This is the only petsmart in the Spartanburg area. Where I live that my baby, the Duke. Let's these people bade him and cut his nails. And he loves all of the girls and people that work there. My son and I found a fish tank on the side of the road. It gad two fish in it still alive. Didn't have a clue what kind took smepics took them to pt smart asked and they knew right away told what to do and what to feed them . Now we are a proud owner of 3 fish went and bought another one.

I took my poodle, Alfred, who was desperately in need of a groom, and though I was a bit nervous as he has some anxiety/separation issues, I was so surprised and happy when I picked him up. Angel was his groomer and she was so reassuring and kind to him! He looked absolutely fantastic and I’m sure he felt 100 times better! Angel gets a huge thanks from both me and Alfred!Highly recommend Angel for your pups!

I have to give a shout out of gratitude for the managers of my local store who, after getting my chiweenie, Nina in for her nail trimming, I unceremoniously passed out and was promptly attended to and was taken to hospital where thankfully I found that giving blood earlier, and probably under hydrated, led to my blackout and it wasn’t more serious. I don’t know their names, but intend to find out and bring a card of appreciation! They also kept our dear family dog until we could return that evening and wouldn’t take payment for her trim! Thanks to these dear people who gave kindness to us and your employees have DEFINITELY got a repeat customer!

It was easy to find pet beds locations of items are very well marked. It's a bit pricey but nothing out of the ordinary staff are always amazingly kind and helpful.

None of the associates asked if I needed assistance. They were busy repkenishing the shelves. The store was very clean & organized though. Yes, I could've asked for assistance. However, it's important to notice shopper's who may need help. Step up. Ask. They'll either accept or decline your assistance.

Absolutely love this location! I just recently rescued my first pup and I’ve been coming to this location for all his needs. All the staff is absolutely amazing, they’re always super nice and helpful! Even decided to get my pup groomed here and they took amazing care of him! This will continue to be my go-to for my pets needs.

Megan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) groomed my grumpy old pup, Loki. Let me say I’m super happy! Megan was extremely sweet with him from the moment we walked in. You can tell Megan loves animals and it made me feel great knowing Loki was in good hands. 10/10 will recommend Megan and come back!!

Just had this happened to me and my husband. Came to get a litter and cat food. It’s annoying to be asked for donations but I understand it’s part of the cashiers job so fine whatever. However, it’s another thing you having the audacity to NOT ask the customer at all and when your customer pays for the items they came for to be charged a donation they weren’t asked about/or authorized!!!! It doesn’t matter if its $2 or whatever amount. It’s the disrespect that you think you can basically steal money from your customers and not say anything.

Super nice staff.I was a visitor needing crickets and couldn’t find the crickets but I ended up walking past them in the beginning.Waited in line, which moved super fast, asked for crickets, followed, and waited in line again, but was super fast once again.

I always like coming here and I'm sure my cats happy too when I come here because she always gets her favorites and new stuff to try.They are always well stocked with full shelves, great selection, friendly helpful employees and lots of good sales and clearance deals.I like to also visit the pets for adoption and make a small donation when I check out to help all the little animals who need it.If you're looking for a new pet or supplies for a pet you already have them you can find everything here under one roof.

This has to be the best Petsmart anywhere! The staff is always great, pleasant, and friendly. I am almost always greeted coming in the door. The managers have been exceptional, offering to call other stores to hold items that were sold out from locally. This store has been a weekly hang out for me and our kids for years to see the new animals. The new Pet Rescue/Adoption volunteers are amazing too! We have adopted a kitten that is super sweet and have plans to adopt another from them.

This place is a joke (groomers) overpriced and the waiting period is ridiculous. If you want to get ROBBED and taken advantage of , bring your puppy here for grooming. The groomers have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go with local groomer who loves yours pups.

The cat section is a bit limited and you have to spend a ton to earn rewards, but staff are usually nice and it's central in town (easy to get to from our local neighborhood. We give the Spartanburg Petsmart 4 stars. Overall, it is a decent place to shop our fur babies' essentials with a slight bit of room for improvement.

Great Customer Service on this visit, very satisfied. Only issue was the horrible odor inside store and all the dog poop in the grassy area around the store that I felt should be addressed immediately . Totally gross.

My pup loved it here! I was a little uneasy about PetSmart grooming from prior experiences at other locations, but this one came recommended from a friend. I liked how I could book online, plus they had availability before Christmas. I admittedly was a little vague with what I wanted when we arrived, but Rachel put all the pieces together for me and made him look great! We’ll 100% be coming back and requesting for her to groom him again in the future!

The young lady that checked Luna in was not friendly, I had a couple of treats for my dog to put in kennel so she would be more comfortable and the young lady that took her back said they couldn’t take them because of aggressive dogs ( I would hope you wouldn’t take in aggressive dogs)🤔I have always brought a couple treats in before.I will not be bringing Luna back.

We have used the grooming services three times, each time we’ve had a different groomer (since we usually wait till the last min to book lol). Every time we’ve been pleased with the results! The communication is top notch. They explain what to realistically expect, listen to your concerns and wishes, and then make sure to let you know if anything comes up during the appointment. We have a poodle and he’s a challenge with the curly coat. But each time he’s come home we’ve been so happy with how it went. And their hours and availability is a huge plus for folks like us with a crazy schedule. Yesterday our buddy came home so soft and smelling wonderful….you could tell he felt fancy lol!
