She accommodated us with a puppy visit even though we didn’t have an appointment. Came in to just spend some time with puppies and left with one! Faith was a big help, very informative and told us about how long the puppy had been there for. He was older than most but as sweet as can be.

I just moved here over a year ago without any family or friends and decided I wanted a companion, so I purchased a puppy. My coworker recommended I go to Petland and that’s what I did. Melanie greeted me excitedly and helped me purchase my pet in over 10 years. If you happen to go here request her, she’s informative and you can tell she genuinely loves pets!!!!

I originally came in the store in search of a yorkie however, I came across a dream pup, a mini schnauzer and the rest was history, all of these pups are so friendly and sweet but once I held him I knew he was mine.. the process was super fun and easy you are allowed to play with any and all if necessary to find your favorite pal! the associates that helped me are wonderful Maci and Wilson for the win! The only word of advice is don’t go with your heart set on one specific breed because you will surely fall in love over and over! #welovebabySergeant🐶

Edmund came in to buy food (our regular food supplier for our big dog) and stopped by to look at puppies. Well, we now have a new Boston terrier! The staff was amazing in answering our questions and making sure he was good fit for our family. We can't wait to welcome him in our family

We traveled from the Savannah, GA area to visit puppies! The puppies were adorable, but we could take one home. The environment was warm and welcoming. The puppies looked happy and played quote a bit while we were there. I liked most is that a few pooped in their cages and it was tended to immediately! I was very impressed!They were very detailed in their presentation to make sure we were comfortable with our new fur baby! They answered all of our questions. I took away one star because they had us waiting too long on price and a couple of people. We wanted her and wanted the price.

My partner and I went just to play with the puppies and left with an adorable Cavalier King Charles. Abby’s customer service was amazing and she was very informative! If she doesn’t have an answer she gets it immediately. If you want a puppy go there and ask for Abby she’ll take care of you!

GET YOUR PUP FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Not only were we able to fall in love and play with our pup but the staff was so knowledgeable and SO POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. We were helped mostly by Faith and Ekona and they were so kind, truly grateful they were there to help us.I’d say by Faith, we found our Luna :)

This past Saturday we purchased a miniature Australian Shepard puppy with the help of Abby @ Petland Summerville. The experience was extremely pleasant and easy. The puppies are very well cared for. We would highly recommend looking first at Petland if you are in the market for a new puppy.
