Talk about slowwwwwwww in the pharmacy!! I have been dealing with cvs for 20 years I moved here to Sumter and I have never ever seen a CVS pharmacy that was extremely slow. I mean I sat in the line for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me . Told to come back within a hour to get prescriptions came back a hour 30 minute later and still not filled . CVS you need to send the district manager or the manager over the pharmacy to this location because the staff at the window seems like they have no clue on how to run the window .

Disgusting store with horrible pharmacy employees. Attitude city and don't want to work. They'll lie as easy as a human being breathes. Don't be fooled by the few "great" reviews on here. Those are filler reviews from people they know. This is true a "One Star" store and even that's too high for them. The cashier's are great but the pharmacy needs to be cleaned up. I'm transferring all my prescriptions from this holdover from lazy ville

The pharmacy cashier held up a line to help a customer read his wife’s shopping list. The cashier should have asked for help for the customers waiting. Bad customer service on the cashier’s part.

Do not use this pharmacy. I requested my rx be transferred to my Dr. Office pharmacy. 48 hours later and still they have not transferred my rx. Also, the staff is extremely rude.

CVS on Calhoun has my business. I used to go to a different CVS but switched and I’m glad I did. The front staff is amazing. The pharmacy could use more help as I think they are tired and overwhelmed (some more than others) but still much better than another location.

Employees in the CVS pharmacy and drive-through are very rude. They’re just plain nasty. The worst customer service ever. Over the years I looked over a lot of things. But I’m very tired of it. It keeps getting worse every year. If I could give a zero I would. It’s time to make a change. A new pharmacy somewhere else.

Staff was horrible and not helpful at all. It seemed like they hated their job and annoyed when I asked for simple questions. I just switched pharmacy and came to this they were and it's only been 3 days and I'm about to switch to a different pharmacy they took forever to finally get My meds I told the woman I'm like I have eplipsey can u please hurry bc I can't skip my meds they don't care about anyone with a disability.

The pharmacist (Mary) is both rude and impatient and when you are talking to her about an issue she makes it seem as if you are bothering her or wasting her time. She is a pharmacy supervisor but doesn't care to hear anything about the incompetence of her staff. Not the the first time the pharmacy has messed something up and I've had to jump through hoops to try to get it fixed. Just sad!! While it is definitely not all the pharmacy staff, the 2 bad apples spoil the bunch. Smh...moving my prescriptions TODAY, I've had enough.

The people who work in the pharmacy are very rude and nasty ! Mary Thompson and Vandese were extremely rude and nasty! I will go back to Walgreens! Never should’ve tried them again after leaving 3 years ago! Supervisors need to look at the camera’s around 1815 hrs tonight and look at their unprofessionalism !!

Always greeted when I go inside. It's a welcoming environment. I've been going to this pharmacy for years and even though I don't talk to them it's good to see the same faces. Those ladies work very hard and I appreciate them.💞 Best Pharmacy Team I've ever had

Over the past 5 years I've came here to take advantage of the nice deals & promotions only to receive very poor customer service. The ad will even state you a coupon from the Sunday paper & get "$X.xx off" and they won't take them. The cashiers are poorly train on coupon use I've had to walk out empty handed many times. I've had mangers be rude here as well just because I wanted to use a few coupons I'm not even talking about extreme couponing here like I've always had 10 items or less. Ive had them make faces & talk to me with an attitude all over trying to use a few coupons why are you treating your customers this way? Rolling your eyes at customers is incredibly rude. They make up rules that are not even on the coupons! I've been told things like will the picture shows this product so you can only get this item when the wording says "good on any Tide product" for example & there isn't a limit. Once again I'm about to leave this store all I was getting was 4 items, wasted my gas & time (20 min drive!) to try to get a deal. The other CVS in town is amazing I think I will stick to that one in the future even if it means I miss out in a cvs promotion if they don't have items in stock. I'll be sure to warn others about the poor service here.

I never write reviews but have to on this one. This is the WORST pharmacy in the state of South Carolina. Not only are they slowwwww, I mean keeping 1 car in line for 27 mins, but they 98% of the time will send you a text message that your meds are ready and you you go to pick it up and hear, “it’s not ready yet.” Get it together people, people depend on there medication for survival. 1 star for slowness and texting meds are ready when they are not.

I like the people who work in the store and in the pharmacy. They a friendly neighbors and always ready to assist with a smile. The pharmacy folk are particularly outstanding! The store is clean and very well maintained. The prices are good and sometimes I can find a real bargain!

Rude customer service in drive through and pharmacy. They dont answer the phone and if they do immediately an attitude. You will sit in the drive through for 5 minutes while three employees are talking inside. Rude.

I should not have to come back three times to pick up a prescription that I called in the day before because it's not ready!UPDATE: it just gets better and better. Went back the third time to be told that Medicare's system is down so they can't get approval so now I have to come back again!
