Suzette's Dog and Cat Grooming / Boarding saved our vacation!!!Our hotel changed their mind on allowing our tiny show bunny to be on property.I called Suzette and was immediately put at ease that they had space and would gladly take out bunny.Suzette and staff are awesome!They took great care of our rabbit.We had a great vacation, and so did our bunny.I can not say enough great things about Suzette's. Today we took our dog to Suzette's to be groomed. They did a wonderful job. Just exactly what we wanted. They were all very pleasant and our dog looks great.

Suzette is our go-to groomer so far. We moved to the area a year ago, sadly leaving behind the best groomer imaginable for our yorkies. We are also picky and don't want someone to just take them in, shave them, bathe them and send them back out the door. We want someone who will spend the time with each one and pay attention to the details. For the most part we are happy....except it feels somewhat rushed and like everyone gets a standard cut. I want the nails to be grinded, not cut because they come home and tear my legs up... around the face and eyes to be cleaned and ickiness around the eyes cleaned up really well. Anyway, Suzette has ALMOST hit every check mark for us. She also hired on new groomers recently, so maybe she was just overwhelmed before because she does appointments AND walk ins. Also, one day my battery died on my car and she was kind enough to bring my boy home!! I paid her extra for gas and a tip of course.....but that says a LOT. Will be looking forward to seeing how the next grooming goes since she has additional help now. Thanks Suzette!

Was last day of vacation and was leaving to head back to Virginia but wanted to go to aquarium before we did(and she really needed her nails cut anyway) we called and explained to 10 other places and couldn’t get in that day. Suzettes told us to bring her on in even after the said they was pretty much full but was able to help out and make it work. They did a great job and could tell right away my baby (LAYLA) was in good hands. Would definitely recommend this place and pay for their service again. Thanks again!!

Boarding for our 2 dogs was wonderful... Laura was so helpful and genuinely sweet! Both dogs were groomed, including nails, to perfection !

When I got my dog back he had a bald spot on the side. He also did not have his front paws clipped. This was supposed to be included in his grooming however it was not done. They did say that he was Wiggly but other groomers have been able to do him very well. I will not be going back everybody was nice but I just you know can't be paying that much for my dog and not not getting the correct service.

I had been taking my Schuzer uto Suezettes for over 4 years, been Last time I took him it was a disaster. Completely wrong cut. he was growing a Schuzer cut, and he came back almost shaved. It was a cut he had 4-5 years ago, and not since. They have been his grommer and apparently don't communicate with each other. And zo top it off, not a response from the owner after several attempts. I will be looking elsewhere.Apparently, loyal customers don't mean a thing to them.

This is the first place I have taken my dog that they have even tried to brush out his poodle curls instead of just shaving him down. (I keep him brushed so it isn't that bad and I take him often.) I have a 6 pound 12 year old malti-poo that never stops long enough for me to trim him myself. They weren't worried at all and instantly said his hair is just poodley. I am so impressed and will continue to take my dog to this great place!

Several experiences with Suzette's. I liked the convenience of no appointments but almost every time an issue. Dog came back without front nails clipped, chopped/uneven fur, and taken hours and hours to finish. Always dropped him off before 8:30 am, but he wasn't finished until 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 PM, It got later and later. Last time he was there until 5:30 PM a total of 9 hours! When I told them I was not happy with that, no apologies just an attitude. They should have called me to come pick him up if they couldn't do him within a reasonable time. Poor thing was all stressed out!!

We LOVE Suzette! We have been bringing our Bernedoodle to Suzette since moving to MB in the spring and couldn’t be happier. Not only does she have a great eye for grooming Archie just right, you can tell she really loves spending time with her clients (doggos).We are psyched about her new location which is much closer to our home.

10 out of 10 recommend. My Wendy has never been boarded. We had a all day affair to attend while on vacation. These ladies took her in as one of their own. Sent me video and pictures of my little ole lady ( she's 21). I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of her. We will be using their services again.

Love that this business allows for walk ins, no appointments necessary! The ladies did a wonderful job on my two dogs. They even fixed my mess up where I tried to groom Scooter myself because he is so old! Very professional staf! Reasonably priced! Definitely recommend!

I’ve had my puppy’s paws and legs done, but today was her first full body grooming. I was very particular about how I wanted it done because I don’t want her done the traditional way her breed is typically done. Jeanine was attentive to everything I asked for and wanted and did such a great job. And she was done promptly and not put in a crate all day, which I so appreciate. Highly recommend!

We have been using Suzette’s for a couple of years now. We absolutely love them , they call Bleu by name when he walks in and they treat him like a king. He has anxiety when going other places but he feels at home at Suzette’s. We highly recommend Suzette’s and all their staff!

Today was our first time using Suzette’s for grooming our two dogs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We have a multi-poo/shitzu and a chorkie. For seven years, groomers have told us they didn’t know how to cut our chorkie’s hair, but the groomers at Suzette’s had no problem. My dogs look amazing, and I would highly recommend Suzette’s!

I asked the attendant to open my crate from above and not to shake my 16 lb cat out and right infront of me she did! She did do a great job with nails but I didn't appreciate that. She said it was easier. There were no other customers behind me and only one dog that had been completed waiting for a pickup.

We took our 5 month old labradoodle (Pebbles) and our 9 year old one-eyed squirrel dog (Woody) for grooming. Woody sheds terribly and they managed to get him down to minimal shedding - which is saying a lot, there seems to be no limit to his shedding. They cut Pebbles' hair exactly like we asked, both the length of her body hair and the way they cut her head and face. They did a great job, the price is fair, and they're always pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Zero stars if I could. We wanted to get our cat’s claws trimmed and not stress her out too much so made an appointment with mobile service a week in advance. Appointment was for around 1100 and they would call day of to let us know when on their way. When 1100 came and no show or call I called the office - I was told that she didn’t have our address with her as our name and address was on the desk there - told she would be back in area around 1230 or 1 and would call us then about coming later in the afternoon as had been a crazy day. After 1 o’clock and no call or anything I called again. This time I was told she hadn’t gone back to office but person had talked to her and she would be back in area around 330 or 4 and she would message her and have her call us then. 4 o’clock came and no call or show so I gave up. I get that things happen and maybe not able to make appointment but should have told us that - certainly should have called to let us know rather than just stringing us along all day. I guess they have enough business that they aren’t concerned with getting new customers or doing a small job like this.

Please note- Google has an incorrect address. Correct is 640 US Business 17 in Surfside, SCHad never used a groomer for a cat. Appt was quickly scheduled and likewise service was quick. Not sure if fee charged is standard for cat grooming. When cat was finished Suzette texted pic of finished cat! Very cute.

I literally called around 8:30am and they said I could bring my puppy. They were done with her within a hour and a half! She’s a 3 month old goldendoodle and she looks amazing! I recommend them %100!

We love Ms Suzette. Our golden doodle does not love to be groomed so Ms Suzette just loves her through the process and is very efficient and does an awesome job!
