Exceptional Customer ServiceI recently had an incredibly positive experience with Pet Wants, and I can't praise their customer service enough. I made a mistake while ordering food for my pet, forgetting to select delivery. Upon realizing my error, I reached out to their customer service team, expecting a standard response. However, what followed exceeded my expectations.Not only did they promptly respond to my inquiry, but the owner himself went above and beyond. He offered to change my order to delivery and even took the initiative to drive to my house personally. What's more, he brought along some samples so my dog wouldn't go hungry while waiting for the delivery that same day!This level of dedication and care towards their customers is truly remarkable. It's evident that Pet Wants values its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. I highly recommend Pet Wants to all pet owners in need of supplies, not just for their quality products but also for their outstanding customer service.
