Staff are nice to deal with if you know them, only negative is that when trying to get a fair price on a pawn or sale they take your situation and demeanor into account, taking advantage when they can. Otherwise have had good experiences.

Very rude sales people and over priced items. Items are priced at double what new would be. But the rudeness is the killer along with word of mouth. Rumor/ proof has it people have guns transferred to him to get them transfered to the customer and he refuses to sell to them after they pay and clear a background check and since a deputy is there he claims you are making a scene and has said deputy escort you out leaving the gun and you out what the gun cost just so he can sell with no cost to him even with a valid confirmed concealed carry license. Same with pawning he takes your gun on pawn and then you pay pawn off then he refuses to let you have it back so he can sell it. These rumors are more than rumors they are facts in most cases. Stay away. Why does he have a uniformed deputy (paid with tax dollars) in store when no other pawn shop does? Does the sheriff know? The answer is no, sheriff doesnt know and has no idea of the shady practices. DON'T get screwed!!!

Over priced. Also I bought a generator for the hurricane which I was assured had been tested by someone. Couldn't get it to crank and the tank had a hole in it leaking gas but they did refund my money.

Great place! The people with the negative comments above are very ignorant and appears as if they barely graduated high school (this opinion is based solely on their grammar). I have been doing business with them since they were established; i have never been let down!

👎👎👎LIARS I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this place and I don't speak for everyone who works there just the older lady who says she is the manager when the real manager isn't there and who says that she can change the rules and policies of this establishment as she see fits I usually never post on any sites but this was intentional and wrong and I feel everyone is that work hard every day for money and items that they choose to pawn are entitled to know this information so this is what this particular employee does she makes you an offer that you are satisfied with youll then agree to the offer she'll then hand you the paperwork to sign stating that you have chosen to sale your items to them and it no longer belongs to you and this is where the scamming begins she then takes that paperwork and pays you 5 to 10% less than her original offer and when you ask about it she'll tell you she has the right to change her offer that quick and then she refuses to give you a receipt or a copy of the paperwork you just signed saying that she she does not have to give you a receipt so my guess is that she's pocketing that extra 5-10% and either the real manager or owner has no clue she does that and if they do that makes the whole company CON ARTIST so I strongly advise customers looking for pawn shops choose any place except this one I've worked in retail for 8 years and customer service and management for major corporate companies and nothing about what she does is ethical or honest at all and I chose one star because Google doesn't give the option to not choose a star at all I hope this review reaches someone who is considering going here to keep them from getting scammed and ripped off from the older lady that works behind the register very DISHONEST and at her age it's quite unusual to see someone lie like that and yes before I go forget asking for her name the manager name or the owner according to her no one there has a name have a bless day.

Don't buy from here. Very overpriced. They want 240 for a roughly used xbox 1. You can get a brand new one online for about $300, so why would you pay for overpriced junk? Do yourself and the rest of the world a favor and buy from someplace else!!!

Great shop to buy, sell or trade your guns ive bought at least 4 new guns here and I always go back to see what new inventory they have you’ll be surprised of the prices and they do layaway

Young lady there was rude and must have thought we were crack heads bc she tried offering us $30 for $150 worth of gold that first cash pawn offered $100 which is more than reasonable for a pawn shop to make a profit... Will never buy or sell there again...

I love this place, all that staff are kind and helpful... I love the verity of things in the store, BUT OMG THE DEALS IN THE WAREHOUSE BELOW. PALLETS OF UNBELIEVABLY NICE THINGS TO PICK FROM. I MYSELF GO FOR THE DOG FOOD PALLETS... I CARE FOR MY ENTIRE SANCTUARY WITH ONE PALLET EVERY 2 WEEKS... Very rude staff, no employees wearing mask but asked me to leave because I pulled mine down to talk. Will never go back. Lady vacuuming at my feet, when I asked about her mask they said she was employee and don’t have to wear one.

This pawn shop is a rip off they sold me a chain for 800 dollar I left it to be cleaned and when went back because it was a gift I didn't look in the box and today I opened the box and it's not even the chain I payed for buyer beware they don't do good business they will rip you off the only reason I gave them one star is so I could post

I gave this place 1 star, because I didn't have an option to go any lower, just inspect before you buy there, is all I can tell you, because what they sale you according to them is perfect, but when you get it home its junk...never again would I buy there and PS: Never buy guns there, not a good idea.
