It's okay, we were able to get here early and the atmosphere was a lot nicer than trying to eat during the lunch rush.We definitely ordered more than we realized, a full size sandwich and bowl of soup can be too much for one person. Next time I definitely know to slim down on my portions.Leftovers do store pretty well though, so even if you do order too much, you can take the rest home. It is still over priced in my opinion, its good food, but meh for the price.Atmosphere is ok when its slow, its clean inside and the employees have been very friendly this visit.This is an every once in a while place vs eating here regularly. Its alright, but just not a place I would ooh and awe over or crave.

The staff is absolutely ridiculous here. The first time we ordered 18bagels and got home to realize there were only 16 because apparently they don't know how to count. When we called back up there, they made a fuss about us not checking before we left. The second time we ordered online and had someone go pick it up. Not only could they not figure out where our order was to begin with, but they made us get out of the drive through and go inside and there was absolutely no one at the front counter to help us. With hope expensive the food is, I expect good service with it and they just don't deliver.

First time coming to this location and felt like I ordered with a person who’s miserable with their job. I was rushed with my order and the girl who took my order gave me attitude for no reason. She was mumbling and it was hard to hear her so when I asked her to repeat herself she says anything else for you with a nasty tone. Where are the manners?!! The girl in the window was nice.

The soup is great when they have the bread bowls. Twice we have driven from a neighboring town well before closing time, this time in the pouring rain 2 hours before closing, and they were out of bread bowls and this time they were also out of baguettes! This is a bread company and 2 hours before closing they are out of bread!! That is ridiculous. Last time the one across town still had bread bowls but this time both were out! If a bread company runs out of bread-make more! I Don’t typically leave a bad review but just frustrated! Needless to say we left!

Increasingly Panera is engaging in false advertizement. Their pictures of their meals in no way look like the food they put out of their kitchen. In fact they skimp so bad on their ingredients that it is a complete disappointment when you get your meal. When you talk to management they make no effort to correct it even though they agree their pictures misrepresent their food. I used to give out panera gift cards to homeless and needy but that is going to be reconsidered.

Shut the front door! What is in that flat bread pizza? Every single bite was a wonderful cheesy mouth full of deliciousness! The crust was very crispy and warm just like I thought. I also got the chicken Ceasars salad to stay on track with my calories for the day...but that Flatbread pizza was amazing! My taste buds are dancing with excitement and I am so thrilled that I have found a new dish to add toy list of favorites!

UPDATED:Forgot to bring my lunch to work so I decided to try Panera again, mostly because this is one of the healthier "fast food" options, and I only get 45min for lunch... Ordered the same thing I have in the past; Ham&Swiss on rye, no onions, just a little bit of mayo&mustard... got back to work and opened my sandwich to find onions, gobs of mayo&mustard, and it was not on rye bread... Not only that, but I had to take apart the sandwich and re-make it because everything was falling apart... AND I also had to ask twice for the water I ordered because initially they didn't give it to me... and the bag the cookie came in was smeared with some sort of orange-red sauce (buffalo sauce, maybe?)... I don't know who owns/manages this Panera, but it is one of the worst ones I have ever been to...ORIGINAL REVIEW:Drive through line didn't move for quite a while, so parked and went inside instead. Waited a little longer than usual for my sandwich. While waiting I noticed that the receipt said "NO Spicy mustard... light mayo". It was supposed to be "light spicy mustard... light mayo". I told the people making the sandwiches about the mistake, and they said they would fix it. When I get back to work I open my sandwich to find there was no mustard. In addition, they didn't even bother to spread the mayo over the whole slice of bread. I don't go to a place and order a sandwich just so I get a wrong order and then have to re-make it myself. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened to me at Panera (in general, but also at this one specifically). :/

Food is usually pretty good but prices seem too high IMO. Recently tried their new flatbread pizzas and was underwhelmed. Will stick with the salads and sandwiches from now on. This location has a drive thru or eat in dining room. Free WiFi too. Service is prompt.

Went to the Panera Bread at Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC. I asked for extra Apple chips and was charged $0.29. I then got my salad with 4 chips and asked for extra. The attendant told me know. I said I paid for extra they replied 3 is standard on a half salad. I said that’s not really extra to give me 1 chip and charge 0.29. She gave me a small sleeve and an extra helping of sarcasm and attitude. I will not be taking my hard earned money to this place again. And this is the service that we should all have to pay $15 an hour soon for minimum wage??? Crazy.

The board on the wall said my order was ready. It wasn't. When I got my order, it wasn't done properly. Note the receipt says "ALL SLICED". NOT 1 bagel was sliced. Perhaps, better management could get this chaotic crew focused on their jobs? I doubt it! They weren't extremely busy. They had staff. But the lack of focus on their work was beyond obvious. If you want Panera, go to Hillcrest. The Blackstock location is more trouble than its worth!

A typical Panera. Staff were friendly and food tasted good. The parking is poor during busy hours. Lines can get long as expected during lunch.I really liked their new fall menu items and low calorie/low sugar flavored iced tea and beverage options.

I stop into this location often to grab my favorite sandwich, the Mediterranean, no feta. The staff here is always very kind and friendly. Even when the inside is packed, they are on top of their game. My food is always ready faster than I would expect, and I appreciate that very much.Thanks for being great!

Bread bowls unavailable. Kiosk ordering that included a tip box in a place where there is no human interaction. No pagers were available to be used with the kiosk ordering. Vacuuming the dining room right next to the table more than an hour before closing. At least the soup was ok.

Spartanburg store was just renovated & it looks very nice on the outside. I love Panera’s Broccoli Cheddar Soup! I highly recommend it! I love a good turkey sandwich with it. The service is always great there too. I just placed an online order and it was ready just in time when I got there & everything was prepared perfectly! I also love going there during the afternoon to get a cup of coffee with cream. 😋☕️

One day we got done in and the sandwichwas burn and food wasn't all good. Their quality really downgraded. If you order a teriyaki bowl it's like ⅓ filled. And then we ordered a coffee and a drink in drive thru and they took forever to get it ready even tho I already got an email that it's ready. And again the coffee was not good. Quality definitely changed from what it used to be. Once was my fav place
