Very friendly staff. Went to get some fish. One of the better kept fish sections I’ve seen in a commercial store. The worker cared about what he was doing. Asking questions about the tank I was putting the fish into. Making sure the fish would be well accounted for.I can respect that.

Carter was given to the smallest groomer in the salon. We never got any phone calls or anything until he was ready to be picked up. The picture attached is what Carter looks like now at the end of November in the cold. He was SHAVED. The reason given was “he was too matted” and “he was hard to handle”. Nowhere was it discussed that they needed to shave Carter. We have been getting him groomed and he’s actually been very matted before when we were late on his grooms and still didn’t need to be shaved then. This was purely inexperience and laziness. He wasn’t even shaved well as you can see from the picture. I was contacted by the store manager who acknowledged this not what was expected but only offered 50% off the next appointment or 50% refund. I want ALL of my money back and an apology for shaving my dog in WINTER because you have an inexperienced groomer on staff. Now when his fur comes back in it’s unlikely that he’s going to have the same fur pattern which was very unique and the reason we kept him longer.

I got a ball python unexpectedly this week, and I had no clue what I was doing when it came to heat/humidity. I came in to the store Friday night and didn’t find the answers I wanted, but still got the things I thought I’d need. Saturday morning, I came back and spoke with raven. They taught me so much in a short amount of time, and helped me pick out everything I needed for my new addition. Raven is the self proclaimed “snake person” and I have to agree, my snake is now thriving thanks to them. Give raven a raise and tell ‘em thank you ! :)

Never coming back… employees always act like they know everything there is to know about the fish they offer, when they clearly don’t even know the basics like how to get the dead fish out of the tanks… also the employee who we spoke with, refused to sell us the fish that we wanted, because “she knew what was best”🙄 we will be going to petco for our future pet purchases!!!

Had to go in and get my cats prescription food . It had expired so I went to the back at Banfield pet Hospital inside PetSmart , and Lydia got both renewed for me in just a minute ( she'sawesome). Then I picked up Killer's food , both hard and canned food.He likes to have a change once in a while. Wow! Killer's food is expensive. It's always been pricey but I think they put 10 more dollars on top of the high price tag. This bag was 70 dollars. Crazy then 4 small cans of food was 13.70 they are small . But you know, I priced it with chewy within pennies of the same price. It's a conspiracy I say:)

I called at 8:30 in the morning ,grooming said just walk in and that I did not need an appointment for a nail trim. Then a girl who got there 10 minutes after me said she made an appointment 45 minutes ago on the phone and they then took her first after I had already been waiting 20 minutes I left as they were tending to the girl with the appointment so it would’ve been another 15 minutes . I will not be back. And because I questioned appointments and decided to cancel mine the girl said, thank you very much. Have a great day very sarcastically. Rude.

They need to do better with the grooming services. Can’t get a cat grooming appointment unless you look a month ahead of time and even then, they’re only available a couple days and on limited times. I’m sure they realize we don’t all have dogs.

I just brought my dogs in to be groomed, one of my dogs doesn’t get along all the time with my other dog but loves people and is not human aggressive at all so she had on a basket muzzle for both of my dogs safety (recommended by my dog trainer when I bring them to vet appointments or to the groomer.) I was told they couldn’t be seen because Ginger came in with a muzzle but yet they were allowed to put a muzzle on her inside the shop. I explained our situation and they still refused me service…. I never make negative reviews but I think that’s policy that should be reviewed or looked at differently with different circumstances, makes no sense…

Clean and love taking my kids for a free little zoo watch while I shop for what I need. Only wish they had more clothing options for my little dog. I had to shave him down and needed to buy him a few coats/sweaters and they didn’t have any or anything in XS

We have 2 dogs and a cat so we are here often. We are new to having a cat so my last experience here was getting cat supplies. The lady who helped me was super great and knowledgeable. I didn’t get her name but our cat enjoyed everything that we purchased.

Bought a couple of fish about a week ago and it infected our whole tank and killed every last fish with disease. Spent almost a hundred dollars on meds for nothing. Had our fish 2 years before this and never a issue! Don’t buy fish from them!

Was there for obedience class. Our instructor, McKenzie is fantastic and has been really helpful as our dog is deaf and so is her dog. She has been able to give us some great suggestions for hand signals and training. Also, they seem to have a few more interactive toys there to keep a high energy dog busy.

Well I had been buying my dogs food at Tractor Supply because it was cheaper than Pet Smart but they quiet carrying it in the store, so I'm back at PetSmart, it's a little bit more but they always have it in stock !!! 👍✌️

We were able to get a large Kong collar for our great dane. It's not the least expensive pet supply store, but it has a better selection than Walmart. We were able to get two dog tags with laser printing for a descent price. They could have been purchased at Amazon for less, but we used their machine to print and take home without waiting a week. The only negative was the employees trying to pressure you to join their club and provide your phone number for text promotions, even when we said we were not interested. The store is in a convenient location. The cash register line had 7-8 people in front of us, but they opened another check-out line. The employees walking around the store were courteous and helpful.

This is my favorite PetSmart to come to you as it is very clean and has a wide variety of products to choose from for many types of species of animals. I come here for my 5 dogs 5 cats and my wide variety of fish and they have a great variety for what I need for those animals.

I usually come into pet stores with anxiety because associates just ignore me and not give me any information half the time. but the gentleman that helped me with my goldfish gave me some great pointers and also knew a lot about his department. I believe his name was Raven, or something close to that. I won’t be nervous going into this petsmart ever again :) I’ll definitely be back when I have to upgrade my tank!! Love this store.
