Stole our money and tv! Tv was not working, brought it to store to exchange, forgot remote at home. I left tv at customer service and went home to get remote, when came back tv was gone and store refusing to give me another one or give money back. Scam!

When I saw these Inchworm Riding Toys, Oh my it brought back so many great childhood memories!! I just had to get my granddaughter one for Christmas. I can't wait until I see her on it and I hope it brings her happiness and great memories also. It's made by Radio Flyer and you can't beat the price of $45. I tried two different stores before I found one and they're selling really fast. The age for it is 2 to 5 years old. Happy Riding šš

I will start by calling this review. Baby Monitor Drama" My daughter needed a few things before I hit the road, so I went into Walmart with purpose. I had my route mapped out. Within 20 minutes of entering the store I had everything I needed and had located the baby monitor I wanted but the cabinet was locked I found two associates in the clothing department and asked them for assistance. They told me that there was a button on the cabinet that I could press and someone would come help me. As it turns out there is no button anywhere in that aisle, no less on that cabinet. I tried to get the attention of several other associates, but they just ignored me and walked by. Finally, I found a woman in a blue vest talking to another woman in a yellow sweater. I approached them and asked for assistance. The woman in the blue vest told me that I asked the right person that the woman in the yellow sweater was the manager. I explained my dilemma. Told them what I wanted. It took them a few minutes to find an associate with a key. While they did that, they explained to me that the women that I spoke to in the clothing department are the ones that are supposed to unlock that cabinet with every delay and The news that the people that were supposed to help me pointed me in the wrong direction. My blood pressure went up by 10 points. The store manager in the yellow sweater talked me out of the baby monitor that I had initially picked and into one with two cameras with my baby monitor in hand. I proceeded to the checkout everything rang up properly and it asked me if I wanted a warranty on the camera. I declined the warranty. My total was about $500. When I went to pay the card reader froze then they had to reboot once it rebooted it rejected the baby monitor. They told me I couldn't buy the baby monitor when I asked him why they told me they didn't know when I asked for the manager they they called over the lead cashier. Couldn't help either. I asked for the manager again instead. I got another lead. Finally, they told me that they couldn't ring it up and therefore I couldn't have it. They took it away again. They had to reboot their computer and ring me up again as I paid the second time. One of the leads came back with the baby monitor and they had put a new barcode on it and said if you still want it now you can have it. Since I had already paid, they rang up the baby monitor separate and yet again their computer system would not let me have it. We tried several more times and every time I became more and more frustrated The one truly helpful person in the store was the manager in the yellow sweater but they would not call her over to assist me needless to say, I was unable to buy a baby monitor

Be careful shopping at this Walmart!! I did grocery pickup and they gave me hamburger buns that have been expired for almost a month! The bag is full of mold! I have also had issues with cheese and sandwich meat being rotten from this store! So disgusting and dangerous!! Today is August 14th and the buns went out July 20th. How in the world someone didn't see this is beyond me!!

I have been dealing with this Walmart. Consistently for 3 years since I moved back to Spartanburg after 35 years. In a different state, this is the most poorly run super center. I have ever experienced in my life. The only thing redeeming about them is the pharmacy. I am a member of the delivery service and order about 2 times a week twice. In the past, the order has been 2 hours or more delayed. One of those times where it was delivered the following day. Just yesterday I placed an order that was going to be 2 hours late on grocery. So I changed it to the club side. Pick up between 9 and 10 PM upon arrival. There was no record of such order but having contacted the 800 number for customer service. I was informed the order was picked app and my bank account was charged. My response to that was. How can you pick up my order without my Driver's license? Or other government issued id and order number. Her response was well.They probably came to your car and couldn't get in.That is the most lame excuse.I have ever heard.There is internal theft going on in that store and I am going in to discuss it today.And I better get this resolved and there.Better be a credit in my account today.I will no longer be doing business with anything in the store except the pharmacy.And i'm probably changing that as well. It's somewhat okay to shop at, got good prices but if you're trying to get any ammo or knifes from here you're pretty much screwed. Most employees will not help you and so far Everytime I did manage to get an employee to the knife counter he said that he couldn't sell any because they only had displays one, then what's the point of even having them out if you won't sell them. Also they really need to hire more people to run the cash registers, Everytime I do go they only have two or three at best opened and running while there's a big group of employees and management I'm guessing (wearing yellow vest) always hanging out near the restrooms.

This store is a joke.. you barley get any help from the workers.. they are always on their phones and headphones.. there is never any parking because all the employees are parked in the front.. and they are towing elderly people cars due to them not having any proper parking for the handicap , etc⦠no signs that state towing policies, just snatching the cars up . Then to have associates standing outside recording people being towed is ridiculous.., what happened to customer service and working for the people not against them?

Daughter bought wrong battery for Honda last night advise by associates and returned it the next day with receipt and they say she can only get a gift card and store policy is anything over $50. Must be placed on a gift card. And a white lady I was told (by Walmart associate )returned a battery over month old get a full refund in cash. ?????? Really I mean come on. A unused battery that my daughter given wrong battery.asking for the manager but coach Walmart Russo canāt seem to get him or nobody knows the manager in the building my name Clarence Daniels

Never enough people at the registers, always sad look on their faces. Probably underpaid and don't get a full 40 hour week. Very few are friendly at the registers. Never greeted at the registers. Way to many self check outsā¼ļø Those things are albatrosses and need to go, I hate them and I will not use themā¼ļøThey are depressing and bring down moralā¼ļø Give people jobsā¼ļø Never any one at the register in the fishing tackle register everā¼ļø Over all I think ALL Walmarts are a horrible place to shop.

Store manager should be fired. We moved just a few years ago before COVID and this Walmart wasnāt the best but it was pretty decent. First time we ever saw the tower used for picking up items, it was awesome. Now itās been taken down. Since COVID theyāve hired a bunch of crummy people, store is always a mess, things everywhere and theyāre constantly putting pallets full of merchandise in the middle of the aisles. The company doesnāt take some items out of the boxes anymore they just open the box and put it on the shelf, like the cheese slices. Cutting corners to make more money yet their prices have only gone up. Employees use to ask if you needed help but now nobody will come up to you. I go out of my way to go to another Walmart usually which is sad because this one is much closer. Do yourself a favor and go hit up the one on Main Street near the Publix instead of this one.

Walmart grocery pick up is amazing. They are efficient, friendly and fast. Great work with streamlining pick up!The only issue I see, which is why I give it 3 stars, is bc out of 16 lanes almost half are always occupied by empty cars. This means that people are using it for parking to go into Walmart.A lot of the times if you go during high traffic hours, you can't even find a spot to pick up. Maybe having the police or employees monitor the pick up aisle to make sure people have an order or make sure someone is in the vehicle would be best.

Bad enough with all the online order fillers packing up every aisle with their carts, but add to it the mass of people running around and into everything for holiday shopping, which makes it worse.And pallets of freight in the main aisles are a hazard in itself.Self checkout always has 2 or more registers down. When you leave, you have the person checking your cart against your receipt. And at that time, creating a huge log jam of people just wanting to leave.

After circling and circling looking for reserved spot for order pick up I finally found one. This is due to the fact that half of the people that are parked there are out of their cars and in the store when itās supposed to be for order pick up. Granted, I donāt know how that can be fixed but itās very irritating. Then I wait 35 minutes for my order and watch a man pull in and sit for five minutes and get his order. So I called The Walmart worker over and asked why Iām still waiting when he got his five minutes after he got there. He said Iām so sorry and he went and got my order.

This Walmart needs to be remodeled! The shelves are falling and they look like they are growing mold! By far one of the worst Wal-Marts I've ever shopped at.That's probably the reason nothing is being stocked or left very disorganized.Update: went today, looks the same no one cares.

I ordered a custom birthday cake 4 days in advance , received confirmation with pick up time and date. Go to pick it up and there is no cake . I was told the bakery had staff out and thats the reason . They gave no reason while no one informed me of this ahead of time. Very bad customer service.

The worst Walmart in the state of South Carolina. I asked for assistance to mix the pain I want to get she told me she will get someone they took for ever to come. I asked another employer for help they said the same thing. I wasting for an hour for help come to find out it was broken wasted my time. The workers over at dorman center Walmart is very rude and disrespectful. I talked with the manager and she does care. THE WORST WALMART IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA!!

Sweetest girl ever in the bakery! On the younger side & shorter side. Wish I wouldāve gotten her name. I did a strawberry theme for my daughters 1st bday & she def brought my vision to life! She went above & beyond I feel like. Definitely a great asset to your team!

This is a decent Walmart but I'm giving a one star because I've been visiting here for 4 months and they will not fix the issue at returns. The rest of the Walmart world's great but for some reason the returns area is the worst I've ever seen. For example, I'm standing in line now and as usually, it's long and not moving. Right about the time it started moving again, a Spanish speaking person needed to send money overseas. The woman that works back here already makes it a point to move as slowly as she possibly can. I literally watched her physically try to move slower to make a point that she can't be pushed around. The employee manning the other register had to walk over there and translate for her. Instead of him taking over the transaction, he is now translating as she pushes the buttons as slowly as she can. So now the whole line has been held up for 10 minutes so two people can do one job. They need to fire everyone who has or does work back here and start fresh. I've literally seen people in line start screaming at the top of their lungs before, I've seen people cry out of frustration in line as well. Nothing ever gets done. I know tons of people that avoid this Walmart just for this reason and go to the worse Walmart across town that seems to still have a better customer service line than this one.

Worst Walmart I've ever seen! Very poor management. Shelves always look empty so there's a poor selection every single time I've ever gone. Restrooms filthy, deserted buggies littering the aisles, overflowing with restock or broke down boxes. And forget the customer service center. Biggest mess I ever saw. Doesn't anyone here do restock? Don't even get me started on rarely having any buggies for customers. I guess they don't employ cart pushers either. Awful!

Hate this place it's always over crowded they always wanna check receipts when they clearly saw you checkout. This casheirless system is so stupid. Also I try to boycott buying anything from this place because we should be boycotting all multimillion companies that don't pay their workers what is due. How to the managers make all the money when the stockers are the ones who literally do everything, which includes cleaning three store, front facing items, refilling from top shelves stocking the entire store. They throw out proponent millions of solid worth of food and other so called damaged or expired goods. Walmart is an absolutely horrible place to shop and support.

I ordered groceries from Walmart. I did not receive five items. I contacted Walmart account team. The lady told me she was not going to replace or refund the items I paid for and sent me an email stating she was deactivating my account. I am so disappointed in walmart. Hire better management.

On 12-16-23, we brought a bouncy house for our grandchildrens. And we let them open it on Christmas day and when the box was opened. They were no bouncy house,,it was full of junk, a used pool, a big dirty tarp, someone's used clothes and a bunch of dirt.We took it back 12-26-23., with our receipt. And they would not make it right for us. The lady that waited on us said that she was a floor leader and that no Manerger, no department heads or store manager was at all in the whole store store, This was what the so call floor leader told us, that would have to deal with her..The box we got had actually been a return item at 1 point and we had paid full price on this bouncy house, $239.00.and she argued with us, saying everything that are ever returned to Walmart,are opened and checked by a manager. Pretty much calling us thieves and i need someone to tell me why on the1 ofthe busiest day of the year the day after Christmas, would only 1 person, a floor leader be in charge of a whole Walmart. We never got a refund and all we wanted was a exchange...She was absolutely no help to us.As I stood there, so many customers who were bringing their items back and not at any time, did any employees or department managers check and opened of the other boxes, that those customers were bringing back..We were treated like thieves and we shop at this Walmart, on lots of occasions..We are continuing having this investigated, if we have to get a lawyer, we will..Because this could of been resolved that day..All they had to do was pull up the cameras and check to see if the box had been checked as the box was a returned item back September. And they said that they spoke to the manager and she said that it was in there.. which was a lie because we ended up buying that box..They should be fired and ashamed of themselves..We had to go to Greer Walmart and purchased a another bouncy house for our grandchildrens. And pay another $ 239.00 for that one...Teach your employees how to treat customers and not everyone you come across are thieves..I sent a video of the junk on the site...

This place is a hoot with all the random people there. There is always something funny to see. Oh yea I shop here also but you have to love the lines. Wish they would hire more people for the 50 registers they don't use.

Grocery pickup is so frustrating at this store!! It is more of a reflection on how ghetto Spartanburg is, but the store needs to manage the pickup parking spaces better. Of 16 spaces, all are currently full, and at least 7 of the 16 cars are empty. People use these spaces as regular parking spaces and those who are here for online order pickups can't get a spot. I circled for 15 minutes before a shopper came out and I was able to get his spot when he left. There were multiple cars trying to find a pickup parking space. I'm avoiding Dorman Center from now on...the Main St Walmart is so much better!

Where to start.....Outside - NASTY PARKING LOT!!!!!!trash can overrun. How about brighter lights!!!!!!Inside - stock in the way of shoppers. Blocks the ability to get to the items your trying to purchase. Empty shelves all to often. You have some staff that are friendly and acknowledge you and THEN you have staff the won't speak at all and then there are those on their cell phone who sees no one!The shelves where you get pens, paper etc. Messy!!!!!! Empty boxes on the shelves. Items not in the right place. Frustrating!!Clothing dept. Messy at times. Hard to find sizes at times. Overstuffed racks.Long, long lines!!!! Peak times between 5p-9pmš”š”. I am not employed with Walmart but yet, I'm having to scan the items I want to purchase and leave the store....shouldn't I get a check for having to check myself out!?!?

This was Mart was pretty clean, it is huge! They were sticking stuff so there were pallets everywhere, a lot of the cheaper items were out of stock, like the cheap salt n pepper set and the two dollar cutting board was out. Looks like they are good with RV parking, there were several in the back of the parking lot. Overall a good visit.
