Ordered a birthday cake and was very dishearted. 1st time ordering a cake from Ingles, Publix is our “go-to-place”. Publix did not have lavender as an option for the cake color, so I tried Ingles , who advised me they could accommodate my needs. The cake had huge air bubbles in the top. I asked, “ what is that?”., the employee acted like she didn’t see anything 😂😂The manager tried to fix it, blah blah blah knocked off $2.00. Thanks for that. But I’ll get my custom cakes at another bakery.

A lot of you have been asking for a more widespread variety on our fresh produce! Good news! We have updated our produce section! We have a new vegan section, a grab and go section that is convenient for school and work snacks, more variety on juices and dressings, and a new widespread variety of fresh cut fruit and vegetables! Plenty of new options in our fresh section as well! We are located at 2795 East Main Street in Spartanburg! Stop in and see us! Id love to see some new and familiar faces! I hope you guys are as excited about this change as I am! ☺️

The layout of the store makes no sense whatsoever. The split aisles on the right side of the store don't seem to flow together at all and make it difficult to figure out where anything is without going up and down every aisle.

Great grocery store! Prices are about average, it’s always very clean, and the employees go above and beyond!Im a single parent and I was packing my little boy’s lunch for school one morning and didn’t realize that I’d used the last Uncrustable the day before 😳. He is very dependent of his routine so this type of thing could ruin 1 - 3 days for us easily. So we run to this Ingles on our way to school and at checkout NONE of my cards worked (found out later Identity Theft and my bank froze all my cards)! We were walking back out to the car and my little man was pretty upset when the cashier came out... She PAID FOR THEM FOR ME!!! I cried a little right in the parking lot. Love this store! 😊

Very convenient to our home. No stress traffic and no stress shopping. The employees are courteous, helpful, and friendly! I'll shop Ingles any day over walmart, just for the friendly faces. If you need help, they help you with a smile!Priceless!

I’m giving this store three stars, because of Mrs. Betsy and the other cashiers and front of the house. I don’t like coming here because they never have what I want. Also, all the managers are rude and they never are friendly. The managers will literally walk right by you and not smile nothing. This store is not very welcoming besides the cashiers and the front workers. I will not shop here anymore instead I’ll go to the other one. At least the other store has friendly workers including the managers and a Starbucks.

I love shopping here! I buy my meats from here and my fresh fruit/vegetables. The manager with the dark hair is very helpful and if you ever have an issue SHE is your lady. I appreciate how clean this store is so much. If I had to say one bad thing to say it would be that they need to seal their rotisserie chickens better so that hungry people can't steal the wings off of them. I can't wait to come back next week and get pumpkins from here, they have some really good looking ones this season

Ingles is one of my local grocery stores and I primarily visit on Friday's for the hot bar (Fried Fish) thank me later. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Prices are typically $.50-1.00 cheaper than competitors.

Wonderful store! Unlike PUBLIX. I have a small service dog that I put in the cart basket with a clean blanket down there for the protection of my service dog. I am new to the area and I went to the closest grocery store to me and it was PUBLIX,I went in and seen some workers looking at me and my service dog, Next thing I know the manager comes up to me and said that I couldn't have my service dog in the cart,he said I could have him but he has to be on the floor. Well I have to have my service dog close to me so he can smell "detect", the changes in my chemistry so that he can alert me on the changes so that I can get to a safe place! EVERYONE AT INGLES ! Workers and patrons were very kind and loving to both me and my Jaxie! Thank you INGLES!!

My biggest complaint is the Deli😭. I think they have 1 person there that knows how to cut n pkg cold cuts. It's so annoying when they slice up your cold cuts and don't remove the wrapper.

This is a very convenient store location very easy to get in and out of. they have a vast selection of everything you could possibly think of to put on your table. They have a great deli subs everything is hot and fresh. The layout confused me at first, but now I'm used to it. The people that work here are consistently friendly. The prices are generally better than Publix and it's not depressing like Walmart. It seems like half of everything in the store is on sale at all times. Also a bonus that they are open till ten o'clock. Lastly, they don't just have cereal. They have adult cereal and kids cereal too, which is a plus!

I love the store’s layout and the variety of groceries in all departments…the deli’s chicken salad and pimiento cheese is so delicious…the prices are fair but as with everything and everywhere else prices are rising…they have great sales every week to alleviate some of the cost…love my Ingles tho…

This location has a very good meat selection and inexpensive. I will say that this location can definitely stand a upgrade and someone needs to work on the signs about the apples. The apples and the location of the price signs are very confusing.

Ingles has a decent meat selection, and their produce is fresh. I really like the deli they have, but if you want to have a good experience, ask for Samuel. He's been working there for years and knows what he's doing.I give it 3-4 stars because they higher a lot of teenagers, and you know how kids are.

I’m so glad this store is less than a mile from my house! They always have everything that I need. The food at the deli is very fresh. I especially like their selection of cheeses! Their prices seem to very comparable as well. The staff are always helpful.

I know we are in tough times right now, but unfortunately the quality has slipped at this location when it comes to making sure food is still fresh.It is a waste of my time, their time, and my money when food is already old when you purchase it.I've been coming to this location for years and never had to worry about checking the label because it was always within a reasonable date.Several of my items had mold on it, or were dated way earlier for May.I don't mind buying the first item on the shelf rather than pushing things around for a later date, but it's dishonest to sell things past the date and already stale.I wish I had seen it at the store, but most came in packaging where it wouldn't be immediately noticeable.This is not a criticism of the workers here as they are always nice or polite to me.

It's an ingles. Had everything I needed in stock. The store was clean, employees were nice.It was freezing cold in the store which is awful! The prices are more than food lion or walmart. The self check out registers never stop talking, it's very frustrating using these at any ingles.
