Organized store, quiet and peaceful shopping experience...however the cashier at check out lacks a lot in customer service. Not engaging at all and not friendly. Please have people at check out that are customer service friendly. Otherwise I would have given this location 5 stars. Associate number 449303 is the reason for this rating.

Great store, great variety, great prices.This location is very neatly organized. Has a ton of options; wether you're looking for clothes, shoes, house decor, pet items, baby/kid toys or clothes. The employees all seemed happy in their work, the cashier I got was super sweet & engaging to my 3 children one of which was bored from from looking at clothes & playing 21 questions with her but she answered all & did her job with a smile on her face!

Store was absolute filled with stuff which is a rarity for Ross stores lately. However the staff was not very friendly at all! The lady over the dressing room was super rude. For instance a lady waiting behind me had ONE item you could clearly see it was one singular item worker told her hang it on the rack so she could count it the lady with item simply said oh it’s only one item while holding it up for the worker to see, the worker said i don’t care I said hang it up so I can count it now put it on the rack. I understand this time of year (Christmas) is hectic but that was uncalled for. I also get there are rules but she had one item and she held it up for the worker to see it was one item. She also wouldn’t let me take things back into the fitting room that I’d already tried on when I went to switch out some things like I wanted to try different shirts with different pants, I have 12 items I could only take 8 in so I tried on a few came out to switch some things out for the stuff I couldnt take in and she told me whatever I’d already tried on I needed to hang it on her rack I was like but I’m not done I want to try these shirts on with these pants she said well you can’t take those back in there. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location for my shopping needs.

Not really impressed..no where near the selection that the dorman center in Spartanburg has.. employees give a " we don't care" vibe...I won't be back

I love the fact that they are open much later than other clothing stores. They're even open until midnight on the weekend! Which is awesome when you want to go late night shopping. I have great prices the stores always clean. I have no problems when I need to do any returns or exchanges and I always find something that I probably don't need but that I definitely enjoy when I go here.

Ross is a good store, their prices are like no other. I've worked for them in the past and their work environment is very toxic (at least the one i worked for) they need better management and could improve in security with the amount of items being stolen everyday. Over all 3/5 seems appropriate for the matter. The company can improve.

I really like this store, a lot! I was looking for a dress for my daughter and we found several beautiful dresses for under $20! They have a great selection of bed sheets, the best prices I've found anywhere! They have the cutest home decor too! They could use a better selection of clothes for young children though, the store is big enough for it. As for the store, it's always clean.

Great plot prices and most of the time plenty of things to choose from. I only have one request of them and that is of all the perfumes you have I have never found the 1 I'm wanting…. Ralph Lauren promises . If you could make that happen for me you'd have a customer for life with a big old smile on her face every time she walks through the door

Surprisingly great dress selection at very affordable prices. The store is a little less glam, but it's worth it for the discounts. I bought a Calvin Klein pants suit for 1/3 the online price. Cashier was courteous and professional. Will definitely be back.

I have tried to find a small desk everywhere. And I couldnt find one and when I did, they were over $100. I went to Ross today and found one for $50! And its the perfect size! I love coming here! I always find great things for a great price!

Oh my goodness I love roses this store is big and they got a large amount of size 6 shoes for women so you know I'm going to spend a lot of time there plus the Price is Right and the employees are great in the store is so well organized wow

We usually always have a good experience here.. I will say they don't carry consistent products, but, that kinda makes every time we go a different experience :-) . With that said - sometimes that's not good when you need something specific:-/ . But overall - good shopping place for the price, convenience and products:-)

Didn't find anything on this trip but it was a late night for me. A Lot of stuff to pick from. One of those stores, you get it when you see it or it might not be there when you go back!I take it that the new store is going to be opening soon. It wasn't to full and things are being moved around.I like the new store but miss the old one.

I can't say a lot for this store but what I can say is positive. They have a great selection at pretty good prices. The store is usually messy but that's common for this type place so I'll overlook that. There's not many people working the floor so help is pretty hard to find but the cashiers are always nice. I would recommend this place to others.

Toys and baby clothes were nice. Excellant choices and good prices. Staff was friendly and provided help that was needed while shopping with two babies. (Small babies!)

I like the variety of items in this place. They have fashionable clothing and shoesBut I like home decor items. I've found lamps, wall hangings, pillows, blankets, etc. Good prices too

Would be 5 stars if the dressing rooms were open. Old Navy dressing rooms are open. I hope the return on clothing isn't a hassel since you cannot try before you buy.
