I am an 86 year old woman and live with my daughter in a tiny home here at Little Creek. I feel very safe, the people here are like family and our lot is spacious for our home, 2 cars a side deck, front porch and nice yard for fire pit and tee pee. It’s a terrific place if you are looking for long term that’s close to the lakes.

This is an amazing park to stay at! I called the owner on short notice and he got us in that day. We had put a deposit down for another campground but when we got there it was nothing like the website photos. Little Creek is beautiful, well kept and has a nice little dock on the lake you can fish from. There is also a very convenient dog park that our little dog enjoyed so very much. The owner, Thomas, is as nice as they come. You won't find anyone better. We stayed 3 and 1/2 months and I was sad to leave. The rates are reasonable and Thomas works very hard to make everyone comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this park and hope to stay here again someday.

We've had the pleasure of staying here for roughly 3.5 years. There are many things I can say about this place that I simple would die with the amount of time it would take me to write them all out. The owner Thomas is a very caring "landlord". Whatever needs you have or may need he goes above and beyond to accommodate you. The area is nice and quiet, in a location close to big towns, and on the lake with lake access for all your aquatic needs. The sites are clean and are spacious enough you feel like you are on your own little plot of land. There's also laundry and a bathhouse on site for any cleaning that needs to be done. 24/7 security cameras and people are always around so you never feel alone or unsafe. All in all I can't complain about this place because it was great!

We lived here for several months.. It's quiet and clean The owner and residents are friendly. Maintenance is kept up. We have access to a dock, laundry room and clubhouse. Excellent place for long term stays!!

We currently have our tiny home here and we love it. The park is clean and very well kept. Thomas is always doing new things to keep it interesting! There is a dock on the lake for your use, hiking trails, dog park, and a really nice community center for hosting events or just for your relaxation. Also, the people who live in the park full time are salt of the earth. We love being able to come up and enjoy it on the weekends! Reasonable prices as well for all that is included. Thomas is always a super nice guy and very accommodating. Don’t pass it up!

This was a beautiful place to stay with lots of amenities. The owner was so attentive with anything I needed and he was just a text away. Loved being about to walk right down to the lake and take my dog to the dog park. Highly recommend getting a spot here and checking it out :-)))

What a great place to relax and enjoy nature !! I had my RV here for over a year and it was such a beautiful experience. The people here are so nice and friendly and I never had any problems what so ever here. The owner Thomas is a super great guy !! He is always willing to help you in whatever you need. I will definitely go back there and stay again. The rates are great and so are all the amenities !! Highly recommend this beautiful place on the creek and it is also on the beautiful Lake Hartwell with a private community dock.

FIVE stars, hands down! With my husband traveling for work we have stayed at many campgrounds- saying that, Little Creek is BY FAR the most peaceful home-like atmosphere you will find! The sites are very well maintained, and the grounds are nicely kept and landscaped. The private access to the lake is also very nice! On top of how great the park is- the owners make you feel like family! They are very accommodating and go above and beyond for the tenants! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to wonder up on!

Recently had the pleasure to stay at this park and was impressed from start to finish. Upon arrival the park manager went out of his way to assist me backing in and setting up. Scenery is gorgeous and other park residents are very friendly. WiFi was really impressive for the location. Never had any issues streaming multiple devices. When it was time to depart the park manager made it a point to not only make sure everything went as smooth as possible but cared enough to check in and make sure I made it to my new destination safely. Unexpected and truly appreciated. Will definitely stay again if ever needed.

Back in the fall I found this site. I contacted the manager/co-owner who we will call "T", back in November. He was very informative and welcoming to questions. When I was ready to make the jump to the site in early spring, T. was once again very professional and actually remembered me from the first conversation. We set up a date and came to the place to take a look at the grounds and were beyond pleased with what we saw. Though there was construction, the place is very clean and laid out well. T. makes sure to keep things quiet during the "quiet hours" and tries his best to make every request "with-in reason" happen. The price is fair on a monthly lease, and by no means breaking the bank. Every day there is something or someone new adding to the place which just makes it that much better. If you want the short and sweet version of this rating, Little Creek RV and Tiny House Resort is a superb place for someone looking for a chill atmosphere.

We moved there from another park in SC that we were at for one month. The reason for the move is the last park we were parked in the middle of a field and there was no wifi to be had. At Little Creek we were in a very beautiful wooded lot with a view of the parks dock on Lake Hartwell. It was common to see deer and turkey pass thru our lot. We also had wifi included in the monthly fee. The fee was also less that the previous park and very reasonable. We had a laundry room just steps from our rv. The last park had none. There is also a very clean, private shower which came in handy when my rv had a plumbing issue. We were there for four months. We just bought a home in the area or we would still be there.

Little Creek RV and Tiny House Resort is my home since September. There are the best people here. This is not a children's campground except visiting. Most campers work or some of us are retired. The office Mgr and her husband (maintenance director) are excellent. The owner is great too. It is a family of campers who care for each other. The owner is taking great care of the grounds and always improving. I just put a tiny house here myself. Come see us.

Great place to get away from it all! Extremely helpful and friendly owner and guests. Definitely a little world of its own. Beautiful view of the lake, great walking trail and dock. Perfect for families or just to get away on your own! And just minutes from stores and restaurants, very convenient but secluded!! Will be coming back!

I've had my Tiny House at Little Creek for a year and a half and love it there. It's a weekend escape for me, and I just can't say enough good things about it. It's super quiet and clean, and they're always upgrading things around the park. Just awesome!!!

Absolutely love it here. Spacious sites in a beautiful setting . Ive been here when there was only one small campground and now over the past year it has grown with all spots filled. Decorating for Christmas . Thank you Thomas .

Lived there for 4 months, loved it. A bit tricky to get into the upper lots with a large RV, but everyone was really helpful and made life easy. I recommend it! Only issue is cell service is weak and Internet services are a little slow.

Only giving 5 stars so it will be seen. If you’re looking for a friendly place or a family oriented place this is NOT it. Children under 12 years old are NOT welcome here. And if you have kids older than 12 you better make sure they never make any noise whatsoever. This place is basically a retreat for the elderly. They should have this on their website so families don’t waste their time and money!

Very quiet and has the community vibe I've been looking for. Been here for 4 months now and don't plan on leaving for a while. The owners are great and maintain the property very well even with all of the construction going on with new RV lots. Very satisfied with Little Creek!

The guy who runs this place seems to believe he is above the law. The staff and people otherwise are wonderful! I'm thankful God took me to a fabulous park where I finally feel I'm home and it's not Little Creek!!!

Beautiful campground, friendly neighbors but terrible customer service. Not sure who the actual owner of the park is but the young Thomas guy is very unprofessional and disrespectful and has spoken to residents there in a very unkindly manner.
