Bought supplies and the worker pick them for me and I asked are the right size he said YES I asked again he replied yes. Get home they didn't fit brought them back wouldn't take them back. Like I stated if I pick them out I understand not taking it back but that wasn't the case. 100 dollars isn't easy to come on a fix income.

I’d forgotten what it was like to have pharmacists that show that additional level of care and attentiveness before I started using Smith Drug Store. Since I started using Smith last year, it’s been a pleasure. They’re easy to get ahold of on the phone, they work with my schedule, and their level of consultation is excellent.

I love love Smith's Drug Store. The Pharmacists are super friendly and always work extra hard to make sure my prescription(s) are ready in a timely manner. This is the only pharmacy I use for me and my children. Smith's Drug Store is definitely in a very very convenient location in Downtown Spartanburg. I like coming in Smith's to get prescriptions filled or stop by for snacks and/or coffee. The Cashiers are amazing as well. Sometimes I need to buy over the counter medical supplies or Holiday/Birthday Cards. Sometimes I just walk through and look around. Smith's is definitely a great pharmacy/store. It's my favorite.

I have no words to describe how much better this pharmacy is especially compared to ANY other in town no comparison. I'd drive an hour out of my way, Walgreens etc well they can't even compete. The manager is a good and fair man
