The female employees are too flirty and very unprofessional. I came into the store with my husband and our small child and one of the female employees was shamelessly flirting with my husband in front of me and my child. I found this to be very disrespectful and unprofessional conduct. I will be reporting her severely unprofessional behavior to management. She's lucky that's all I'm doing!

I pulled in to get gas because the sign said $1.86 per gallon. I put in my credit card and started pumping and noticed the pump read $1.96 per gallon. I went in to inquire about the discrepancy and one guy said it’s $1.00 cheaper if you use a credit card. I said I did. Then the employee said ask him, pointing to a guy in a turbin quickly retreating to the back of the store. I waited 15 minutes and the other employee, or owner, would not come out and speak with me. I told the guy at the counter I would send my pictures of the discrepancies to the Better Buisness Bureau and left.

I've visited this gas station for the last three years because it is the only one before the interstate on my way home.And unless things change, I would advise you to go to the QT at exit 78 rather than visit here.The main concern is the employees are unprofessional, and while there is no less than 4 employees in the store at any given time, none seem to able to assist you when you are ready to check out, and most will talk among themselves at the counter or be on smoke breaks while one operates the register even at the busiest of times. When shift changes and they close the register to count it, they do not reopen another register so you will wait up to 15 minutes while other employees stand around and watch you. Over the years I have seen employees come and go, and with each round of new faces I hope for a different experience and am left wanting. I can only imagine the fault lies with the ownership as they are not training properly, or have poor efficiency standards. The gas, drinks and snacks are priced a bit higher than most other stores as well. I would like to see this change, but after this long my hopes are slim.

Went in buy diesel and drink for gf. Paid for it and girlfriend started walk out. I told clerk I need pack of cigarettes and she I'd me which was fine but then called my girlfriend back and made her go truck get her id. That's bs she wasn't one asked for cigarettes I was. I will not be stopping here anymore. I use stop every morning for diesel fuel and cigarettes and redbulls.

DECEPTIVE THIEVES, VERY DECEPTIVE advertising, do NOT stop here, take your business elsewhere. They are using DECEPTIVE SIGNS to get you to purchase items that actually cost more than twice the advertised price, and they won't give you a refund! Many other gas stations on this interstate have signs like $0.49 cents for any size drink, or $0.59 cents for any size fountain drinks. NO catch, NO gimmick! The Hot Spot at 675 Gossett Rd., Spartanburg, advertises $0.69 cents for any size coffee in HUGE numbers; so HUGE, you can read it blocks away; BUT in very fine print, which you can not read, it states with their card. The actual price is almost 2 1/2 times more! They are not only deceptive thieves, but are taking advantage of all the other gas stations that offer REAL & TRUE savings, by mimicking their signs AND charging a MUCH HIGHER price than even retail!AVOID this store and teach them a lesson, and save yourself some money.
