Gavin Alling, an Installer Service Specialist, and Linda Alexander sold me both front and rear brake pads for my car and gave me the name of a really good shop to have them installed. All of the employees there are very knowledgeable and professional.

Came here to get new LED headlights. Not only did we get a greatttt deal, but we had fantastic customer service!!! Same lights at advance auto are almost double the price!!! Thank you Gavin for installing them for us!!!!! I was gonna have to go to a shop and have someone pay to put them in for me since they would have to be installed under the wheel well… but Gavin went above and beyond and installed them for me at no cost!! Couldn’t be happier with my service here! I have been converted to a forever o’Reilly customer. Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of working with Tim and Tom! They have some great people at this store with great personalities! I needed an air filter they pulled it right up by the year, make, and model of my vehicle. Then they placed the order, I pre-paid, and they handed me a receipt. The morning of, I called the store to confirm that the air filter had arrived and Tom made sure to bring it off the truck and bring it to the front and relayed the information to Tim and ensure that he knew who I was. I have never received such amazing service from an auto parts store! I am grateful for the pleasant experience. They got a loyal customer out of me! If I ever need anything, I am going to see my new buddies Tim and Tom! Keep up the great work! 👍🏽Stay blessed! 🙏🏽

After a long journey with a dead key battery Toni saved the day today!! We came in needing help and she used her own tools out of her vehicle to help us. She was so nice and charismatic. 10/10 customer service!

A bunch of lazy employees.In the morning I placed an order for a part that was on the shelf. The confirmation said it would be available by 2pm, which was perfect because I needed the part that evening. But when I didn't get an email stating that the order was ready, I stopped in at 6:30 to double check if it's in. Come to find out the employees never looked at the online orders, and if they did they would have noticed my part was out of stock in this location and they would have ordered it for me. But all I was met with was an employee talking to his friend, and an employee watching tictoc videos on his phone. The only helpful person was a guy that was just clocking in as I walked in. And he was only temporarily filling in from another location.Whoever runs or owns this place needs to vet his employees better.

Check engine light came on. Walked into the store in a frantic. The young guy grabbed the tool to run the diagnostic and calmed my nerves as I was there. He read off the code, showed me the part and the price for the part. Took his time to explain exactly what the issue was and were it was located on my vehicle. Always enjoy the customer service when I shop here. Came in for oil a couple of weeks ago and the guy even checked my oil level for me.Great store and the customer service is great.

Oh my gosh what can I say about this place except it is awesome!!! the two guys working there was willing to help me in any way. Put my headlight in for me but from mechanical problems from my car, the bulb burnt out. Needless to say I had to buy another one from Advance Auto cuz that's where I was close to and I asked them to help me at advance and they quickly said we don't do that. Hats off to you O'Reilly not only one of y'all help me two of y'all helped me.. awesome place with great friendly staff and management..Love yall

Carter and the other staff are super cool. Carter helped me to get a flasher relay replaced tonight on my Tacoma. Way above and beyond anything that I should have expected at an auto parts store. Will be back to this location.

Family member who works for a competitor works for a competitor. Needed something that his store does not carry and went in to get it. He needed this item to repair a single mom friends car, which he was not charging her to do. He didn’t think about the fact he had his work shirt on. They would not sell to him and specifically said it was because he works for the competition. The manager then went one step further and told him he was the competitor and to get out of his store. Real class act.
