My kiddos LOVE coming here! There’s such a variety of toys and books for children AND adults. Great place to treat the kiddos; toys, books, games, candy, graphic tees and so much more. Never had an issue with customer service at this location.

I couldn't believe they pierced ears and it is very sanitary and the young lady did a great job for my granddaughter . Cleaned and used a num spray. You couldn't take the smile off my baby girls face . Thank you for being so kind . Great employees make a difference around 20 bucks to do it .

Five and below is the best place to get stocking stuffers for Christmas! Although I was a little confused when we checked out. All the registers are self-checkout, but there were two workers who were checking people out at them. I don't know, maybe it's a new thing.

Haven't been in here in years. I didn't know they have so much great items in there. Will be returning. My only recommendation is that they add more male items for sale. I went to try to find my son some little what nots for college and they mostly have female items, but I did me na he to find a few things.

The prices were good at the store, and it was my first time visiting. I bought some Blu-ray movies hoping to redeem the digital codes on Movies Anywhere, but to my surprise, there were no codes inside except for one Blu-ray that explicitly stated "no redeem code." I'll return to the store, but not specifically for movies.

Music was so loud, it sounded like a night club lol but overall a good experience. Some boxes of unstocked stuff on the floor, so watch your step. Employees were friendly but busy with stocking. It must be hard to stock with such loud music 😂

Great finds in this Five Below. Exceptional amount of art supplies, workout gear, a limited amount of pet products & clothing, travel products and ofcourse toys. This is more of a Five Below and up I've seen some items for $8-10 but definitely worth the find.

This is overall a great store. I am suprised by the quality and assortment of many of their items, especially at the price. In particular th er y have a great selection of pet accessories, from clothes to toys and , again, all under $5. Also the staff there were all very friendly and helpful. They seemed to be easily found when their help was needed but never intrusive or irritating. The only reason I hav er it 4 instead of 5 stars is that corny Christmas music was blaring at what seemed to be full volume. That made it extremely difficult to communicate with who was there shopping with me and ultimately caused me to leave with only quickly looking over the merchandise in the very back of the store. I really wanted to look there too, but I couldn't stand it any longer.

Got some Easter stuff for my nephews and saw someone stole a bunch of small toys...let the employees know and they literally acted as if I was annoying them. Other than that they have some cute stuff

I was at the 5 below on Broad Street. I witnessed a customer having a bad day .She entered the store with her daughters already upset. She walked over to the shirt section against the wall and tampered with the shirts. The employee tried to assist her.She humiliated him by picking up the shirts unfolding them and throwing them down.She was very loud using profanity. As a customer traveling from out of town. I was so upset with the situation. My 5 year old was there taking in all those colorful words. The employee name was Chris. He tried so hard to maintain and desculate the situation. She continued to provoke him. I pray he keeps his job.Something should be in place to remove customers like that. It's only so much an employees can take. Good job trying to hold it together Chris. You should be employee of the month.

I got so excited to check out, realised that the self checkout was cards only (1 out of 8) accepted cash. After I realise my mistake, I ask if the employee if theres any way to transfer it over to the other machine. She tells me no and then proceeds to ignore me and help other people, So I walked out frustrated and unsatisfied.

Giving them 3 stars because I can't give them 2.5.There really isn't much to see here beyond a lot of candy, cheap Asian-made electronic accessories, Graphic print T-shirts (most of which were sold out), and a smattering of pet items, "collectibles" (overruns), some workout gear, and some housewares. Most of the merchandise and ear-splitting music is obviously geared toward adolescents.As an old man who yells at clouds I didn't see a whole lot to get excited about. Most of the items they sell can be purchased for less at Dollar Tree or other "dollar" stores.On the plus side the checkout area is a bunch of self-serve kiosks which allow minimal interaction with the store's skeleton crew staff.Sumter: We're all about mediocrity!
