The Hot Spot on East Henry Street in Spartanburg is the epitome of friendly service, making each visit a delight. I'm particularly fond of popping in to grab some ice cream and a selection of fine craft beers before heading to the nearby Hot Spot skate park. Here, the vibrant local murals add an artistic touch to my family rollerblading outings. The variety of products from Hot Spot also makes our picnics extra special. Their rewards program is genuinely enticing—especially on Wild Wednesdays, where the deals are so appealing, they're almost too good to be true! And let's talk about the car wash—it's top-notch.

Store was clean( always is!!) Two cashiers on duty(I like that!)New female cashier was WAY more interested in eating than waiting on me...I managed a store for many years and I know you have to eat,smoke,& go to restroom when you can. She took a huge bite of her food AFTER I sat my stuff on the counter, so when I asked her the price on a bag of ice she couldn't answer with a mouthful of food so I had to wait as she flailed her hands in the air and pointed to her mouth to show me she was chewing. It may sound petty, but I felt like I'd interrupted & inconvenienced her. When I ran a store, from the moment a customer walked in until the moment they walked out they got my full attention.

I'm here for the CRAFT BEER -- which they had a good amount of. Prairie, Grimm, Untitled, Burial, Tripping Animals.... Very nice selection.

I love my local Hotspot!I am a lover of all types of beer, and Hotspot always has what I'm looking for, year 'round.The selection is constantly being updated with the latest seasonal beers, for example I was able to purchase Oktoberfest beer from Germany and Dunkel (dark) beer as well recently!No other store in Spartanburg carries these beers.The cashiers are always friendly and offer to bag my purchases, service I can't get at a grocery or convenience store.Thank you Hotspot on Church Street!

I like the new look Hot Spot has now. Clean Store and Clean Bathrooms. I can say #HotSpot on E. Henry St......whoever is in charge of their inventory does a magnificent excellent superb job. Anything I need from Hot Spot. It's always always always always there. I don't care what time it is. Whatever I need. It's there. I like that.

This visit was a fine experience here because; I just happen to be in town and needed gas.. i stopped to get gas and it turns out that our cars use high test gas and it was cheaper here than any place else i had seen.. :-)... I didn't get the cashiers name that helped me, but, both of the ones I saw were pleasant, nice and very fast ... I would recommend this place easily :-). . .

Great variety of products. They now have an expanded dollar section at the back of the store too. Join Hot Spot Rewards for added savings when you purchase gas and/or merchandise. They also have a great selection of craft beers that you can mix and match.

The woman who works there usually is SO RUDE that I have stopped going. I don't need to be insulted and yelled at by employees when I go to the store! She is so nasty. She also tries to give you incorrect change! I've complained to corporate but I don't know if they'll actually do anything or not. Like I said I just don't even go there anymore. COUNT YOUR CHANGE if you go here.

I stopped by there this morning trash pulled and left everywhere even one lane of fuel was blocked by a cart full of cart garbage. one of the best car washes in Spartanburg is directly behind the store with hotspot logos all over the place yet when I mentioned a problem with the car wash the attendant told me that they have nothing to do with the car wash.

Didn't want to give two stars. But they always have a pump available. The coffee area is ways dirty and the stuff is never friendly before 8am. This is the only hotspot in the area of downtown Spartanburg. And I'll never go back.

This mole rat as a cashier gave me a hard time when I came in the store she demanding that I show my id bc Ik a lady in the store. We did not show up together and she caused a big scene. I was caught off guard and so was the lady I knew in the store.

1rst shift cashier was rude as hell i had a bookbag on because my means of transportation is my bicycle after i walked in with my backpack on my hands full with 6 drinks and snacks i was told and made to put my stuff down take my backpack off then carry my stuff to the register pay then get my bag and juggle getting all my stuff in my bag rude people im boycotting hotspot and J.L.Jordan oil company sorry place and ut smelled like old wet dog and sour mop water

It's a popular place. I get gas from here sometimes. Use your Hot Spot card an check it bc u have an amount on there every time u purchase something You would b surprised how much u have accumalated on that card

Came in to get a drink with my gf and they said that she must leave her back pack at door was not even a back pack it was her purse need to teach your employees better customer service when her purse gets taking y’all gonna replace her money and stuff don’t think so won’t be back

My favorite gas station. Join their savings program and earn a lot of cash back for spending cash anywhere in the store, Even the atm gives you 7,000 point for using it which is your $3.50 atm fee back in ur pocket... ALL SMILES
