I would love to give 5 stars because I love my fridge, the sales associate was great and very informative and it was delivered on time, however one door has some damage on it. The delivery guys took photos, had my husband sign for it and said someone will call you to either replace the fridge or the door or you can receive a discount and be refunded for the damage. They didn’t give my husband paperwork or anything. It’s been exactly 1 week and no phone call. We called the store and there is zero record of the notes or photos for our damaged fridge from the delivery crew so now we are going to receive a call from a supervisor tomorrow. To be cont….

No bags. I already have to check myself out. Did not even get invited to Christmas party. Spend over 100 dollars and have to bring my own bag. I guess soon we stock the shelf. So used Amazon box. At least they have packaging.

Ordered a shower door that arrived several days ago, when attempting to pick up we’re told they can’t find it. Left outside to wait with another individual for pick up and nobody ever came back. Called the next morning, lady says she knows exactly where it and hangs up on us - so we arrange for a truck to pick it up, again, get there and they can’t find it. Honestly … I think they owe us an expedited shipment to our house. This is unreal!

My husband loves going to home Depot. Tonight he feels like he got the deal of the year. They had some storage boxes that were a great deal and he got 10 of them! So he was very excited about that. We love just walking up and down the aisles to see what they have and at Christmas it's more exciting.I went to home Depot today because my husband saw some mums that were beautiful. I went back and they really are beautiful. They have them as small or as large as you would like starting from about $6 going up to about $30 a container. They are gorgeous and they have four different colors I bought three different colors but they also had a purple mum.

The lady who helped me was very nice, but the older lady who behind counter with her was looking at me with disguise. She never said anything just stared at. My wife came in early to buy a screen door and who ever the guy was acted like he didn't want to help her. Somebody needs to really check these people

Good selection but horrible customer service. Had to ask for help twice for the same thing. Then when I got up to the checkout, was told I can't get my military discount with just my id anymore and would have to sign up for the discount. That just shows me that Home Depot doesn't care about the military and just wants people's info.

This place is so ghetto lately. There’s somebody in the parking lot doing vandalism to people cars, For whatever reason this place has to not let people to this to peoples property . They are Sticking Sticker in your car window. Don’t let nobody catch you doing this to their property.I come here a lot inside when you need help you always see the associate running away .

This is a good Home Depot location, you are able to access the Earth Fare shopping center from here. The store itself has lots to look at. They seem to have more outdoor furniture available to look at than Lowe's. It's a tight fit within the store, not much wiggle room like the Summerville Lowe's which is located close by along with Walmart and the Azalea shopping center. They have a wide variety of plants to choose from during the spring. You can get Christmas trees and decorations around Christmas time and Halloween decorations around Halloween. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They do offer a military discount without having it registered to their rewards card. It is a dog friendly store too as long as they are on a leash or restrained such as a dog kennel.

The Home Depot in Summerville SC is wonderful! The customer service reps and all the staff working there are more than courteous and helpful. They are kind and use extra effort help if you need it. In addition, they have the best plants in stock and the whole store is stocked up. I would highly recommend!

A carpenter by trade. I often purchase materials of all kinds from home depot in Summerville South Carolina. I've never had a problem that I can speak of, until now. At one of my many trips to Homedepot i walked out to my truck with Materials and was able to see a big dent in the top of my truck over the passengers door. I called and spoke with the manager saying i have all the receipts so they would have all the days and times I had been there during the week, and would be able to see who damaged my truck, She said she would give my name and number to the man who is over security.1 Week goes by, so I called and spoke to another manager, he said I'd need to file a report with Summerville Police. I drove to Summerville, sc to make a report, officer is asking did I see someone damage my truck? I replied no, I had no idea when it happened, but the only time I've left my truck alone is at the Home depot in summerville sc. And that Homedepot would have Video and they would be able to see who damaged my truck. Officer tells me I would have to call my insurance company and make a claim. I then told the officer i didnt have full coverage on my truck, he then repeated himself again.. so I said there's nothing your willing to do, he repeated himself again.. buyer be ware, sad to say this but Home depot or the police department have No willingness to bring justice to the consumer, you are on your own.

Still unresolved...02/15/24TL:DR | Take your money & business somewhere else.On June 7th, 2023, we signed a contract and paid Home Depot to perform a cabinet install at our house. It is now November 27th and the job is still not even remotely complete. They will not answer their phones, return messages, or attempt to resolve the issue at all.-----------After someone came to our house to estimate the job we were comfortable with the idea of overpaying on some of the other estimates we had received from local installers due to Home Depot being a more reputable company that also had a good warranty.After signing the contract, almost a full month went by when at 7am one morning, we received a phone call from Home Depot asking us to confirm our order. My wife and I were shocked that after already waiting a full month, they had not even ordered the parts yet. Either way, they said they had until 9/18/24 to finish the job, so we weren't concerned.August finally arrived (remember we ordered this in June) and we were notified that the materials arrived but that Home Depot was struggling to find someone to do the install, which according to the Home Depot Installs scheduling person had been a problem in our area for months but since they're never sure when the parts will come in, they have to wait until they arrive to begin scheduling.Finally, in September, close to the completion date, a subcontractor finally arrived to start the install and immediately discovered that the original design was wrong and due to the error, some of the critical structure parts were not cut correctly. They would not be able to finish the install without repairing the design and then reordering new custom parts. The ETA on the new parts was - another 60 days...My wife and I now frustrated at the waiting decided we could wait a little longer if the job is completed correctly.2 more months would go by where repeatedly, I was ignored when asking for updates. I phoned, texted, left voicemails and even started emailing because I received -0 updates. Just silence.Eventually, I was notified that my parts had arrived and that they were now back to trying to schedule an installer.The installer finally arrived in November (now 2 months past the original due date) and guess what - the parts wrong... There was a lot of blame game to go around, but outside of just taping, glueing, cutting, and rigging, they couldn't complete the job.The original designer at Home Depot FINALLY answered their phone, blamed everyone else, and then said that they would order the parts and we would just have to wait again. My wife and I declined.I left more voicemails, emails, phonecalls, etc. and finally someone called me saying that they were going to solve it all in 1 day and send someone out there to cut/rig the cabinets so it's all good. We again declined. I explained this job was $8600 dollars and if takes 6 months and 2 wrong orders to just come in and start cutting things off to make things right, then I was owed some sort of compensation.As of today, I have not heard back from anyone. I finally called corporate / customer care as Home Depot will not return any communication and the job is still not finished. My wife and I for Christmas are going to hang blankets on the failed project so it's not in our pictures.-----------------------12/5/23 - UpdateLast week, I contacted Customer Care (Corporate) and opened a ticket. They agreed that it should not have taken 6 months and that they would assist in resolving it. They said I would get a call back in 3 days with an update on the case. I never got a call back (typical) and finally called them yesterday for an update.I was told the case had been closed and that I (the customer) should just call the installer to come out and just cut the parts as needed and that at this point it was on me to have it all resolved.

Picked up about 30 bags mulch about 25 of them had white mold thru entire bag. Last year same thing time to go to Lowes again they said if you take a picture they will replace it for free Virgo brown.

Do NOT EVER buy windows through Home Depot in Summerville. We purchased our windows -13- in October. They finally came in and were installed in February. 1 was missing. 1 was broken but they installed it anyway! Here we are in May and they won’t return my calls. I have even called corporate to step in and nothing!

On the first saturday of the month, they host a kids workshop. Get there early to get a good spot before supplies run out. My son had the best time! Friendly and helpful staff!

Drive farther but more helpful than lowes cheaper on thing compared to lowes and they have a great tool rent they show a lot more costumer service than lowes dont have there cc but will try soon doing a lot of home repair

I have ordered from Home Depot several times online and used the pick up service. My items were always ready for me when I arrived and always had help from the staff to load my car. Very pleased with the quality of the products I ordered and the helpful, professionalism, promptness and friendliness of the staff.

We have used Home Depot for years for every project we have done. I love how the store is clean and easy to navigate. Employees are always near by if you need something. We just recently got our kitchen appliances through them and our new kitchen counter tops through them everything went great. They always have great sales.

Made a reservation about a weeks ago. Everything was set up and the store confirmed they would have the items needed. Then woke up this morning to an email sent out at 6:02am saying my reservation was out of stock. What's the point of making a reservation if you wont hold on to the item I had reserved. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because I'm getting my deposit back.

Bought TrafficMaster LVP flooring, was guaranteed that I had a 30 year warranty. Apparently warranty only covers if their overpriced installers do the job. Found bubbles on most of boards and best they could do is 10% back or bring back to exchange product. My advice is to pay a few bucks more and go to Lowe’s where they stand by their warranties.

10% military discount, good selection of floor tiles, now that we only have 1 Sears store, I guess Kobalt tools are the next best thing. Have special ordered windows and it really wasn't that long of a lead time, 2 weeks. Yes 2 weeks is too long if your ordering a ceiling fan or "safe n sound" wall sound proofing insulation.

I am not the best looking guy in the world. But no one should be treated the way I get treated at this store. No help from employees when they see me searching for something. Every time I go down an aisle with an employee they start laughing at me like I have just told them a joke. It's OK though cause., that makes me ho to their competition and buy there.

Ryan and Scott were great when they helped us find a lawnmower that hadn’t been stocked on the shelf yet. Told them I was gonna look at some tools and they were pulling it down right as we got back. Good customer service is hard to come by these days

The older lady with the short blond bob w/ bangs and glasses should not be working Customer Service as she is one of the WORST customer service reps I have ever encountered. She stated she was on her way to lunch and saw me standing there and asked reluctantly if she could help (not sounding like she really wanted to help.) I gave her my order # and she said it was not there. I informed her that my app said it was there and at the customer service desk. She said its likely come in but not showing as ready. I repeated that the app says it was delivered to the customer service desk. She did not even attempt to look (clearly needing to get to lunch) and was unwilling when I asked to see if someone could just see if it might be ready but not scanned in yet as I have has this happen a few times now at this Home Depot. She said it was on a truck and she couldn't do anything. I mentioned that I had to come across town and that this was not close for me wasn't there anything she could do but never looking at anything other than her screen she refused. I get she was ready for lunch and I would have been happy to have someone else help me so that I did not have to waste 1.5 hrs of my day making multiple trips but she was totally unhelpful in any way and totally unwilling to be helpful or even pretend to try,. This lady should NOT be interacting with customers as she has no personable skills. I have never been more frustrated or irritated with and exchange and will likely avoid purchasing anything else with Home Depot (especially this location) moving forward. Its sad really as we had just purchased whole house flooring and several other items here and had a good experience but this one was so lacking of any hint of customer service that I will not be likely to work with them again. If I could I would return the items I purchased and buy them at Lowes (which has always been exceptional for us) I would but I have the contractors here today waiting to install the fans that she was too lazy to get me assistance with because she was more concerned with taking her lunch and couldn't be bothered to find someone that was willing to help.
