Hands down, the best vape shop in Sumter. While everyone is super nice, I love bumping into Caroline. She’s so knowledgeable about different products, recommendations, & she’s super friendly. Caroline is definitely a great asset to the store & hope to see her move higher into the company.

I absolutely love this place. You feel like a regular from the first visit. The store selection as a whole is awesome and the employees are amazing. It’s usually Caroline and (sorry dude i can’t remember your name!) another awesome employee behind the counter when I go and she’s honestly the reason I love going in. I’ve bothered her about torch lighters a few times (I have carpal tunnel so I need one that clicks easy) and she actually kept that in mind and had some easy click ones ordered. I also noticed that since I mentioned one I loved broke fairly easily, they kinda phased them out (which I see as a positive because you don’t want to buy something of poor quality even if ya do like it.) Maybe not just for me but the fact that they actually hear their customers is awesome. The owner is pretty awesome and relatable too— didn’t even know he was the owner til he agreed about not having the patience to order things online and dropped the “so that’s why I opened this store” bomb. Lol. Managers, let alone owners, usually don’t take the time anymore to intermingle with their customers but he had no problem shooting the breeze with me, answering questions and even helping me with an issue I had with my raggedy flame thrower I bought from another store.Anyway, they’re all super awesome. Super wide selection with great prices and the points rewards are easy to accumulate and an awesome perk. The store is always super clean and you’re greeted with a smile every single time you enter the door. If they don’t have what you’re initially looking for, I’ve never regretted taking the employees substitute recommendation and honestly ended up liking it better. You can be in and out, opt to go by the drive thru window that I’ve noticed they always attend to promptly or you can be like me and spend 30+ minutes in there 🤣

Shop here almost every other week for the last few months. Huge fan of the layout, how clean it is, and the staff is fantastic! Very polite, super helpful, works to get you better deals. I've never been a regular at a store before but I consider myself one here.

Absolutely love this shop. They had an amazing variety of vapes, water pipes and hand pipes plus more. I met Diana and she made my first experience there very welcoming, and not to mention how incredibly sweet and knowledgeable she is. I've been to a few vape shops and this is the best place by far. Great variety in products, staff is really nice and helpful, and the vibe of the place is really relaxing. I'd put more stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend!

Definitely one of the best vape shops in Sumter. I go at least once sometimes twice a day! The people who work here are really nice and are really helpful. They’re super clean and the prices are reasonable! Highly recommend!!

If you want a clean store, with a great staff, this is the place. It's the kind of place you can feel relaxed, and take your time browsing, without feeling rushed or having a pushy sales person trying to talk you into things you don't want. I've tried them all in Sumter, and kept coming back to this one.

Definitely love this place. Would like to meet the owner once. Went here on a whim, and it's now my go to shop. It's a bigger vape store, very clean. It doesn't have the let's get high vibe which a lot of shops do with the exception of 2 other stores. First visit I was welcomed by a manager and he is was really down to earth.While I was there looking for new vape flavors I asked the manager about Kratom, he was very knowledgeable and I was able to try a sample. Well being I take about 20 pills a day, and no that's not exaggerating, I finally tried kratom and I had the most relief I have ever had.With that said, I have been in there to talk with the manager about what else I could use for pain and tried a couple combinations and I honestly am in the least amount of pain I have ever been in. Manager and stor get 10 stars, the blonde new guy on the other hand -10, he is definitely all about getting high which I didn't care for on one of my trips there since he was just trying to get me into delta stuff for psychoactive stuff. I go to this store for my pain needs and variety of vapes. I really hope they get the hookah expansion!

Im not quite sure how this store has 5 stars. I have been a few times before I decided to leave a review. Customer service is extremely poor and one specific employee has an awful attitude. There are so many vape shops in Sumter, if you want to keep a business.. I suggest hiring people with better respect for others.

Really love this store. Great place to stop at has a drive thru which is very convenient especially on rainy days. Employees are really nice and very helpful. 10/10 recommend.
