I have been a regular customer at this location for some time now. Although I do love this location, there are a few things that need improvement. Although customer service has improved in the last few years, there are still a select few baristas that are not the friendliest to customers. Not to mention there have been times where some baristas stood behind the bar having personal conversations, being too distracted to notice the line of people at the register.Most recently though, at Coffee Bar and at Pharmacy, there has been a significant lack of food products. My friends and I often go to one of the two around 12pm-1pm on weekdays and they are already out of most of their ingredients. I understand that the avocado toast is popular, and that a loaf of homemade bread is not going to produce the same size slice every time, but I am seriously tired of paying ~$6 for a piece of toast that is as big as my hand. I have not had this problem with the peanut butter toast, so why am I deprived of sustenance when it comes to the avocado toast?I will say there are a lot of good things about this place like the strong espresso and the quality of the in-house baked goods. I would just like to see some improvement to keep me coming back instead of driving me away.

This is an actual third-wave coffee shop. They roast their beans to maintain freshness, blend with purpose, and perform the drinks to a tee.It is rare to find a place like this. This coffee place offers exceptional drinks, as evidenced by the Cortado I ordered. It is rare to find a place that even knows what a Cortado is, much less have dedicated glassware for them. I found both here.It is also rare to find an espresso blend so purposely blended. The decisions made on the roastier flavors are balanced out by nutty richness and creates a very balanced espresso overall. I tend to like my espresso a bit fruitier, but this composition was very good.I am glad I stumbled my way into this place. Spartanburg is very lucky to have a place like this, as it is a welcome rarity.

Not my favorite coffee shop out the lot of them available in my area. Sitting area is really small and the seating arrangement is weird, it was hard to pick a spot that didn't make us feel like we were in the way of traffic. The coffee was okay nothing to brag about, a little weak if I had to say anything. The ambiance doesn't do it for me either, seemed cold and unwelcoming.

My vanilla iced coffee was delicious, as was my husband's iced americano. This coffee shop is locally owned and operated, and they make their own blends as well, which are available for purchase. I love that it is located in a historic building downtown. Indoor and outdoor (covered) seating. Parking all around the downtown area near the coffee shop.

Location is great, plenty of room for work/study. Cold brew was a solid 7/10 did not seem fresh. Like other reviews on the welcome feeling gets two thumbs down. Extremely disheartening just moving to the area looking for a new spot, First I thought maybe a long busy day but two other reviews nailed it, unless your in the hipster crowd or business entire the Barista’s have no interest. Had to sadly interrupt their conversation to be helped both backs to the counter, once acknowledged some what friendly. Ordered barista flipped the screen for a tip and walked away. Asked about the restroom ignored. Then asked if correct drink nothing…. Mind you there’s no line… Then asked for wifi and told it’s over there with a nod of the head. Found at the end on a little sticker note written in high lighter. Truly a shame, Awesome location, The decor and lighting is on point . But customer service is horrendous.

I had a cortado and sunrise toast... both were amazing! The bread was delicious. The outdoor seating is very nice, and the view is great. I was served quickly and helpfully. I hope to come back!

Second stop of the day, right in the heart of Spartanburg. Upon entering I was greeted by the barista at the register and warm light of the environment. After ordering, it was less than a minute before my coffee was ready at the pickup area. I also purchased a Mediterranean scone, and let me tell you: The Mediterranean scone was absolutely delicious. Whoever made these should be recognized.

The best coffee shop in Spartanburg!! Atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Baristas are well trained and make a high quality beverage every single time. We love their earth friendly ways and the bakeshop in the back is the cherry on top! The only coffee shop we got to!! And dog friendly!!

Ordered the macchiato cold brew and loved it! My sister and I agree that THIS is what coffee should always taste like. It has some caramel but doesn't overwhelm the authentic coffee flavor. The atmosphere and customer service is fantastic as well. Will be visiting again soon. :)

LOVE LRR coffee.Staff is fantastic!Food is excellent!Service is excellet!This morning, four of us spent 2 hours chatting outside in the glorious morning! Our out-of-town friends loved the environment and the vibe. Our friends thoroughly enjoyed the avocado toast ans smoothie!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This was my first visit -- but definitely NOT my last.I bought some coffee for my French Press, and they ground it to perfection.The coffee (pictured) is delicious!The shop is cozy --- and yet roomy enough for social distancing.Staff was friendly and helpful.

My experience here has been wonderful. The coffee is rich in flavor and comes in compostable plastic cups (with compostable straws, as well)! As an advocate for sustainability, I am so happy to see such a place like this in Spartanburg. The ambience is grand and the baristas/cashiers are so sweet, striking conversation with many customers. I usually get an iced french vanilla latte and garlic biscuit, which is freshly baked! Oh, and the prices are comparable to that of Starbucks.

Truly excellent espresso! The right strength. Beautiful crema. Single origin beans. One of the better espressos I’ve had in a while. If you’re into coffee, this is your place. They also sell single origin beans by the pound. Some nice homemade confections too!

My coffee was good. It was a nice blend, the atmosphere pleasant. My kid got the hot chocolate and considering the speed with which the contents disappeared, I'm amazed the cup survived.Night shift...about half the time my order is not right. Cold when I ordered hot. Let's be honest, minty Grinch was like drinking dirt. And the latest, peppermint mocha...it's peppermint milk. English...can you read it?

I LOVE this coffee shop! I'm typically not a smaller coffee shop kind of person because of inconsistencies but this Place NEVER let's me down. Their French Toast Latte is so good and the quality of the coffee is amazing! Every pastry I have tried from them has been perfection and so pure. My favorites are the Blueberry Muffin and the Hipster Croissants. The staff is SO friendly and they great you with a warm welcome and are happy to chat with you. I literally come here everyday during the week. Best way to start my morning.
