Use to go here with my father many years ago when I was a child. This place has been around as long as I can remember and there is a reason why. You cant get the same level of personal service from a big box store, nor will the box store have such a large selection of products to choose from. Prices are slightly more expensive. Huge selection of carp juices.

I love the place, but had one costly problem when buying nectarine trees. After 2 years of investment in pruning, shaping, and expensive sprays, I find out that this first crop is not nectarine but instead some variety of peach. Just disheartening as I didn’t want two peach trees. Nice folks, but wish they’d have offered something for the cost and trouble. And no, the trees didn’t set peaches last year due to the cold that knocked out most everyone’s crop. If they had I could have reported it and pulled the trees out of the ground then. Starting over. 2 years lost and 3 more to get back to a first harvest. Fun Fun

They have a variety of vegetables to choose from and hanging baskets that's more affordable than going to Lowe's. I buy my heirloom seeds here and chicken feed. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they have rabbits and baby chicks around Easter holiday.

Spent $300 last Saturday. I got Petunias and 4 hanging baskets. Much higher prices than Lowes or Home Depot but I prefer to support small business rather than big box stores. I have bought hanging baskets EVERY SINGLE YEAR from Franks on hwy 9 but it is now closed. I know how to take care of my flowers and plants, never have I had an issue. From Saturday-Monday, my new hanging baskets had turned brown! The owner is not friendly, his wife is, but he is not! Not only did he have a bad attitude with my husband, but he was being ugly to someone else on the phone. He said it was wind damage. We haven’t had high winds since last week and these were on a plant stand in front of my porch, not hanging up high! Only allowed us to exchange two of the 4 hanging baskets. I’m out $50. First time customer and last time customer.

Absolutely incredible selection of peppers and vegetables. You can get Carolina reapers, sweet bell peppers and everything in between. They had variants of peppers that I never knew existed. Prices are very reasonable.

Awesome variety but prices were higher than other places I’ve been with same quality plants. I can get a 6-pack of annuals at some places cheaper than I could get a 4-pack here.

If you are interested in healthy plantsor fishing minnows or ANYTHING farm or garden that's a fun place to go. I needed small "S" hooks for my dogs tag..They had exactly what I wanted and took me right to them and MORE. Service with help and genuine customer support.I saw this plant and fell in love with the place. They've been around for a while, and it's a treasure chest. Have fun discovering.

A touch pricey but, you will get the garden you want. For a DIY or master gardener's design they will provide, knowledge, experience and a custom hand over hand shopping experience for you. I live in Charlotte and I make an intentional trip to Spartanburg for my garden needs.

I just moved into a new house with existing plants I couldn't identify. I also wanted to buy some new white flowers that bloom throughout the summer to add to my landscaping. The staff at Piedmont Farm and Garden were so helpful and knowledgeable with everything! They identified my existing plants, showed me an app to identify plants and helped me put it on my phone, and when they didn't have the flowers I needed, they told me where I could buy them. I am so grateful to them all! Thank you Melissa!

This place is amazing. They have so many varieties of tomatoes & peppers that you've never heard of, it's neat just to browse & check them out. Plus they have a nice hardware section as well as a huge flower section. Again, this is an awesome place to visit. Update: 5 years later, this is our go-to place for veggie plants & herbs.

Excellent as always! They have hard to find garden vegetables & heirlooms to boot. It's an hour away from where I live but it's worth the drive. Everyone that works here is also friendly & very helpful. Just be prepared to sweat... it's always hot in the greenhouses. But they also have a website where you can order the plants you want as well if you aren't close by their location.

They have really pretty flowers and alot to choose from as well as trees. Inside has heirloom seeds that are over decades old and from some really unique vegetables and fruits. They got canning supplies. Bee keeping/chicken keeping supplies. Their dog food selection is good also.

This store had a vast array of plants, cactus, veggies and more. If you are looking for a special plant, they probably have it here. They were out of stock for the season but did have string of pearls. I will come early next year to try and snag a couple for my daughter.

Usually I go in there the service is good on this day I didn't see the nice man that normally be there it was two woman one older an one middle age . They are rude for one the older white lady standing there lookat me like I done something rong wen I asked her a question so im standing there waiting then I see another lady walk bye an asked her a question an she act like she is aggravated.If you don't no exactly what u want when u go there your not gone get no help . They act like the don't even see you loud as the bell is wen you go in the building.
