There is wheelchair parking, automatic doors, and easy access into this store. Many isles were blocked, the corners near the walls are so tight you can't make a turn in the wheelchair. I got stuck and another shopper helped me get unstuck, and someone said if I break it, I'll be paying for it. I think it was an employee.Then at the checkout it got worse. There is one isle with several registers. My wheelchair blocked the isle. One customer said I shouldn't be allowed into the store with "that thing".

A lot of good stuff. This store is like a more upscale version of Ross; they sell a lot of similar products and brands. Prices are relatively low. And they have a wide selection of skincare, makeup, and bath products.

The prices are high, felt like I was buying used item's..I even seen a set of earrings with one of the earrings missing. Who buys 1 earring? Especially for a high price? Then when I do go to buy something I feel like I'm being pressured into apply for a store card..how many times do I have to say no? I know the cashier's are doing their jobs but management needs to understand a customer does not want to be harassed or pressured into applying for a card..smh

Got so many great items on clearance today!! Honestly, you can’t beat their prices. Store was very clean and organized and the cashier was super friendly!

I went to this store last week & a Hispanic lady was coming in the wrong door and I was going out the out door. The door jammed and hit my elbow. I called the store manager after noticing their doors have all English signs saying entrance & exit. I went up to their store spoke with a different manager & filed an incident report and it’s been a week now and not one person has contacted me. I have been waiting for a call from their adjuster but STILL have yet to receive a call. They have my number & address. I feel this store is very responsible for this incident & it all could’ve been avoided if they had signs in Spanish. I will never shop this store again

If you are a big guy, forget it. Shoes had cheap plastic soles with little tread. Nothing in 3x, and 2x was tighter than average. But if you are a little fellow, knock yourself out. Plenty to be found.

It is still a solid yes for visiting this store if looking for random goods and treasures. If you are shopping for home goods and you are lucky enough to score your item.. it will be sure to be a good price compared even to Wal-Mart and Target. AND likely of better quality. I don't think it is as nice as it was compared to pre-covid days. The clothes seem to be less plentiful and styles are at times strange. Prices ok there though. The shoe aisles were interesting and can vary in variety visit to visit. Worth a look. I always seem to find SOMETHING to take home that I was not even aware I needed prior to shopping that day. 😂Overall, if you are ok with shopping without a particular item in mind, or just to see if they MIGHT have an item you are looking for, then go and have fun. It is the hunt of the "shop" that gives the most pleasure. Especially if you score...

FYI, Marshall's is re-merchandising the whole store. They are working hard and the results are fantastic. It is much easier to find what you are looking for or discover the new! All the new fall items are out and were being filled. I cannot wait until they are finished. For you ladies who love all of the health and beauty products...you are in for a treat! Checkout was smooth with friendly service.

It was a quick trip today looking for a special thing. They didn't have it. But they still have a lot of nice things.Go when you have time to really look.Really need time to look! Things are always changing so make sure you have time and money.Guess they are done with the upgrade inside. Really nice! A few things are in different places now.Well more stuff has moved around some. Still a nice place.That time of the year Halloween and fall stuff!!!

My check out was very effective and efficient. The cashier Mackenzie (from the hillcrest location in Spartanburg on the East side of town) was super friendly and nice and it’s very difficult now a days to encounter nice people around this time of year. She definitely made me want to come back and visit and she seemed to really like her job which was refreshing! You all have a great employee and are lucky to have her working for you all! Thank you Mackenzie!

Great customer service and prices on clothing here are very reasonable. They have a huge selection of colors and sizes something to fit everyone. They have a wide variety of shoes and the latest updated fashions and everything is priced to go. They also sell housewares decorations linens towels and their prices can't be beaten. They even sell luggage that is marked down so anybody can afford it. Always like checking out Marshall's. They have decent prices and are not usually over crowded.Was able to find a corn hole game for my husband for Father's day, a few things for the house and a couple of nice candles as well.

This is a pretty good Marshalls. A lot of selection for both clothes and other items. Anyone that frequents Marshalls knows they can be hit or miss, but I was surprised at the amount of products to choose from... Especially candles if you're into that sort of thing. The staff was helpful as well!

My wife shops here often and can usually find what she's looking for. Really good prices. Staff are helpful if you can catch one. Downside is the store can be a little disorganized, especially in the shoe and housewares sections. With that being said, overall a good place to shop for clothes, home goods, kitchenware, shoes, etc. Give them a try.

I enjoy coming to this store. They have a great selection of a little bit of everything. It's hit and miss what you'll find each time you visit. The prices are always hard to beat as well.

My wife absolutely loves this place. Name brand items at a fraction of the cost. She buys clothes, shoes, fragrances, hair products, and household items from here. I like to buy my clothes from here as well. They have items for men, women, and children.
