They do their best but it really doesn't seem like the owners want to invest money in resurfacing the parking lot. Definitely hesitate to go to this location because I don't want to lose my car in the giant potholes.Update: they've addressed some potholes, which is good, but it seems their gasoline tank may be in poor working order because I've gotten some wet gas from them recently. I won't be buying gas here anymore, but it's still an ok convenience store.

Normally cheap prices on gas here, but not the best run location. Crowded checkout area and normally just a dirty overall feel to the place. Also, each time I have been at this gas station, I’ve had to wait for a pump to open. I would expect many future customers to have to do the same.

Ok overall gas station that has ok gas prices with limited tobacco products and limited toppings for hotdogs/nachos but has most snacks and drinks if you just need a snack

The attendants "accidentally" put my $20 on the wrong pump and refused to put it on the correct pump when the error was brought up. No refund was given because they said the manager wasn't there, but they said to come back in the morning to get a refund. Unfortunately, I can't come back in the morning because I'll be at work. I called two corporate numbers tonight, so hopefully they will do the right thing, contact me, and give me my money back!!The manager called and apologized and I will be getting a full refund! Thanks Circle K! Great customer service after an issue.

Beware getting gas here. Used our card at the pump and within an hour we had an attempted fraud charge from this location. We were notified by our bank someone attempted make a charge of $100 with our card number. Will not be going back.

This is my first time stopping at this Circle K. I visit Circle K's frequently in the Columbia area. The service here is poor and the cashier, Casey acted as if he didn't want to speak. I asked if I can use my reward information by entering my phone number and he said "I guess." The screen was not working and he acted as if there wasn't a way for him to fix the issue. I then asked him if his manger can fix it and they BOTH was doing something else without acknowledging they were trying to fix the issue. I just asked them to just let me pay for my items so I can leave. Very poor customer service.

Stopped by to make a purchase and the lady came out and said we are closed come back later. Posted a “be back in a few” sign in the window, got in her car and left. People at the pumps and pulling in. Not a way you want to run a business.

Corporate office is a joke. Their bad gas damage my truck costing me $ 386.00 dollars. They said they would call back to discuss my situation, but they never did after our first conversation.

Yes and pumped it into my car but when I turn my car on it showed that I still have the same amount of gas that I had before I went to the gas station so I told the clerk that I didn’t get no gas but it charge me for it and she claimed that I got the gas so they stole my money

I had just gotten off work and was craving nachos. There was a problem with the bag of cheese, and one of the employees, Kendra, went above and beyond to make sure I got my nachos. I always have a good experience at this location.

Always Friendly Employees when I stop in for a Fresh Super Cold Drink or Gas.But recently the parking lot near the diesel pumps have a Really Huge Hole that will Mess up your Car if you hit it.

I have been coming to this location for 2 years. Lately the service has been very poor. I get coffee in a travel cup some days fresh some days not. Today 3 workers in the store when I went in one of them looked me in the face and still did not speak or acknowledge that I was there. This has happened numerous times I can go another mile down the road and get great service. Why????

This is my first stop every morning and the service is great..With Sumter being such a small city with a high Covid count, I just dont understand why there's a handful of regular customers that clerks allow in the store without masks..The city ordinance is mandatory..Cant forget about the roaches near the coffee machines..

It's about the same as old days, most people only get gas ⛽ or small items, dollar general is next to it , most people use dollar general for lower prices

Pumps are always out of service not worth going to
