Love this store. Employees are always kind and helpful. They greet you with a smile and say hi. The store was neat and clean. Tracy in the home department was great and helped us with what we needed. Will definitely be back

As of late the store has absolutely no selection especially in the makeup and beauty section. I used to shop here weekly. Now I go to TJ Maxx in different cities because this one is no longer a great shopping experience.

Great prices, great employees and super fast check out .. they are the Chik fil A of discount department stores.They know how to keep things moving and you might see a mile long line but don't worry you'll move along at lightning speed and be out of there in no time but not feel rushed or hurried and the people their are always friendly and cheerful.

Its always so packed on Saturdays. Go there on a weekday to avoid the chaotic shoppers lol. I suppose because Christmas is coming up, they're jam packed in there with a very long line to check out. I love TJ Maxx though

Some great deals and great selection of merchandise and they have a great system of operating multiple registers to keep lines moving fast even if there is a long line it moves very quickly and is never discouraging to see a long line here because I know they almost always have 4 or more registers going.

This location is very disorganized often hard to walk through. Men's department is non-existent. It totals two short sided double racks and a couple of smaller circular ones. If you are looking for men's clothing don't waste your time

I wanted to share my experience on how most of the Girls working the Jewelry counter think we are still in the 1950 era meaning that if your are white your are served before the African American people However I do thank the lady who kindly told her that I was at the Counter first. Please train your employees to ask who was next... Money is the same color clearly im here to spend it!

We were looking for a dress and a certain pair of shoes..We never found what we were looking for but, it was okay...it's a bit clustered - but it's fine..Sorry I didn't take any photos but I'd still recommend going to look you might find what you're looking for and they have a lot of variety of stuff not just clothing...

We go to TJ Max for those hard to find household items. You'd be surprised what you can find here. Pretty good prices on most items. Bath items are a little pricey, but not unreasonable. Store needs more organizing, especially in the kitchen and bath sections. If you go here don't be surprised if you have to wait in line to check out. Weekends are their busiest times. Good store, good inventory, good prices. Worth a visit.

Hello I came into TJ Maxx on November the 20th I bought a dress the dress was $29.99 the total cost of the dress was $32.09 I brought the dress back on November 22nd because I paid with it with my credit one card the lady said I will return it back on your card as of today it's been a whole month and my money still is not back on my car after talking to several managers in the Spartanburg store about this transaction I still have not received my money back.
