The worst customer service ever! I stood at the paint for thirty minutes, with no assistance. I asked the watcher (body at self checkout?) if she could help, she then proceeded to tell me someone was on the way. Multiple employee's walked past me, and no one offered to assist me.

Wonderful visit. My oven went out, so I went in to look at stoves. Great customer service from Cassidy in appliances. Not to mention that Lowes can deliver and install the next day. During Christmas, it is not a good time for your oven to go out, but Lowes had my back!

If you need anything for cabinets counters etc. Stefanie Kirby is the person, she found the best deals on everything and was such a help designing. You don’t find people like her without having to pay a lot of money to even get them to help. Every Lowes should have one of her 100 percent recommend her.

Every single time we go to this Lowes there’s a problem getting our builders discount. They make you use a credit card. The manager Paul was very unhelpful. I will take my business somewhere else.

Can you say slow as Christmas. I stood on aisle 40 waiting for someone to come cut a plastic floor runner for me. My husband went & had someone paged twice & still no show. Everybody standing by the registers like greeters at Walmart. After waiting about 30 minutes I just left.

First let me say my purchase of washer and dryer combo was handled very well in the store. However since I have a gas dryer nothing but screw-ups have happened since. Lowe's has no method that is reliable for hooking up a gas dryer. Make sure you do your own arrangements for that. It is an extremely simple process. Two the delivery came from headquarters and when I tried to talk to the store I was put on hold five times spoke to three people and finally resolved the problem after an hour and 23 minutes a phone

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER order Appliances from this store! We ordered an entire kitchen set of appliances and a washer/dryer set with pedestals in February 2023 totaling $12,000! It is now October 2023 and the issues and errors are still not resolved as I stand in the return line asking questions for explanations.I just want my refund so I can go to Home Depot to order the correct appliances!

I called the pro line here regarding questions that I had about a water heater that I was going to purchase. The gentleman that I spoke with was extremely rude. He was pretty much just trying his best to get me off of the phone, cutting me off and being sarcastic when I was asking questions. I have now gone to Home Depot to make my purchase. The item was the same price at both stores, but had it been more expensive at Home Depot, I would have gladly paid the difference. Customer service should be key.

WARNING WARNING WARNINGDo not I repeat do not go to Lowe's East side Spartanburg to get a kitchen cabinet design and Cabinets from them.They are the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with.Its been 4 months and counting.Design mistakes, damaged cabinets, factory defective cabinets and delivery to the store and no one knows anything nor where the cabinets are for weeks. Parts missing and too incompetent to be able to order the remaining trim molding.Cabinet spice rack pull out doors a quarter inch too small and they want me to accept a patch instead of getting the correct size doors.Been months without a sink or water in the kitchen since the installer came the first time and found the cabinets were designed/sized wrong and wouldn't work. It's been two installers and 4 months and counting and still needing a cabinet, trim and doors for spice rack.Do not go here .I have heard good things about the cabinet dept on the west side. Go there instead.

Was interested in looking at different styles of walk in showers in!! The lady who helped me this evening 07-17-23 was amazing!! She was really knowledgeable and eager to help me!! On my way out with information in hand on the showers I came across some craftsman pressure washers on sale. The Lowe's manager, Matthew helped me with some information. I was looking around to see if there was some other pressure washers so I could compare the prices too!! Matthew was in the same area I was in,he was speaking to another Lowe's associate. Asked him if there was other pressure washers to compare against the one on sale. Matthew was a really great associate and very helpful with my questions!! He educated me on some upcoming sales storewide!! It was just an honor to have dealt with two extremely Great associates willing to help!!! Thank you Lowe's in Spartanburg SC on E Main Street!!!!

I was shopping for a Purdy roller, cover and brush and found with purchase of 4 items I could get a 15% discount. Yay! Then I needed help finding wood filler, the paint associate took me straight to what I needed.Within 10 minutes I had all project parts and was out the door. Of course, was able to get the Military Discount too. I love Lowe's.

Better to go across town to the Westgate / Boiling Springs location if you're looking for discounted bags of garden / potting soil. Someone at this location tried to give me 20% off, instead of 20% of the original price, which was clearly marked on the bag. Didn't want to argue bc the cashier didn't seem to understand, so I just left to go across town.

The people are overwhelmed. First lady in customer service was by herself . No one answering curbside phone . 2 different people were helping me but just walked off , abandoned me . No distinction between the different kinds of pickups ,online or instore sign , just says pickup .It did not matter since only one person in customerservice/curbside pick up. The last lady that solved my problem was extremely helpful and made sure I was taken care of . I spent 1hr 25 minutes on picking up an item pre purchased

Disappointed with online/curbside service. Was given deeply discounted patio table when I paid full price for it online (double the discounted amount). No financial adjustment was made at pick up. Could have saved over $150 as in store product was on clearance. I can't trust online/curbside to make cost adjustment if in store item is selling for less than online price paid. Won't shop at Lowe's again.

Spartanburg Eastside Lowe's, why did I not get the name of the nice lady who helped me so much. I was deep in thought, trying to figure out what light fixture to buy. She asked if I needed help, and I said yes. She was patient answering all the questions I had, and she was so knowledgeable! Next time I go, I will buy what I need. Great prices!

Went in to have a house key made..simple enough. Nope... doesn't work. Head to home Depot...they nailed it. Probably works better than the original key...but think for a moment...if you can't make a copy of a house key...what else might happen here?

I ordered two delivery orders. The first being stuff to redo my bathroom and an exterior building. I was told the day of delivery that they didn’t notice the building was on the order and requested the wrong truck for the delivery so it would be another two days before I got the building. I said that’s fine and moved on. The fence was delivered. They never called to tell me they were here. The pallet of concrete had several bags that were busted open already and they left it in the rain unwrapped. Nobody called to let me know they delivery arrived so I could cover it, just left busted open bags in the rain. I called to ask them to replace the busted bags, nobody would answer. I then found out they sent the wrong panels for the fence posts. They do not even go together. At this point I called for them to pick everything up and refund me my money. They said they would be there the next day, never showed. I called the store to follow up. I was told they pulled it for someone to come get the order they don’t know why they didn’t come. They transferred me to Aaron, the delivery coordinator, he never answered. At this point nothing on either of my orders were correct and nobody cares enough to even answer the phone to come get it and refund me my money. I will be calling corporate to attempt to resolve this issue because this store is not.

I tried to exchange something and HANNAH told me I could only refund . She was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. She did not thank me She did not say have a good day. She handed me my receipts and starred at me. Wouldn't tell me why I couldn't exchange. Lowes you can do better than that. This girl is definitely in the wrong position at your store. Just costed you a customer

I returned the walls panel items this morning and chips a little bit at the corners and I bought 45 of them and come like this and I returned 14 back and they not accept two of them and they said this we not accept returning and that items is chip like since delivery and they check walls panel one by one and when I bought I’m not checking it one by one like this and they all chips at corners like all 45 walls panel that I bought it and it so funny that they not accept return my items and bad customers service returned items even Lol.

Warranty on tools is awful. I took a broken ratchet (with the name Kobalt stamped on it) that was supposedly to have a lifetime warranty into the store. I was told they didn’t have one exactly like that one in stock. Instead of replacing it with a similar product, they told me to go to other Lowes and attempt to find one. At that point in my life, I didn’t have a vehicle to even get around. It took several weeks to even get to this store. The warranty or rather the lack thereof on this product. Turned a devoted Kobalt tool person against the brand for life. Take a ratchet into Harbor Freight tools and see how their customer service is. Pittsburgh or Icon brands are supposed to be cheap brands, but Harbor Freight at least stands behind the warranty they put on the product! Take some lessons Lowes before you lose more brand loyalty with other customers!!!

99% of the time, I go to Lowes, find what I need, and self-checkout. 15+ years as a loyal and regular customer. I joke I should own stock because of the amount of money I spend and how often I shop there.Recently, I needed a custom-sized storm door ($900) and I had to engage a Lowes employee to do so. They happily accepted my payment and said it will arrive in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks had passed, "I" called them to find out it would be 8 more weeks (vendor issue). To be fair, I got the usual apology and awkward silence.A small discount might of been nice, but the lack of sincere care about the inconvenience made me feel under-valued as a customer/human. I reached out to Customer Support online and got the form letter of apology too.So I will wait for my storm door and accept the reality of it all. Going forward, I will avoid Lowes and give Ace a try. I hear their customer service is great and some of the tools are made in America too.

As a previous Lowes employee this store is the worst I've encountered. The customer service is non existent , the store is always dirty, messy and just gross. No carts available in the garden area.I will try the other Spartanburg location hopefully it will be better.
