Showed a picture of how I wanted my King Charles Cavalier done. Said to trim down his ears and leave his poof alone, shave him down like the picture shown. His ears and tail are so choppy it looks like my child did it, he is completely shaved down almost to the skin which is not what I wanted, and his poof got cut. For the price paid, I could’ve done exactly what was done with the TikTok cutter and had the same look. Do not take your pet here to be groomed.

I take Oscar here for grooming. His first two grooming was a great experience, but I wasn’t too happy with the last cut. He was cut down very low for the summer… and the cut wasn’t even. I know Oscar can be a handful with other people, so I am still giving them five stars. His recent appointment went very well. I love how they cut his nails down. His groomer takes the time to get to know him and realizes she has to do some things out of order with him while he’s behaving.

This was my dog daisies first grooming the young ladies were very kind. They helped with the Petco app and explained everything to me. And they took wonderful care of Daisy. Will be coming back again.

I know they stay super busy but my dog was groomed in just a little over a couple of hours. His coat is super shiny, soft, he smells great and his haircut looks amazing! I will definitely continue to take him to Petco 😊

Our groomer was awesome and so kind and patient with me and my pup! Another customer gave her some attitude about covid making everything difficult and she was still so kind and polite to him. I know times are crazy with covid and our groomer handled the situation with grace and that was so nice to see! She was also great with my pup and very patient with him. She did exactly what I asked for too! I feel awful I forgot her name but she deserves some good credit for her work and her attitude!

Took Marley to get groomed, paid 75.00, they barely touched him!!! No teeth cleaning! No nail trim! No face trim! Shitzu are suppose to be well groomed. Am going to call them and raise a lot of dust tomorrow!!
