We took our Mini Goldendoodle there for a grooming yesterday. She did a fantastic job. It is apparent thet she takes her time and does a meticulus job. Also, it seemed like a nice environment for our dog.

Just took my chihuahua Fendi there an they were amazing people very friendly, an took very good care of my fur baby would highly recommend to anyone.Took Fendi back today for his nails Truely amazing people who work there they are so friendly an actually take the time to talk an get to know you. This is the only place I will come back to again an again. Katie is awesome an amazing groomer an all the staff I have met I love them all

Katie is simply the best! She's done a wonderful job helping our giant baby get used to nail trims-- and that's no easy feat with a 95lb, 6 month old Great Dane that does NOT want his nails sanded 😂. She connects with dogs so easily and somehow knows exactly what they need to make their experience as stress-free as possible. Your dogs are in great hands with her. Hammond gives four paws up! 🐾🐾

They groomed my standard poodle (doodle cut)several months ago & Jack looked great. This time, not so much!! First, I had an appt on July 3 at 1--door was locked--no one was there. So I called & left a message but no one ever called back. Stopped in there a few days later & the lady said 'let me make it up to you' so I made an appt for July 10 at 11. My boy was there 7 hours, unbelievable!! His cut is horrible--uneven & his feet were to be shaved but his back feet still had a lot of hair between his toes. His ears were still dirty & not cut the way I asked. They had the nerve to charge me $100--definitely didn't get a tip. All I got was excuses of a difficult dog they had to deal with which wasn't my problem. Not sure what their issues are right now but I don't recommend this business at all.

I was looking for a new groomer as I haven't had much luck in the past and I'm fairly new to the area. Everyone was friendly and outgoing. They were wonderful with my dogs. They both looked beautiful after their grooming and all the accompaniments. The shop was clean and smelled nice. They were very responsive to my questions, concerns and needs. I will definitely be using their services again.

Katie has been grooming my fur babies for quite some time now, and she always take care of them like they are her own! It makes it so much more comforting to leave them with someone I know will take good care of them, and she does such an amazing job every single time. Jade is always so sweet when you go in and she also treats them like they are family. Highly recommended!! <3

I called earlier in the week to see if we could get a weekend appointment. Was told by Katie the owner not open on weekend but could bring our pup in the evening Tuesday. I made an appointment for 6pm.I found out the next day my husband could bring him earlier in the day, any time, any day. I left 3 voicemails and never got a call back to change the appointment.My husband called on his phone and did leave a message then called right back. Was able to reach her. He advised wanted to change time so we didn’t have him there at night. She changed it to 1pm. By 5pm we hadn’t heard back yet so my husband called no answer and no call back.My husband drove to Paws Pet Spa and the doors were locked. He waited 20 minutes and then Katie came to the door and she advised she was doing laundry and hadn’t even started grooming our dog yet.She advised my husband it would only be 20 minutes. Over an hour later he was still waiting.Just before 6pm my phone rang and it was Katie telling me my dog was finished. She called me but my husband was still sitting there waiting. I sent him a message that he was finished and I don’t know why she didn’t let him know. Another 15 minutes later he was still waiting.We had brought both are dogs there previously and had no issues. But we’re told the wonderful groomer that was there and the pups loved Michelle was no longer there.We will never put ourselves and our pups through that again. This place has gone so far down hill in the short time it has been open and to have our pup kenneled all day with no intention of grooming him until later, just infuriated us. Out of all the groomers we have been to in the area this was the worst service ever.

Katie is the best! She takes amazing care of my dog. Not only does she look and smell great every time, but she is excited to go and see Katie. I have a tea cup yorkie that has bad legs and is extremely anxious and Katie always goes above and beyond to make sure she’s comfortable and it shows. Super lucky to have found someone that loves my pup like I do!

I would never use Paws Pet Spa due to the disrespect and lack of communication. I have used them for the last 2 months and took my dog to get groomed or a bath/brush ever two weeks. Today I dropped him off around 9:00am and the owner said he would be done around 3-4:00. At 3:45 I called just to check on him and Jade, who works the front desk, very quickly said he wasn't anywhere near being done and said she would call 30 min before hes done. They close at 6:00 and 5:50 I still had not heard anything, so I figured I should call again. This time Jade was in a worst mood and basically said to just come and get him. I asked if he would be done when I got there but she said she couldn't give me any information and that she would talk to me when I got there, but in an angry tone. When I got there Jade basically said I could take him "as is" and couldn't communicate with me with out yelling in an angry tone. Lets not forget that my grooming started at 9:00 and I picked him up at 6:15. so the grooming took over 9 hours for a dog that is brushed on a regular basis and professionally bathed and brushed every two weeks from this groomer.I will say that the owner is very friendly to the dogs and cares a lot about them. She does a pretty good job normally, but it does look like she rushed this last time and did what she could with an over booked schedule.

My dogs look the best they ever have looked. One is 9 years old and one is a year old. They are perfectly cut. PERFECT! I've been to 3 groomers in Surfside and groomers from Tampa to here. I can't say enough good about this place. I'm beyond satisfied

My little Leah enjoys going here.She is a wild “child” dog but they are very patient with her.She looks and smells so good after she gets her groom on!Thank you so muchUPDATE: I thought she was patient with her but apparently not! Owner asked me not to bring my Leah back because Leah was so nervous!! Didnt try to work with me just told me not to bring her back!

My man Mowgli loved this place. He was so happy when I picked him up. He enjoyed his spa day!! Everyone was so friendly. I adopted him only 2 weeks ago so I thought he would be nervous me leaving him at the groomers. His tail wagged time he walked in! He smells so fresh and clean too! I give this place a 10 plus!

They care about your pet. My dog has no fear of them because they got to know her. Update 1/11/18: These folks are so friendly and really love the animals they groom. We've been back several times since my original review and I highly recommend. They are also extremely accommodating with your schedule.

Scheduled my two dogs for grooming. And my oldest was a little under the weather, together we decided to wait, and not only did they not mind taking her off last minute but ther happily rescheduled her later on with no issues. In the mean time I took my youngest in and he came back a whole new dog! Michelle took the time to get to know Boji before bringing him back. Calming him and playing with him which I REALLY appreciated. No one ever likes handing over their fur baby knowing their scared and then leaving them haha! She Called me when he was finished and ta-da, He’s ready to take on the summer heat and looks great! Can’t wait to bring back my oldest this week!

My dogs were crated for 5 1/2 hours today. When I went to get them they were soaking wet and my guess is she had just started to bath them. There appointment was at 1:00 and she just started to bath them at 6:00. This has been a constant problem with this groomer. Something is definitely wrong. My dogs will never go back.
