Sadly, Sumter Dollar Tree has not been stocked well in recent months.Hopefully this will change sooner rather than later because we all love some good $$🌳finds!

Bought 16 wreaths and asked to use a box to put them in. Cashier said they use them for trash. Told her I needed a box or she needed to bag them. Then she told her supervisor that I was hostile. She was very unprofessional to begin with texting while waiting on me but yet gave me attitude because I expected her to do her job

The ladies at the register were so very friendly and were real helpful. I had to get balloons and it is always extra work to find the balloons and fill them up. The lady who helped me had just finished getting balloons for another customer and she was still real pleasant. I was very happy with her help and cheery attitude.

Not much of a selection today...honestly it looks like they are restocking so will check back in a few days...(update...they were restocking and have changed the freezer items around..they are now ranging from 1.25-5.00 with many name brand items)

I was looking in the crafting decorations when an employee said "You need to move. I'm working in this area." Very rude! I guess times are changing. When I worked retail we never talked to customers like that.

My favorite place to go. I haven’t really explored terribly too much though. I usually just go for snacks. As much as I have seen though, its amazing!

My go to store before everywhere else, you can sometimes find gems. Cashiers have always been friendly to me. The store itself could use some updates, some of the aisles are a tight squeeze when more than one cart is passing.

Lots of boxes in pathway of store. Need to hire more people to stock shelves or leave the goods in store room till ready to put out. My friend and i love to shop there but she is in wheelchair so it is hard for us to get around all the unopened boxes.

This place really needs help. Thry are out if everything, people who are working are going hard and fast as they can stocking abd cashier's. Not employees fault. They need to fix the AC for them do better home office

Very upsetting, a lady with her 2 babies came in with a bag of rolled up quarter and asked if they can accept these and the cashier's both whom were quite young told her no, now wait a minute she wanted to get items from the store, and this is cash the last time I checked, I and another lady both had a problem with his because you're denying her Services because she doesn't have dollar bills or a credit card?? That's showing some type of prejudice against this poor young woman with her 2 small children who wasn't asking for anything for free she had to bring in her rolled-up coins to purchase Goods what part of that did they not understand it made me so sick this woman had this face and come to find out that it was her child's birthday and she didn't have cash so she broke the piggy back rolled up the coins and brought them there so she can buy things for him for his birthday they almost wouldn't let her shame on Dollar Tree for hiring such ignorant employees

I'm shock that this Dollar Tree on Broad St. in Sumter, SC doesn't have more items on the shelves seeing it's on a busy corridor (I've been there often before the news on shortages). Currently, my preferred Dollar Tree would be on Pinewood Road or on Hwy 15 (Pocalla Rd).

I love Dollar Tree but the store is always in disarray , stacks of unopened boxes that should be stocked!!! Things just thrown in a pile , empty shelves especially in the crafts dept , I have been going just about everyday for a week and nothing has changed!!!!

Parking lot is hella weird, and a hazard. Dirty store, and selection is just 'meh' .. I'll definitely be driving further to a nicer one. Rather disappointed.

First time I have been in one of these store that there wasn't merchandise in every aisle waiting to be stocked. It was clean, we'll stocked and the employees were very cheerful and helpful

The store had somethings still in the box in the isles of the store. The shelves were almost empty in some areas. I have never experienced that in this store before.
