I have a truck driver I have delivered there several times will be delivering there in the morning it has always been a pleasant experience I have never had anyone be rude to me and as a truck driver you know that most shippers and receivers feel like we owe them the world and they owe us nothing as far as Phillip's pet food and supply I love going there and look forward to going there tomorrow unfortunately I am at Purina down south of Atlanta and they take forever to load normally five or six hours

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. Had an appointment for 7am and when I went inside, I was told by some guy that "they went on break and will be back later". I explained to him that I had an appointment for 7am and the guy just repeated the same frase exactly as he said it before like a machine recording. No politeness at all.

Nice parking for truckers and for has alot of space for backup. Only problem they don't have Porta potty or washroom for truck drivers. They entertained us 2 hours before our appointment time, unload in 30 minutes.

NO RESTROOMS!!!!! Seriously where do Drivers go to the Bathroom at,In the parking lot I guess!!! They have a COVID-19 restriction to The Bathroom, that's fine, but You need to have a porta Jon or SOMETHING outside for drivers making deliveries!!!!! We don't Have bathrooms in our trucks people!!!!

Worst distributor in the industry. They can't keep items in stock, don't alert their customers when things are going to be late, constantly ship orders at 80% or less and are more expensive than their competitors.I've tried for months to get one of the higher-ups to give me a call and now I'm done. Congrats on losing yet another customer due to poor management

Cheryl is a great salesperson spent time with me too help me order when I’m technically challenged and phillips tanks arrive intact almost every single time also my favorite part about them is there calm and not annoying when it comes to payment they are lenient unlike other distributors they get my business first

Very unprofessional. Although the delivery appointment was set, they took it upon themselves to change itAnd I had to sit on a cheap load for 2 days. Won't pick up another load going here EVER.

Horrible not sure what’s it like to pick up there but I know what’s it like to deliver,first of all this Company has been in the business since 1938 and you have to have a appointment to deliver there,I had appointment that was made by them,a shipment that came from another facility that they owned my appointment was at 9 am I didn’t leave there till 2 pm I lost out on loads and money,
