First time visiting & definitely not the last! Over 100 flavors, & lots of extra toppings to choose from. The prices, & sizes are very reasonable. They even have a $1 pup cup!!! My dog loved his French vanilla! Great service, great location, & great tasting, literally no complaints!Parking: Parking lot is decent sized.Kid-friendliness: Play area with tables.Kid flavors & sizes.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramps, stairs, etc. All one flat surface.

Went here with my kids for my birthday! The lady who served us was very sweet. Although they were pretty busy the line moved fast, and she also gave me my snow cone for free! They keep the tables and outside clean! Will definitely be back!

Great place to get a snoball. Tons of flavors to choose from. And adding cream is a must! Up to 2 flavors are included with cream (if you want it) and tax already included in the price...Dont know what the price is of the small and medium but the Lg is 4.50, Avalanche is $5. Some of our favorite combos are Guava/Honeydew with cream, Tiger's Blood/Wedding Cake with Cream, and Black cherry/Pina Colada with Cream. The pics below are from the one in Roebuck. Some of the locations have different flavors.

Truly love pelicans shaved ice. It's really good, plus over 100 flavors. They have nice seating areas. I couldn't give a bad review honestly. It's my favorite place to go on a hot day. Lots of sugar. Also kid friendly too!

Got there at 850 they close at 9 and the girl called her boss and he said she couldn't serve anymore because she had put the blanket over the syrups. My family of 5 is there at least 3 times a week but after today ill go to east main are the roebuck location

Random goodie!! Spotted this place on an adventure around Spartanburg and decided to U turn it and check it out!! It was so hot and these snowballs were the perfect treat!! They have awesome choices for kids and adults!! Stop and cool down 😊🤗❤️!! The Girls working there are super nice that's a plus!

The owner at this location is so nice and personable. My husband likes the Fireball flavor and has paired it with almost the whole menu, but every time we stop here the owner sees my husband and pulls the Fireball flavor right then. It's awesome customer service!!!

I had the Super Hero (1/2 cherry & 1/2 blue raspberry). Hands-down, this was the best snowcone I have ever had in my life. This was my first visit, but I cannot wait to go there again and try additional flavors.

I've passed by this place a few times since living here and I must say... I never thought this place would be so good. If you love snow cones or just are in the mood for one this is the place. There are so many flavors to chose from (going as far as pickle and toothpaste) that is is almost impossible to try them all! Highly recommend this place wether it's 90° or 23°

It was amazing! I had mango after I finished it I automatically wanted to go back and get another one. So many flavors it's hard for me to choose but next time (which is hopefully sooner than Tuesday) I'ma try cheesecake!🍰💙

This place is awesome! They have 100+ flavors, and I've tried probably a dozen or so. All of them were delicious. If you go regularly get some pelican bucks because you get $25 worth for $20.

The flavors are great, my spearmint was awesome. However, my daughter had a stuffed oreo regular snowball at this location and the ice cream tasted like it was freezer burnt :-( We usually have a great experience during our visits at various Pelicans. The one on Reidville Rd has the best stuffed snowballs. Especially, with the banana pudding flavor with whipped cream. Overall Pelicans have great snowballs.

My family and I just left. I have to say I had higher expectations especially after seeing the reviews. This place wasn't worth the money in our opinion. I'm from Louisiana and we take our snowballs pretty seriously. For a large back home it's like $1.75 and here it was $4😱 I ask for condensed milk back home($0.50)and they put it throughout the snowball in layers.but here it wasn't enough. Back home I paid $0.50 for gummies and they put several but HERE they ask you "which one?". In my mind I was like " What do they mean which one?" So I just said that it didn't matter. They literally meant ONE gummy. I ended up paying $9.50 for two kid snowballs and a large. The flavors were good. We personally weren't happy and won't come here again.

I love pelican's snoballs. Great price and great service here. The have so many different flavors and add ons available. They also have a good size selection. If you love shaved ice then this is the right place for you. My favorite flavor is the cotton candy.

My Children were at this location to buy some snowballs and were directed to go to another line and when they went to another line they had told them they were longer serving anymore, but once we were leaving a few more people came along and bought some. Which now has me questioning why??We will no longer be giving our business to them!!

Upon my first visit with my father and sister, I was skeptical when it came to the hype of "just a cup of ice." But, they "got over" in book. In the process of ordering, I noticed a slogan painted onto their wall reading; "It's not just a snow cone, it's an experience." once I adapted that philosophy, everything fell into place.This place is like heaven for a kid, and I wanna be the king of it.
