The food,service, and the inside of the store was disgusting. The fries was sitting in a container not in the warmer. The chicken was sitting under the warmer and looked like it had been there all day. Nothing was fresh and the young lady at the counter was digging in her hair with a comb at the service counter and talking trash to another employee. She said that's all the chicken that they had and it was only 7ish but they closed at 10:00 p.m. When you walk in the cleanliness of the store looked filthy. I will never ever in my life go to Hardee's in Timmonsville South Carolina again. And the only reason why we went to Hardee's is because everything else was pretty much closed around the area.

I would leave no stars if I could. The employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude for no reason. They have a big sign saying they offer breakfast until noon everyday. I order a breakfast combo only to be rudely cut off that they are doing lunch. When I ask about the sign again im rudely cutoff and told they are doing lunch. Apparently they ran out of breakfast ingredients but instead of informing the customer of that and apologizing for the inconvenience like a normal customer service interaction they chose to just be rude to a stranger.

Food was great, but this is what I received when I asked for a large Pepsi with heavy ice, this girl gave me a coffee cup with a coffee cup lid when I questioned her she looked at me as though I had cursed her. People who are in the food industry business needs to check those long nails, the girl had on long pink nails that's outrageous working in food, where is the managers. Haven't been back can't stand it when people who work in food service and wear like they're in the club.

I ordered two milkshakes and baby this took 20 minutes. The vanilla was the same color as the chocolate and they both were the consistency of water. Hell the so call manager a van sized African American young lady with terrible customers service skills took 20 more minutes to run me a refund because she was too busy on her cell phone. I hope they close this rachet abomination or get self checkout. From the looks of the reviews only white people get good food or service at this location.

The female at the drive thru is always rude. Her attitude screams ‘I don’t want to be here today!’ We ordered 3 combos plus extra and we received 2. When we mentioned this, the female at the drive thru rolled her eyes, and yelled ‘PULL UP’. After waiting for more than 7 minutes, I went inside. Only to be greeted with more attitude. I ended up also waiting an additional 5 minutes because they couldn’t get my very basic order correct. I do not recommend this location for Sunday morning breakfast,

I love the morning crew especially, but all of them are polite and pleasant. The food is fresh and out quickly.Always smile and ask how your fast food drive thru workers are doing, they're human too

I went through the drive thru on 12/2/22 and purchased a breakfast sandwich. Before I could get out of the driveway I checked the sandwich and it was cold. I parked and took the sandwich in. The older lady inside told me that I had to be lying because she didn't serve any cold food. After a minute of exchanges between her and myself I just said nevermind forget it, because she was carrying on so bad telling me that I brought in a sandwich from the day before. The young lady at the counter working tried to tell her that I just came through the drive thru and she yelled at her to shut up. There was a lady in line behind us that told me not to leave until I got my sandwich corrected or until I got my money back. They finally gave me a hot sandwich but not after further saying more. Definitely was not expecting to have to deal with that first thing in the more.Dietary restrictions: I do not eat cheese.

At 8:05 March 29 Wednesday work was being done to directly beside and infront of drive through ordering area with multiple workers blocking the area and from ordering due to noise etc I pulled up to the window and told lady she was giving me the nasty look j have ever received like i comited a crime an then answered with an attitude that i needed to drive around that she was busy and it was gone be a minute and said to drive back around that the drive through was working I then Left why would I drive all the way back around whe. I could have waited and she could have took my order there I couldn't not order at the drive through because of the workers noise and all going on plus who wants to order with people standing directly beside your vehicle window listening yo your entire order and all this isn't the first time workers have been rude to me at this specific harders I will not be going back in dine supporting this hardees I'll drive 17 mins to the other one or eat McDonald's I really hope this worker is reprimanded you don't talk to people the way she looked and talked to me

Almost every time I go there my foods never fresh they tend to give you cold fries alot & the hot ham & cheese is over cooked alot the nuggets aren't cooked long enough & when u ask can the cook your food fresh they tell u its already fresh when it's not. You have to b there right when lunch begins in order to get it fresh it not njoy your cold meal. Hardee's n Timmonsville SC has very poor service

The service is good but when you know that the place is not supposed to close until a certain time they close it ahead of time so therefore that's the only time that service is not good and sometimes you have to keep repeating your order over and over but the food is good there as long as they do your food right and the way you want it

Ordered a large and got a large fry box that had less then a small. It was flattened out. I'm confused on how I pd the same amount for 2 small meals and went back a wk later and got 1 LG meal and 1 small meal and it was the exact same price. They were nice and corrected the mistake and fill up the fry container but how does some one do that and not notice?

I want to the Hardee's in timmonsville South Carolina.. they still had the breakfast menu up for said we could not order... We ordered two orders a double cheeseburgers with fries and drink.. the french fries tasted old.. double cheeseburgers tastes like they're yesterday's and just warmed up.. we got a lemonade that was so sweet and couldn't drink it... And a Sprite tasted off... Like not a Sprite...I don't think we'll be returning.. ever..Since it was the beginning of lunch time. At 10:55 am🤔 . I really expected to get better food and it to be hot and fresh which it was not...

We had to wait forever for our food, while people behind us were getting theirs and driving away. All we ordered was two hamburger combos and a ham and cheese combo, which we didn't get one order of fries.

If there was a way to give 0 starts for this place I would. This is absolutely the worst place to eat in Timmonsville. They rarely get my order correct and 85% of the time our food is cold. Both managers & employees could definitely use more extensive training in customer service. They tend to sling your food at you instead of handing it to you. I’ve NEVER had one employee say “Thank you” when slinging my food at me. We live 2 minutes away & we would rather drive 15-20 minutes to the neighboring town to get hot delicious food.

My two piece chicken snack for $5.50 was cold.and dry and it wasn't like they were busy. I specifically asked that it be hot since you can never assume that. I fed it to my dog because I couldn't eat it.

Was driving from one home visit to another the second one in Timmonsville area and I figured I'd just pull in and get something quick. I'm pretty articulate and ordered french fries a large order and also the number 6 pretty much a basic Burger I ended up getting two orders of fries and a burger that I didn't order with a $12 tab. Not exactly sure what the reason for the problem was with the order as we all know I'm just a pretty articulate and easy-going sort of guy I do speak in a rather just distinct fashion. Maybe that irritated them especially when I have to ask them would you please slow down and speak clearly. I guess sometimes I don't go over well. Whatever happened the people on the other side of the speaker being polite and patient and civil.

I really love Hardee's food but this time around it was a problem from this restaurant that I'm not going to say. Some of the chicken was over cooked or under the light too long until it was hard. Beside that problem is was good/okay to eat.

This Hardee's has lost its way.Used to be a good burger chain.However now every time I go in sit for 20 min waiting for 4 burgers and two fries. Then when I got my food it was cold and then she forgot to give me my change from the 20Well she can keep it as a tip.Tip: find another job ,step up

The food SUCKS!!! Every time I go there my food is barely Luke warm. When I open my sandwich within 30 seconds my bun is cold and hard and then the hamburger is cold. Usually the burgers are so sloppy that when you take a bite everything falls out of it. And I don't know what is up with there ketchup but it is so runny that its just like water. Guess they are trying to save money watering it down. Serving cold hard buns, and sloppy food. They need a whole new crew of workers and managers. The food sucked, oh yeah even my fries were cold. And. Could not get ketchup on them from it running off. Do not recommend going there. And I went at 12:30. The food should have been fresh and warm at lunch time.

When in that area of the State I will drop by a drink and sometimes a snack. Their food is way over priced, but that goes for all of their stores. A real negative on the wallet.Service is so-so. I find it kind of slow. The dining area is smaller then most of their locations, why I can't figure out, so it doesn't take much to fill up the place or seem very crowded.

I bought the Hot dog combo,..with an extra hot dog,..Could have been a bit warmer but the restaurant was clean and the manager on duty didn't mind table touching,..Checking with random guest to see how their meal was .The table touching made an impression on me and I wasn't expecting that frm a visit at Herders..
