Came in for passport assistance. Elderly photo center worker was very rude and didn’t assist me when I arrived to the counter first . Went to CVS a block away and was assisted with phenomenal customer service !!!

This location is not "Temporarily Closed". The retail portion of the store is open only the pharmacy is temporarily closed and will reopen on Monday February 26, 2024.

Amber in the pharmacy and Ashley the manager went above and beyond to help my spouse get a prescription that I desperately need to stay healthy. I am so very thankful that they worked with my family to ensure we were able to use the coverage card so that we could purchase the medicine. I drove all the way from Atlanta to get this prescription as it there is a national shortage. Thank you to this team of people who helped my family

This Walgreens are one of many. The pharmacy personnel has little compassion or concerns. I had the pleasure of playing phone tag and speaking with two pharmacist who ideally were bored or they just did not give a darn. The general store staff are awesome the pharmacy sucks.

I really like this location, even if there are a few people "hanging" around on the adjacent lot I don't really feel unsafe. The store is very clean and some of the people who work there are really helpful and nice. They often have really great bargains throughout the entire store, so be sure to look around.UpdateI went yesterday during normal business hours and the store was closed with no explanation! My medicine are all locked up inside - coming Walgreens!

The staff here are always flat out rude. They’ve re-directed my meds to 2 different locations which costs me an extra hour to go across town between the two locations. They just refused to correct it although it’s their doing. The app is so inept I can’t edit it there either. If you call to get them to refill-at the correct location -you’ll never get through. Can’t be bothered is their motto.

This store has the most rude, inconsiderate, sarcastic and nasty pharmacy staff i have ever come across. They are at very best robotic and methodical. Perhaps they need to be reminded that the customers at the counter and drive thru are what is paying their salaries.Without our precriptions there would be no insurance reimbursement or cash deductible paid. I have called and asked the Store manager Sherri to call me back today to tell her personally the level of rudeness that departments staff has reached. I will be looking to change to another pharmacy and DO NOT RECOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYMORE.

This Walgreens is visible from the road and easily accessible. The store was fairly clean but they did not have but one cashier in the front of the store and no one behind the counter to assist with the photo kiosk. You had to wait on the cashier which was not too long. However, my problem was when I asked about the specials on graduation cards, I was told that you can find specials in your email if you have a card. I printed one graduation card, which was very simple and it cost me $1.89 plus tax, which is crazy. I asked the cashier if there was anyway to get some kind of discount and was told No! The cashier tried to tell me that I have to understand that I just printed a card, so its not too much. This is unprofessional and I let the cashier know that CVS is running specials for graduation cards and to print 1, it cost me less than 50 cent. I personally will not be returning to this location.

I am an Uber driver took one of my Riders there from the hospital to get a prescription then went inside to see if I could purchase a walker for her the lady named Morgan was very helpful I give her five stars she's an asset to Walgreens she actually followed me to my car to show the lady to see if this is what she wanted and we have purchased it she had back problems so it's really important that she has some kind of support then Morgan check me out I've never been so pleased with Walgreens as I was today

Usually ok. Today would not pick up the phone. According to the graph less business than normal. Live 25 miles away. Hope I don not drive the distance and find out that they can't provide what I needed because they would not answer a simple phone call. Tried for 35 min.

Pharmacy staff is rude especially towards African Americans. Bree was her name, I will definitely be transferring my prescriptions back to Walmart.
