This Ingles in one of my favorite ones to shop. Pretty pleased with the Management and Staff. Had a great conversation with Noah who bagged my groceries today. Such a kind person with a genuine gentle soul. He has been there for some time. Always so happy and eager to help. It’s wonderful to see someone of his age truly enjoy his job and be so pleasant to us customers.

You can buy it to cook it at home or buy it and eat it here. Excellent cooks and folks that treat you like family always with a smile.Starbucks on site.Awesome salad bar and plenty to choose from and feed that hungry belly/ tummyAsian, subs, chicken, and various other great tasting foods.

Sophia took my order today and charged me for a latte when I asked for a quad over ice with sweet cream cold foam. I asked why is that because add milk and she said because I’m going to fill up the cold foam to the top but girl put more ice not much of cold foam. Tried to smart mouth me. AND THE FOAM WASNT EVEN FILLED TO THE TOP AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES!!!

Went to fill a prescription but hadn't put it in yet. I was at work and running a route and dropped off the order. I was told I could wait outside it wouldn't be long and it would be filled. Walked outside enjoyed my breakfast and before I was done eating it was ready and waiting for me inside. The workers were kind and courteous as well. Will definitely get my business from here

Wonderful shopping experience! Especially during this horrible COVID crisis. I avoid places like Wal-Mart. The staff at this Ingles is the friendliest people I've come across at a grocery store. I needed a cake for my child's birthday. Ashter in the bakery made a special cake for my child going above and beyond!! The meat department had a very helpful gentleman there. And my cashier by the name of Jessica had exceptional service and was the best with my children while checking out. Because of these 3 wonderful people I will drive the extra miles to shop for groceries.

Note to self.... Buy groceries at home before going on the road! Most items at this store were 20 to 25% higher than my home store. Would have liked to made up some deviled eggs while I was down there .....passed on that ..employees were generally not very friendly and their were eyes down or everywhere else besides the customer. Very good selection of produce, quality was very good also. Once again pricey!

Normally love Ingles supermarkets as they are clean and friendly. This place has gone down hill from last time i was there. Went in for subs. The guy who was making them seemed to have some kind of disability so it took a while but the other staff just stood round chatting and no one helped him when he struggled with the price label. They just laughed at him. Went to the restrooms too and they didnt look like they had been cleaned the whole day. Every cubicle was dirty and trash cans very full. Not good.

Buyer beware. If you buy meat they will rip you off! Got ground beef at $5.48 lb, a so called 1.87 lb package of beef. Got home, it's only 1.14 lbs! Paid $10.24 instead of the $6.25 it should have been. This isn't the first time or only Ingles to be inaccurate on the scale. And I know my scale is accurate because I weigh other pre-packaged items and if anything it comes out saying a product weights more than the package. I only shop at Ingles for things I can't get anywhere else because they are to high and rip you off. And produce, half the time it's rotten or moldy. As much as I hate to say it, I rather support Walmart than these bunch of crooks. Make sure you check and check your receipt. Always at least one incorrect item priced at register in there favor. Says on sale and they charge full price even when using there dumb card.

What a great market. Their deli is wonderful with great choices, sub sandwich made to your order, which we were very happy with. . Chinese food, fried chicken etc. Good prices! We had a bad experience at a couple of the fast food restaurants near by so we went to Ingles and got our dinner the next night.

Bunch of high school kids more worried about flirting and gossiping then working. Bakery don't know colors or chocolate from vanilla.

There is a cashier named kylie that her attitude was terrible and was mumbling under her breath about shutting her light off and not wanting to be there , who customer service was just disgusting and I can tell management didn’t care because she seen her attitude the whole time . When she went to get change . It’s 6pm no one has to deal with a nasty attitude

Although I was impressed when I moved to the area, this store has determined I’ll never shop at ingles anymore. For the 8 months I did shop there, I’ve only had 1 positive interaction with an employee. That was in the meat department. These cashiers are extremely rude and most of them don’t know how to deal with the public. In fact, I just left which prompted this review since the cashier looked at me with a cold look in his eyes and didn’t speak one single word. Not hello, not thank you, nothing. It’s always been like that. Even the girl that bagged my groceries didn’t say anything and tossed my bags in the cart. I rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere than to be treated like an inconvenience. It makes sense since the same girl that packed my groceries was the same one that I overheard giving a woman, who appeared to be a manager, a hard time a couple months ago. If it weren’t for customers, none of those unappreciative employees would have a job. Do better.

So first I want to say I generally like Ingles stores and have shopped at them most of my life. I remember when they built the current Ingles on East Main and that was a long time ago. The only reason this store survived is because cowpens has nothing and this store Is the most convenient. Any other grocery store including other Ingles are better than this one. It is old , not well stocked and often when you visit a exercise in frustration. Sad because the employees are super nice and deserve a better store.

This Ingles store is just despicable! Hate this location. Super rude employees at the registers, they never say hi , thank you or bye.... they just rude and they know it. Whomever is a manager at this location needs to be replaced because they are not doing their job. Customers service is at big fat zero!!!

Love to come to this Ingles. Easy parking and getting in and out. The store is always so clean and the isles are wide enough for two buggies to pass easily. They have a wonderful deli and fresh produce, I was really surprised when I went to get a can of soup that use to be about $1.50 but didn't because now it's over $3.48! Just for a small can of soup.. But all in all this is a very nice Ingles.

My favorite grocery store in the area. It is always well stopped and the staff are very friendly. I often get the salad bar or something off the hot bar for lunch and the selection of frozen meals is also the best around.

Staff are always friendly and as far as I'm concerned it's the best Ingles in the area as far as selection goes. This Ingles has not only groceries, but a pharmacy, gas station and car wash all rolled into one.

Go here alot store is always clean and the people are friendly and eager to help. Me and my family love the deli here and the Starbucks would suggest anyone to stop by and give it a try
