Order photo prints for an hour pick up. Received an email the Order was ready, on time, great. I went in to pick up the order, the girl at the register in the photo area looked zoned out and didnt even ask how she can help or what I needed. I gave her my last name and let her know I was there to pick up a photo order. She looked around several minutes confused. A guy walks up, I am assuming a manager, scanned his badge and starts counting the drawer as we are standing there to pay. Then the lady proceeds to tell me I need to take my order up front to pay because he is closing her drawer. Meanwhile the lady up front already had a line. What happened to customer service? Since when is it ok to be a complete inconvenience and rude to paying customers? I definitely will not visit this store again.

Do not call your prescriptions in here, especially if Becca is working. I had the misfortune of having to have a prescription sent to this pharmacy as mine was out of the medication I needed. There was an issue with my prescription and my insurance and I was trying to work it out with them so I wasn’t paying over $200 out of pocket for asthma medication I desperately need. Instead of trying to explain to me what was needed, Becca decided to aggressively slam her hands on the counter and get nasty with me. Nasty and aggressive are the only way to describe her behavior when all I was trying to do was get some answers and the medication I need to breathe. She was completely unwilling to help or explain and acted as if I should just know. Completely uncalled for behavior and I feel sorry for anyone forced to work with and interact with that woman. I am 6 months pregnant and struggling to breathe and I get treated like that? I’ll take my business literally anywhere else.

Please read this before you send your prescriptions here.I have ADHD and my medicine is a schedule 2 drug. I have been on medication most my adult life. I'm a 40 year old married man. My wife and I have 2 kids, One is special needs and I work full time. I'm putting that out there because I know how these companies get. They usually get on these posts and insinuate something about the person who wrote the review.Here's my complaint. After being told they would fill it. I received a call back from the pharmacist to inform me they can't fill it because it's partial prescription. (Which I ask my Dr to do, because I can't afford it otherwise) no big deal, These things happen. I was fine.. However, for some reason the Pharmacist felt it was okay to talk to me in a manner that was competently unacceptable. . I mean you would've thought I was trying to break the law. She talked to me like I was a second class citizen. I don't know if she had a bad day but Its not okay and I'm not gonna stand for it. Mental Health is important. This is why many people don't seek the help they needNobody goes to the Pharmacist to be talked to like a child and treated like a damn criminal. To the point that I felt the need to leave this review. On playoff Sunday.I'm sure the conversations are recorded so Walgreens feel free .January 21st 2:44 pm.I'm being put in the defensive position like I need to defend my prescription. To anybody reading this. Trust me. It's just basic Adhd medication. Which I understand there's rules to how it can be dispensed. I get that. At no time in the interaction did it raise my voice or give any inclination that I was displeased. All I did was contact the pharmacy that had my prescription. I've never been talked to in that manner at any pharmacy I've ever been to.. everWalgreens feel free to contact me.I have multiple reviews on here. You can see I'm not a malicious person.. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous.Let me repeat, before they come on here and say something slick.I didn't argue with her, raise my voice or say anything disrespectful. I barely said anything at all. The only question I asked was "Can I pick up my prescription"

Shop was very clean and stocked. Very well maintained store from what I was seeing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy was opened promptly at the posted time and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had no problems getting in and getting what I needed and then getting out. One con is that there is no free wifi at walgreens which is kind of a bummer but no biggie. I would recommend this walgreens to anyone.

Was told by an employee that they do not do money orders even though they have signs inside the store that advertise Western Union. Also tried to get a passport photo taken there and was turned away despite them advertising that they do passport photos 7 days a week. Just go to the CVS across the street.

I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my RX. The young lady was on the computer at the window. It took her about 8-10 minutes to acknowledge me. What happened to I will be with you shortly or a glance and a smile? Why are customer's made to feel like they are a burden or bother. It is insulting and disheartening. Why do people accept a customer service position,but lack the proper skills and/or attitude? No one who deals with the public, under the healthcare umbrella, should display such arrogance. Treating the customer in the view,that they are at your mercy.I can go elsewhere, if it's better for your employees. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I feel like every time I go in there, even if it’s just to grab one thing it takes no less than 10 minutes to checkout. Every time. And if there’s a line a the resister? God help you. I will say that the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. I’ve had no experience with their pharmacy so I can’t comment on that, but the “regular staff” is very nice. I’m just saying checkout has been slow as molasses for years now. I avoid going unless I need to. Sorry!

I don't know where my previous review went. I left this place a one star review many weeks ago, but it has disappeared.My review is based solely on the COVID vaccine experience. It was absolutely awful. So disorganized, impersonal, and with a complete disregard to the customer experience.It was utterly obvious that they don't give a $#** at this place! It was so bad, in fact, that my wife and I left. We went straight across the street to the CVS and guess how that experience was? It was perfect! We could not have been happier or more relieved to find a place that restored our confidence in the vaccination procedure.Walgreens lost a lifelong customer with their vaccination experience. I will never return to this store, and very possible ANY Walgreens store. Ever. (Yep, that's how turned off I was- as well as my wife- with this experience, which I described in detail in my previous review, which is now gone for some unknown reason).

This one star is for the rest of the store outside of the pharmacy. The Pharmacy is getting NO STARS from me. With this new “we’re gonna close up our pharmacies at 5 and not update the automated system so our customers can be left in the dark with no meds”, it’s not doing their customers any favors. Today was a nightmare and it’s all because of this very issue. I had a family member that went into surgery today and when we were asked where to send the pain medication we called the pharmacy. The automated voice system specifically said that the office would be open until 9pm with a lunch break at 1:30-2pm. When we arrived to said pharmacy, they were closed and we were left scrambling to find help. All of this could’ve been avoided if someone would update the messaging system when someone calls. How about having someone that’s actually living and breathing take care of the calls instead of a machine?? Just a thought.

This is the WORST walgreens in the country stay away the pharmacy has the most incompetent people there is they will lye for 3 days then tell you there out and make you wait 4 or 5 days to fill your prescription the pharmacist makes up rules as they go and the store mangers lye and back them up.Your better off going somewhere else.

Ordered graduation announcements and was very excited about picking them up. I received an email stating they were ready. I went to pick them up and was told there was a computer glitch and the internet system wasn't working. I was assured it would be fixed. I went back the next day to pick up announcements. I was very disappointed!! The coloring on the pictures was distorted. These were professional pictures that I paid big $$ for and did receive permission to print. The lady at the counter could have cared less that they didn't look right. She didn't offer to correct it. I just canceled the order and settled for something at another Walgreens location. It wasn't what I wanted but it did turn out much better. Long story short...this location's photo department doesn't seem to take pride in doing a good job in printing photos, especially for important occasions.

I scheduled an appointment for the covid vaccine but when I arrived the pharmacy employees were deeply confused as to why they should administer the vaccine to me. My appointment time and confirmation number were meaningless they informed me because it is up to them to decide when and who gets vaccinated. I questioned the reasoning for declining my appointment and they told me that my attitude was not appreciated and they had no more tolerance with my presents.I retreated to the front register where I was greeted with the same lack of concern by the manager on duty, Ruben. He continued the lack of concern and confusion about how, when, and who can receive the vaccine.I expressed my dissapointment with the situation and Ruben just shrugged his shoulders.Poor customer service and incompetence is what Walgreens #7822 has to offer.

Every month there's "an issue with the insurance" that magically gets corrected immediately when you call and wait for an hour to get someone on the phone. So why can't they just do that when it doesn't go through the first time? The time they say it will be ready is never accurate either. I seriously think they wait till you show up to even start on your order. It has happened consecutively for 6 months now and I will not be coming back. Someone should be held accountable.

I came to drive up window tonight,and with no line behind me asked the pharmacy tech if they sold a medicine for leg cramps. They said they did but i would have to come in a purchase the medicine. I told her my legs were cramping so back that i could not walk in. All she said to that was sorry about that.

I always look forward to my monthly 45 minute wait in line to pick my my prescriptions. No matter what time of day I come the line is wrapped around the building, and it’s no better inside. I can’t transfer my prescriptions, because they were already transferred once out of rite aid. They also transferred the super sloth slow pharmacy tech from the rite aid in Cowpens to this Walgreens.

The cosmetics Sales associate Angela, was so friendly and helpful I really enjoyed the time she took to explain each product and the benefits each one would have. If I had a question, she was right there to come back and answer it with no complaint. They should have more like Angela 😁❤

Today my wife and I got our covid booster shots at this location.. the employee that gave us the shots was above and beyond kind, compassionate and informative.. thank you to her and the rest of the pharmacy staff for their very important care of their customers..thank you kindly Paul and Lois Gould..

If I could rate zero stars I would! Unprofessional!!! Customer service is horrible at the pharmacy! They will send a text alert to you saying it’s ready and will ask you to pull back around! They do not take your time into consideration and they make serval excuses for their employees! When you do finally complain no management is ever around! They take their poor little time!

It was 5:50pm when I went to the pharmacy to have my prescription filled. The pharmacist told me that she "Welcome to Walgreens! I'll be with you in a minute!" As time past, the young man comes to help me, but the pharmacist tells me that she can't wait on me because they're about to closed. The thing that bother me was they both set there and watch me the entire time I was there waiting to get my prescription filled. I talked to the store manager about the situation and she acted like she didn't care. I will never step foot back in that Walgreens or any other Walgreens because of what happened to me.

The pharmacy staff seem over whelmed and unorganized since the store took over the Rite Aid pharmacy customers. I'm sure its due to many more customers and same amount of staff. It has also effected their friendliness.

The store is conveniently located. Being part of a big chain they have many ways to renew prescriptions. The store is large and clean. The staff is helpful. They will have most everything you will need. Keeping with corporate pricing they have a tendency to be on the higher end of pricing as most of the chains are. Do shop around especially if you are paying cash.

I called just to ask how much the flu vaccine cost and the pharmacy technician was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. She replied with answers that made it seem like I was dumb and also had a very bad attitude. All I wanted to know was how much it cost!

The pharmacy is the slowest in town. They are slow to fill and the drive through is never less than 30 minutes. Changing pharmacies is such a pain but I’ve hit my limit.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Nothing but a hastle every time. I'm leaving this pharmacy even though it's close to the house. They get their orders from my doctors and payment from my insurance but it is a bad experience 99% of the time! I'm done.

Went there today to get some items. Was trying to check out and the cashier told me I was interfering with her lunch. Then on top of this my 1 year old child was having melt down and crying and the cashier proceeded to cover her ears and said I can't hear to me. Overall this store is very unprofessional.

Called about refills and they said my doctor had closed them out. Immediately called my doctor and they said they did no such thing. Second time we have had problems with Walgreens. Moving to another pharmacy.
