This is our regular place to pick up our rottie's food. Very few places carry it, so we were thrilled to find this shop. Prices are fair. Mom and pop shop as well! So that's always good.

My family and I love paisley paw! The only reason as to why I’m giving four star is because the large marrow bone prices used to be $6-$8, but they are now $12. I get it’s a local butcher, but I think the old marrow bones were great. Unfortunately, now, I can no longer get the large marrow bones as I have 3 dogs and can only afford to get the small size. I’m hoping they will bring back the old large marrow bones as an option. Overall, you can tell the new owner and his employees care about their customers and fur babies.

Love Paisley Paw. Their DIY dog wash is great, especially with a xl German Shepard. The staff are always very welcoming and loving and will chat with you about your pet any time. Their groomer is also very helpful offering advice and grooming tips. Took great care of my Shepard nails.

The groomer is very patient with my dog, who refuses to get his nails clipped. The staff is always very friendly. The baths and materials are always clean. The shop is very organized. They have a great selection of soaps to use for every dog type. Worth every penny!

We had a wonderful experience here! The store has all sorts of beautiful pet accessories, and the DIY dog wash is the best, complete with concentrated soaps/conditioners, brushes, etc. It is clean, and Ben was nice and showed me how to work the equipment. (They even have an emergency release on the chain in case the dog jumps over the tub while she's attached to the hold like mine sometimes does, and warm towels!) I was in the room while a groomer (Eric was his name, I think) was working with a client's dog, and you could tell he is an animal lover, and did a nice job and was gentle and kind with the dog he was grooming at all times. Anyway, we will be back to this nice, professional, peaceful, clean place!

The DIY dog wash is a back saver. I love their selection of shampoos and conditioners. And it so much easier to reach my sweet girl. And I know it's a more pleasant experience for her because I'm less frustrated. I doubt that I'll ever wash her at home again.

I've gone to Paisley Paw twice and I plan to go back. I have gotten my dog's nails trimmed there as well as given her a bath in the DIY dog tub. The employees have always given us great service and yummy treats!

Amazing little store with anything a dog could need. I went to rent their raised tub and grooming setup, and it was phenomenal! Really good price for a DIY service. They provide everything from shampoo to conditioner to ear cleaner to WARM TOWELS. My dog panicked at the blow dryer and we had to take a break but I was so proud of her. The raised tub saved my back big time.

I recently moved to this area and am not a fan of Petsmart or Petco. I've got 5 years of pet nutrition experience. I look for high quality foods and customer service. My lil guy is my best friend and I want the best for him.If you're looking for dog food, their selection is limited. What they carry, in dog food, is good quality. Huge fan of Fromm and NutriSource. They offer a loyalty program. Buy so many bags, get one free. The location is not conducive to carrying a large amount of foods. They even carry quality cat food.I really liked, what I referred to, as Doggy Boutique vibe. Good quality products. They were friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed my experience so much, I even switched foods.They host a self serve dog wash, providing towels, shampoo etc. Their groomer is booked out. Taking no new clients.I'll continue to shop there.

Such a great pet store. Originally checked them out because they were one of the few raw dog food providers in town. Found out they have quite a large variety of raw foods. Though pets mart has always been our go to as its closer to the house, Paisley has become our go to pet shop. The staff is very nice, always helpful and even orders products for us that they may not always carry. Great selection of natural products for our boys at affordable prices. They even deliver the boy's food each week to our door! Highly recommended.

Nice spot. Lots of options for food and treats. They have mostly dog and cat stuff. They can loan you putters if you like to do the putt putt across the road. Staff is nice and prices are comparable to big box stores. Support local.

Before we even got our puppy, We researched local pet stores and came across this place but were terrified to bring our giant breed puppy in because we thought it would be tailored to mostly small dogs as most boutique stores are. 10 months later and this is the ONLY place we go for food, baths, treats, toys, you name it. The staff is so friendly and love our Great Dane. We visit so often that they have all watched Memphis grow up with us, and remember us by name. They welcomed us with open arms and we always stay a little longer just to talk to the entire staff. We love Paisley Paw and could never imagine going back to a big name pet store. Brought our Min Schnauzer, Abby, to Paisley Paw this past week. Had been to the store before, and love it. This was our first grooming experience here, and it was excellent. Becky is so detail-oriented in asking the questions of just what we wanted! The greeting when we arrived was very welcoming. Becky did an excellent job! We could not be happier! We have found our new groomer!

This place is awesome! Great facilities and products. The staff was super helpful and after I bathed my dog the groomer trimmed her nails. Everything is set up to be super accessible and easy to use even for a novice. The front of the shop is filled with specialty treats and toys they have a great selection and I found the prices were on point as well an overall great experience highly recommended.
