I had a very pleasant experience in this Dollar General. The manager, Bridget, went above and beyond to help me and my friend with our last-minute Thanksgiving Day meal shopping. A huge thank you to her as well as her staff for always being so pleasant to do business with and having great customer service!

Self check out never works properly every time I go. Always have to wait for help. Might as well ring me up in the first place. Shevles more bare than other dg stores. Prices way to high for SSDD items.

The staff is really nice & it's decent for such a small town but they hardly ever restock. They've been out of the same items (like cat food, goody powder, cookies, ect) for a month & a half. But I live right across the street so I still go here at least once a week, what can u do...

This store was so nice when it opened, now there's just trash everywhere. Coolers leaking all over the floor. Stock and box carts cluttering the aisles. Not a nice place to shop.

FedEx secure pick pickup location. ID was presented to staff but no one went to get our pkg. Turns out the "secure" location was on the floor next to the door. No one was watching it. When confronted both the staff and manager thought this was acceptable.

They had next to nothing on the shelves, they are always out of the big box of baking soda (the last 3 times I've stopped in), and there is always stock carts all over the place. The cashier wasn't rude but she was no were near friendly either. Waving her hand like 'whatever' but not verbally responding when I asked if I could hit cancel and select cash back. Not so much as a smile.

I am having to get used to all the new faces in there it's like Management came in and cleaned house of all the store employees who I have known in there for years. The new employees seem nice enough and the store seems to be more stocked up now than it was.

I will no longer shop here. It's never stocked. I couldn't push my buggy through the store because of the bins. There are so many bins but no products on the shelves! Always a long line with poor customer service. I live in Swansea but will drive all the way to Gaston from now on.

Nasty store stock cart loaded in the isles. Need to bring repaleing equipment to get to shelves. Have just walked out and drive to the Gaston store 8 miles away. No need to complain always same answer ( to busy to stock or no help).

I've always loved the Dollar General but lately they have no products their shelves are literally empty I don't want to go there anymore because of the cashiers She's So Mean fight me all the time just to me though, cuz I've seen her be nice to other people Amanda there's not really any service there and they don't give you information on a product this is the only place I used to go and now I don't think I'm going back

I go to DG Almost Every Day. There aren't a lot of places to shop where I live. This location is old and small. However the people are Very Friendly & Helpful. It's right by my house too lol

Very disorganized every time I go. They seem to always be restocking and by doing that are blocking entire isles! Also low stock in their pantry area.

It was ok. Their shelves were not stocked well there were several on sale items that were not in stock long waiting line I am going to be looking for a different Dollar General to shop at

Its ok but half the time they have run out of the stuff that is normally on the shelf.when you go to get it they never have it stocked any more, poor selection on Dish Liquids i like buying small bottles they carrie big bottle and very few of them on the shelf, and sometimes when you go in there, get to the cash register two many people in line , till i just put my stuff back on the shelf and leave i go else where, thats in Swansea South Carolina

Dollar General is a good place to go, when a person don't have the time or the gas to go to a bigger store. Sometimes a person can find some items cheaper at Dollar General.

I'm partly disabled all the employees in store know me as I go into store at least twice a week I also have trouble breathing because of COPD all store employees go out of there way to help me get the tings I need together and help out to my car if there's more than one employee working this means so much to me to know that someone would take the time to help me not just one employee but witch ever one might be working for this reason and good sales, coupons are the reasons I shop Dollar General not Family Dollar

Cramped stock carts in all the isles made getting to products more difficult register was unmanned when i walked up. Seriously need to hire enough staff.

Long lines, place is always a mess, customers in PJs, and a girl in line need with a live snake around her neck. It's like people of Walmart in here. 🙄
