Some of the friendliest store employees work with this organization. I can always find what I need either by following the signs or getting help from an eager employee. The whole store is clean and well appointed.Thank you, Ingles, for providing this "out of towner" a clean safe place to shop.

Love Ingles grocery store, they have great produce and meats and a good bakery, plus you get points for gasoline and they have a pharmacy and you get points for all which gives you a cheaper price for gasoline !

I did an online order for first time with ingles market in travelers rest sc. The curbside mgr silvia messaged me that they was out of a product I ordered. She subs for me at no charge. Later upon arriving home it was noticed that the product subed was diet. I don't drink diet and neither does my son. I brought this to her attention and she went above and beyond to make sure my order was corrected and agreed to an exchange and I didn't even have to get out of my car. People like her is a rare find and deserves the recognition deserved. Thank you Silvia.

This Ingles store is always very clean and the staff is very nice. We only buy produce, fish and chicken and this store has fresh organic options. They also have a surprisingly good selection of vegan and gluten free foods. I have found their fruit and vegetable selection be better than Publix and possibly better than Whole Foods at a fraction of the price. We couldn't ask for a better local grocery market!

This store still has "manned" checkout lines that I appreciate when doing a weekly or bi-weekly shopping (primarily to avoid lifting heavy stuff out of and back into a cart). The store also now has curbside pickup which I plan to use the next time. The produce section is great and they have a good selection of organic and plant-based choices. The non-dairy choices in the dairy section are good, too.

Prices are extremely high on groceries. The cooked meals are delicious and good prices. Inflation is crazy now days. I'm not bashing Ingles, just disappointed in prices that I'm used to.... They went sky high. Like gas prices, mercy. Clean and well organized non the less. Expected but mad🙏❤️

I had a miscommunication with the bakery department when I tried to order a cake. I called back and spoke with Ginger. She went out of her way to make it right. I was able to pick a a beautiful cake when I needed it. The cake was also delicious! I really appreciate her taking of me!

I only gave 3 stars because when I entered the store there were no buggies inside. I had to go back outside to get a buggy. Prices have been going up at Ingles for quite sometime and it became worse when the upgrades were done and Starbucks added.

Ordered a white birthday cake with pink piping. received a pink cake with white trim. Didn't get upset because it was too late to redo the cake. My biggest issue was the young man behind the counter treating me as though I was an inconvenience. With the price of their products I would at least expect good customer service..

Prices are a little high but the store is convenient and staff are normally pretty nice. Over all if you are in a hurry to get food and have a little extra to spend, it's a good place to go. Or even if your not in a hurry, at least you will have a positive experience. Just make sure you have extra cash.
