I had an appointment that morning with a competitor that canceled on me. As I was driving home, I decided to stop here and book a future appointment for my pup. The ladies in the grooming salon were so very friendly and helpful. One of the young ladies advised me that if I just needed a face trim for my Shorkie. I could pay five dollars and that’s just a walk-in. As I agreed to do that and went to make the appointment for a future haircut and bath, another young lady, Kristina, offered to do it that day. I was so thankful and appreciative. I dropped her off at 10:30 and picked her up around one when I got my daughter from school. Liberty Sparkle Puffball R. looks amazing! We will definitely be booking for the future and so far, I believe we found our groomer.

The staff here is very friendly. Especially the grooming staff. They obviously care about our dogs' and our one dog who HATES strangers loves the people there. They also have a huge selection of everything you could possibly need for your pets. From toys to treats, kennels to kibble, they have it all. Their pet wash is also wonderful. The cat food we switched to is literally $10 less on Amazon from the price here and I can do subscribe and save and save even more. No brainer. The staff seemed preoccupied and I let the guy with long curly know that my young toddler did like people approaching him bc he gets scared (stranger danger) and he continued. My son cried, it was a whole thing and embarrassing. He was rubbing his face on a bird which I think creeped out my son. Another staffer had a bird on her shoulder which my boys thought was cool. So idk. But it’s definitely priced too high here.

Love this pet store. They have great prices and I usually end up shopping when my dog’s food is on sale. I got help the other day picking out a toy for my power chewer of a dog. She rips up all her toys, so the worker recommended a Kong Tugger toy, that even if she destroyed the plush part there’s a rope toy underneath. My dog loves it so much that I got her a second one, and I got my dad’s dog one. Even my other dog who’s not that big on plush toys loves it! Very knowledgeable staff!

Great place for your fuzzy kids' needs! You get points towards every dollar spent and most brands have a buy so many bags get a bag free program! Prices are slightly higher than other places, but they have what I need and the rewards programs definitely offset that. Plus, I usually buy when they have sales. We also adopted a cat from here! Worth checking out if you have pets with specific dietary needs!

Employee sent me a text & told me that “Ace” was ready for pickup! My furbaby name is Bolt!! When I called, the employee claimed she called my phone & I told her I didn’t have a pet!!!! No one NEVER called me! She said that was strange but continued to laugh about it!! I then asked her if BOLT was ready because he had been there THREE HOURS! She said he was ready! I then asked how long he had been ready and she said about 10 mins….not sure if that is accurate or not! Bolt has been going there to get groomed for almost 2 years now! There should not be any confusion especially when the pet owners have to fill out paperwork before departing! It’s scary to think someone could mistaken the pet owners and collect someone else’s pet! Additionally, my husband had to call the Vet for Bolt’s immunization records when we’ve brought his records to the facility &&& no one made he aware of this when I scheduled the appointment! Note to self….only bring my baby when Jamie is there!! She’s the best but wasn’t there that day! I called & also talked with the store manager.

My pup was in desperate need of grooming and new cut for summer. I wasn’t sure where to take him so I gave PSP a try and SO happy I did. Jamee did an excellent job with my long haired dachshund. I can tell she really took the time and extra care into giving my dog a good cut/wash. I will definitely be back to see her, made my day knowing I could leave my dog in good hands.

This store is not made for disabled people and there is no hell if you are disabled so I suggest you don’t go there items were purchased and put on the counter and I just had to pay for it again so somebody doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing the guy behind the counter at the cash register thought it was funny that I was having such a hard time and the collar that was bought was that hanging on the rack and there was only one, so I know this is the one the lady put behind the counter for us no I will not go back there nor will I tell anybody to go there. I suggest you run don’t walk Runaway.

Special cookies made for dogs are sold up front by the checkout. Mini bakery for your pups! Our girls love them! They are frosted and smell like pumpkin. Wide variety of food and treats and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They had one of the two items I was looking for so not a totally wasted trip. I was looking to buy a Dog Exercise Pen and the mats that can be used indoors to protect floor. The mats are also usually waterproof or known as washable pee pass but on a larger scale. They had the pens but no mats so kind of a bummer. Can't really use it inside without one. I ended up stopping by another store and found a washable substitute item. Other than that and substantially higher prices everything was fine. I buy specific items at this store when needed and do not mind the higher cost due to what some may call instant gratification. I look at it like dogs are living creatures and when you need something you need it. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and nearly always well stocked. Plus it's located right up the street which is always an added bonus.

I love this place. I drive an hour one way just to go there. My groomer Jamee is amazing and my kitten loves her. He is very comfortable with her trimming his nails. They have a very comparable canned cat food to Fancy Feast and he loves it and saves you money. The store manager is a major sweetheart and is very helpful. They have a store bird that is very loving and enjoyable to watch.
