The old lady named Tanya is very rude and has a nasty attitude. I witnessed her treating a customer poorly because she did not want to count change and demanded they use a card to pay. It’s HER job to count money at the cash register. It makes you wonder if she even can count. This goodwill hires awful and lazy people. Do not shop here. This place is nasty inside.

Had male employee in the skirt aisle putting away clothes. I went around him to the other side so I could look. He was all the way at one end and I was at the other end. As soon as I got on the aisle tonight, he yelled for me to to let him through because he got to get out. So rude and inconsiderate. The floors also dusty and dirty. The dress I picked up was covered on the ends in it.

Great selection and it's always changing. Even if you need dishes for company coming for the holidays. Shorts, shirts, shoes and clearance, Oh MY! Got to get here fast and check out the items. Friendly staff and a clean store makes this place a great once a week visit.

It never ceases to amaze me no matter how many Goodwill's I go to. They always try to sell broken junk that should have been trashed already. This particular store is somewhat better than some of the rest but is still very junky and unorganized. They literally were trying to sell a used mask that you can tell hasn't even been washed right along side a notebook that you can buy brand new for the same price at Dollar Tree. Broken bric a bracs, trash and empty boxes litter the store shelves.

I shop Goodwill just about every week. Two weeks ago, I went to a Goodwill off of 29 in Spartanburg. I picked up a frying pan. The sticker price was .99 cents. When I got to the register, the cashier gave the frying pan to another worker, (she didn't even say anything to me). The worker came back and had about 6 stickers on the frying pan that was now priced at $5.99. I should of been given this item for .99 cents. It wasn't my fault if it was priced incorrectly. Also, the point being, she didn't even say anything and was going to ring me up without asking me if I wanted the frying pan. That was NOT RIGHT. Yesterday, I picked up an item that was priced at $3 brand new and Goodwill had a sticker on it for $3.99. your prices have increased dramatically and many of the stores have broken and filthy items on the shelves that's totally inappropriate those items should just be discarded. Someone is making a good salary off of these items and it's sure not the people who work on the floor. You need to revamp your prices and clean up those stores

I bought 2stylish boho shirts 1 Christian based T shirt a pair of Terry cloth shorts and a pair of sports short shorts and a Beach themed box for $9.99 .Awesome Deals! I get shopping fix on for next to nothing. I Loves the Goodwill. Perfect for someone like who loves brand names and I don't like wearing the same thing twice. Also I donate a Lot to my favorite Charity's boutique.

Clean store, friendly enough staff I suppose. Although some do have that "kill me" look deep within their eyes, but all in all they suppress it well enough to process my sale.

Jacqueline C was not as professional with certain customer. She would greet and say did you find everything ok. But when got to me quiet as a mouse. Do everyone the same as customer before. As long as she is there I won't be returning. Uncouth

Always a treat to go to the Goodwill and always so many great bargains and so much to look at... I love their Dollar rack bc I find name brand clothes at a deal.. bought. 300.dollar pair of boots for 550 and a new pair of leather shoes that are over a 100 bucks for 650... I dress like a rock star for practically nothing

I ask the cashier how she was doing and said you must be having a bad day because she had her arms folded and a sour look on her face. I was just concerned didn't mean to offend her. She was very rude to me and I'm not from south Carolina just passing through to do work. Will never visit it again don't appreciate being jumped on in a store.

I've been in quite a few goodwill stores and I have to say this is one of the worst. Prices are way too high on most things. Pictures and furniture that someone thinks are masterpieces, but are copies and presswood. I had to laugh at a desk that wasn't even real wood or vintage was priced at 200.00.

Went today as I am a huge thrift shopper and I am not from the area but I know how Goodwill works as it’s corporate company and all the same no matter what state. I will practicing social distancing waiting at the end of the shoe isle to be empty and there was a cart with prices items and I seen a metal candle so I grabbed it and a lady from outback literally yelled at me grabbed it very rudely from me instantly and stated I can’t take items from there now!!I apologized went on my way it wasn’t a big deal but I had no idea as it was labeled and in the door and I Hope next time she remembers social distancing practices too as she clearly was to heated in that moment for the labeled $4.99 item. My bad but glad I wouldn’t return there now after such behavior.

I love shopping there they do have very good prices some days you can get stuff for $0.50 some days a dollar different colored items weall different items have different color stickers on them and they cost the different prices but nothing in the two stores close to me is over $8 and that includes clothes, shoes, purses, sheets. But yes the kids toys are overpriced I had to pay $10 for an almost completely shot Barbie house because my granddaughter had a fit it was not worth $10 I tried to get her to go down and she would not anything that takes batteries they will charge a lot for because they claim it works but I come home I put new batteries in a lot of the stuff and it still don't work but you can't take it back but if you have time to dig through the clothes and the pocket books you can find nice stuff. I found a brand new E. Aigner purse that had never been used still had the paper inside everything and I have found Vans shoes you can find good stuff you just have to be willing to look.

Don't know if they hadn't put there stick out or what but not really a lot of men's to choose from more of a women and kids store but all and a nice place to go employees were great and curtious

I have to admit, there have been times where I would find some decent deals at this store. But even then, a lot of their items are very worn out and just lacking in quality (I've even seen a few of the clothes with questionable stains). And parts of the store were extremely messy and unorganized.

Smelled like an old smoker's house. Prices on many used items in good condition were about the same as what you'd pay for the item brand new retail. That said, there were bargains to be had here and there. Also, kind of disorganized, though they were cleaning and organizing constantly. They just couldn't keep up.

I found a nice selection of clothing and a variety of dinnerware at the location I went to. The staff was friendly and the clothing smelled as if it was washed before displaying.

I rarely find anything worth buying at this Goodwill. The junk y'all choose put out on the sales floor isn't worth having. Also, who in the world comes up with the pricing??? I'm certainly not paying almost retail price for stuff with holes, stains, missing pieces, and stinks. Y'all should be giving most of that stuff away. I would be ashamed to stick prices on some of that junk y'all have.

I love that this place helps with jobs I can never find anything in here that I actually like and do not like to donate to goodwill or any clothing places anymore when they just charge double when they sell them then what I paid for them when I could just sell them myself

Worst service EVER. Did not have prices on 2 of my items and said “we’ll have to wait to price it tomorrow” when I’m sure they have a way to count for it. It’s bull after bull with this place. Also they hire to meanest employees. would put zero stars if I could.
