DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS PLACE, MY DOG 🐩 GOT KENNEL COUGH 😷 AND I AM EXTREMELY UPSET. It’s my fault because I had a bad feeling before I took him Amber had been grooming my dog for 4 months it’s always hard to even get a answer from this place I called 4 times for days in a row she finally answered and said bring him 1/16 911 backwards that was my first sign as soon as I got him home 🏡 he started coughing I started to confront but just look 👀 at the building when you get there and the parking lot if you love ❤️ what you do you take pride in your business. Raggedy building and parking lot and the service was raggedy she has cats 🐈‍⬛ coming in and out all day no telling what they have, CLEAN THOSE NASTY 🤮 CAGES AMBER YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, ℹ definitely 💯 don’t mind having a conversation with you about the situation animals are like are kids, one thing I noticed she always sick and her kids are too so I know she isn’t cleaning properly DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A UNNECESSARY VET BILL 💵 NEVER AGAIN

Amber does an excellent job with my Maltese. If you are looking for a groomer you need to try Amber. I would give her 10 stars if possible.

I've had my dog groomed at three different local groomers and I always come back to Amber. She does a great job, she's great with the dogs and my Dog (Ziggy) told me not to take him anywhere else anymore. I think he loves Amber. I highly recommend Amber.

Amber is wonderful she does my collie and my black lab and they are never there all day.Love her work.People want to put blame on other people but make sure your dogs have all there shots and kennel cough is one.I have had my dogs at other groomers and they do have to have this shot before you can even take them in.

We took our Siberian Husky to Amber for the first time...a full bath, de-shedding, fanny, legs and underside trim and a truly sculpted derriere for our girl was very reasonable. As I was her new client, the cut was initially conservative but she asked me if it was cut back enough when I arrived to collect her. She took extra time to trim her hair shorter at my request and I had the opportunity to talk to Amber who is very chill and personable whilst Iobserved her exceptional cutting skill. The location could benefit from better street signage, a little sprucing up and a deep clean but Amber is a hard-working and busy lady...she is truly a secret-gem and her business name says it all!

She does an awesome job. My dog loves her and does really well. Plus she has the best prices than anyone else, I've ever been too. My dog is 100lbs so most places want $50+ for a basic bath. She is much cheaper and does a better job! I highly recommend her!

I called and made an appointment for my dog to get groomed, The appointment was scheduled for June. Two days before the appointment I got a google message, NO TEXT OR PHONE CALL to cancel. I messaged her back to ask when she could get him rescheduled and she said within the week, she would let me know. I said please let me know ASAP and I have heard NOTHING since. Granted she said she had Covid, BUT to NOT get back to me and reschedule is POOR BUSINESS. She obviously DIDN'T NEED THE BUSINESS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD NOT GIVE 1 STAR BUT HAD TO SO I COULD LEAVE A REVIEW.
