Each time I have come into the office during the past few months, Rashaud has been very amiable and has a pleasant disposition. He answers questions to the best of his ability, and strives to keep customers informed. Five stars for Rashaud; however two stars for the consistently broken gate which is a GREAT concern.The exit gate is consistently broken in the open position, and it would be helpful to have it fixed and locked. Part of the name is SecurCare Storage. The secure part in my opinion is lacking because of the consistent broken exit gate. I know the company has the control to fix/replace the gate and Rashaud doesn’t; I am sure he would if he could!

This place often has its gate broken. If you need your vehicle for work and the gate is broken that’s it. You have to wait. No system in place. And no one cares that you can’t work. Complete garbage

The manager at the miles Jamison location in SC is absolutely amazing. She went more than out of Her way to make us feel as welcome as she could. I've never had such great customer service. If u need her during the day she is there probably around making sure there is no trash and checking to make sure everyone is great. She welcomed u with a smile every time I see her

Clean friendly and I lub this place. Great place to use if you are in a bit of a cramp. It's a good bit of extra space and won't leave u empty in the Pocket. Can't say anything bad about it.

My wife and I have had a pleasant experience in renting our unit for the past seven months. The professionalism, warm courtesy, and cheerful smile of the General Manager Jean McCoy is definitely a great asset to the CubeSmart organization. I highly recommend this facility.

The manager, Ms. Jean at the Miles Jamison location in Summerville, SC has been nothing less than amazing. I first obtained my unit in July 2021 at one rate and was unsure why my rate jumped up $30. Ms. Jean was very professional and showed great compassion explaining the increase that was done on all of the units. I explained to Ms. Jean that I was under a hardship and was still looking for a place to reside and the increase would take me out of my budget tremendously. I attempted to request a fixed rate and I wasn't granted it but Ms. Jean showed me that if I were to purge my items, I would be able to get a smaller unit and still have my items safely secured. Ms. Jean used her great customer service skills to make my stay at CubeSmart a great experience. I got to keep a unit for my things and she saved me as a customer. I would recommend this location to anyone. I feel assured that I am in good hands while I search for my new residence. Ms. Jean is an asset to CubeSmart. Keep up the good work. See you next month.

I didn't use any services offered by the storage facility. Our pet groomer Washes and Wages is located on the premises. Absolutely love love love our dogs groomer. Friendly prices right and my fur babies love going in the salon. Their not afraid when i drop them off and very happy whenever I pick them up. My babies come out looking great.

So this experience has been a little daunting. There was 5 people standing outside at 9:03 as the Employee was late.He didn't greet anyone, looked hungover and moved very slow.No place to sit and wait. He wasn't answering the phone so the answering machine played the persons voicemail loud and clear for everyone to hear.Very clean facility but management really needs to step it up. One person to open the doors to a line with a bad personality is not the best call.Uhaul needs to review this location as should upper management.Super clean facility!

Sorry to say that the sales lady Shauna does not treat people kindly at all. No sense of customer service at all. I do not know why she is so difficult but she is. I will leave here as soon as I can find another place bc of how I see her treat clients and potential clients. I hear the manager Amanda is much nicer so try to get her if you want to rent space here.

We moved our trailer to Cube Smart storage after having a very bad experience at another storage facility. We have been extremely happy with our experience at Cube Smart Summerville. The management is great and keeps tabs on things. We even got a call checking to make sure we had the trailer with us during a recent camping trip. We highly recommend CubeSmart Summerville!
