I just wanted to give a shout out to Logan. I called looking for information on chickens and he knew it all! I drove to the store and asked for his assistance and immediately received help. He helped us pick everything for our first chicken raising experience and let me pick my chickens and ducks. He was very nice and understanding when I asked all my silly first time chicken questions. We will definitely be back!!

I just left the Tractor Supply in Sumter, S.C. I was helped by a young man named Seth! Seth was not only such a huge help, but he is truly one of the most polite young men I’ve met in a long time! If you’re in Sumter and you need some from Tractor Supply ask for Seth I know you will be as impressed as I am!

Came here for pine pellets after the local Southern States decided that they should charge nearly double the price as here. As opposed to the dirty SS, tractor supply is clean and well maintained. The pellets were in great shape and not been sitting around like the other place. I want to support local but if you are price gauging on your products you don’t deserve to stay in business.TS also had helpful and happy staff with one person helping me to get my pickup into my vehicle. He also took my cart back!Highly recommend.

Do to an injury I had to send my wife into the store to buy some plumbing parts (usually a disaster). She thankfully met store employee named Ethan. She said he was very nice...tried as best he could to understand what she wanted....long story short, she came out with right parts and was very impressed with Ethan...good on you TS for hiring a quality employee...very rare here in Sumter....shout out to him and his parents too.

I had to come in and buy tools a few days ago. I couldn’t get help at any other stores and didn’t quite know what I needed. I came into TSC as a last resort in hopes of finding help and the tools. Cassidy asked if I needed anything or had any questions, and she saved the day. She helped me find everything I needed and then some. So thankful to have been helped by Cassidy. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable employee. GIVE HER A RAISE!

We lost a tire due to a bad bearing on our tritoon trailer. We were a hour away from home and the people that work here were sooo nice and helpful especially Cole!! They had a whole hub assembly we purchased and then changed in the parking lot then cole aired up our spare. Cole checked on us a few times also to make sure we were ok also. We got home safely because of their kindness and help.

Service at TS is very competent and friendly. TS reliably stocks a huge variety of animal feed and is our first choice for most supplies needed for our chickens, ducks, potbelly pigs, and even the cats. They also stock a wide variety of hardware, tools, fencing, and everything needed to service our yard tractors.

Stood by the chick enclosure for over 5 minutes waiting for an associate. Two walked past and didn’t ask if we needed anything. Went to leave and three employees are stood at the front counter just chatting away (two of which walked by).

Saturday May 6 2023, worst experience, might have been the crew working that day, my wife went in to buy some goats milk for some puppies ask one of the workers for assistance he responded by it’s on the wall somewhere so she went to look and came back for help in which all 5 ignored her; another customer told her to just get it from Walmart, wife turned around and a white guy asked for help and 2 workers jumped to help, SMH

The staff are super friendly and so helpful! I dealt with Jayne, Grace, and Kevin in the Sumter store. They helped me in every way possible and even helped occupy my 2 year old daughter while Jayne and I were dealing with customer service on the phone. Gotten one the shots for my puppies for parvo. Until I have enough to get all there meds. With that being said, do you guys have anyone that comes there gives puppies and grown dogs there shots certain times in the month or anything for cheaper. Other wise my experience was good today.

Customer Service is phenomenal. It's nice to spend your money in a store (customer service at other locations I've used has been ok, but the Sumter location is far superior) where they'll take a small extra step for you, especially without being asked. The store has always been stocked and well kept on my visits. I've never walked out without being offered help loading either, at least one person and sometimes several people ask on your way through the store and at the check out. I'm in this particular store at least once a week.

Trading Supply Company have this about everything that you can find you don't have to go to All souls and get things I get chicken feed I get home feed and why is chicken wires fluid fuel for the car and also get flowers and also get fire ants products snake products also go baby chicks and feeds starting seeds for the chicks you can get this about everything there it's a very good store to trade though love it Sadie

Do NOT buy vaccines from this location!! We do tons of rescue work and have purchased 100s of shots from tractor supply (many different locations including this one) went and got one tonight and it was bad. Expiration date was still good but they clearly had not stored it properly as it was a thick glob of a mess. It looked like dried up glue that had cracks and bubbles in it. When we brought it to their attention they decided to say that’s how it’s supposed to look. I even told them they should throw the whole box out before someone’s pet is killed from their shots and they refused. I made them give us a different one and paid the difference. But they even mentioned that the entire box of the 5 way shot looked the same… I explained the whole box is bad then and even showed them the way it’s SUPPOSED to look. Very careless and I pray something is done about it before someone’s loved pet is killed and they face a lawsuit due to their carelessness!

Stopped in for the first time since moving to the Sumter area, and was completely blown away! They actually had a great deal on two animal shapped planters, and wind chimes. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will definitely be returning. The only negative part is the store is a smidge cramped in some areas.

Walked around looking for some 6 ft folding tables. They said they were in stock online but couldn't find it in the store. Asked an associate and he didn't look but radio'd another associate who also didn't look but instead said they don't have any. Walked around some more and found 3 of them sitting in the middle on the floor. I left them there. Instead I'll spend a few bucks extra to get it from Lowes. Maybe helping me wasn't on their priority list.

I went in here for supplies for a new puppy. The prices for the dog food where the same as Amazon. The employees were all very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be shopping there for puppy all the time.

I love Tractor Supply I buy all my dog food 100Lbs. a month and my chicken feed 200 Lbs. They have everything you may need for your dogs/cats, horses , cattle, goats, pigs , poultry and game birds. Most of the time when I have a question or I ask for best product for the issue I have and I recive great advise a few times the person working just blew me off and did not help. That's only happened twice. They have a wide variety of items , the clothing , boots are well made and look good. Also if something is not in stock or you need something they will specail order it. Also a mobile Veterinarian is their every other Saterday 20$ rabies vaccination now that's a great savings the Veterinarian also does testing among other dog/cat care.The dog food and chicken feed I buy is a very good price the best price I have found. However Tractor Supply has high prices on other Live Stock items and pet care. The work boots /boots clothing is $$ The Tractor Supply has a lot of real cool items I just have to try and wait for things to go on clearance when they do everything goes fast.I recommend Tractor Supply

Very nice assortment of work and garden tools, decent offerings of deer hunting accessories and livestock, equestrian, pet supplies, bird feeder supplies, and chicken food, medicines, and other associated products. Staff is usually courteous and helpful. Many items too numerous to mention.

I can go to Camden and get MUCH better service especially when you have heay bags of feed. When you pay full price for feed and several bags of it you shouldn't have to ask for help it should at least be offered. Employees are friendly but a lazy crew. I have seen this since it opened and hasn't changed yet.

Wow this store is twice the size of my local store. Great selection of what ever your farming needs. Love the clothing and boot selection they have. Wonderful experience at the Sumter SC location.

I had 2 terrible experiences at the TSC in Colombia on Garners Ferry, I called the TSC in Sumter, problem solved, very knowledgeable and courteous employee named Kristina solved all my problems. Highly recommend this store.
