This store was bigger than most Game Stops I've been in, had good selection, and the guy behind the counter had awesome customer service. He had a long line and handled it very well. He multitasked and didn't lose a beat. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I remembered his name, because he deserves the recognition. Just know this is a great location for all your gaming needs! 👍 😁

We were really pleased with Tyler's helpfulness when we dropped by at 8:30PM on a Saturday night. He was personable with our toddler and kind when we needed help finding the game we came to purchase.

Went there today and this guy Tyler Miller who supposedly worked there and he was lazy and didn't do his job and he racially profiled me and was completely disrespected me after I asked about the GTA 6 release date. This staff is terrible, he also smelled like he did not shower and needs to be fired. He is so stinky. Smelled like complete beans and it's terrible service. I just wanna get my Doki Doki Literature Club pamphlet and find out when GTA 6 is coming out and I just get disrespected. Don't come to this Gamestop!

The 1 gaffney is mismanaged went in to exchange my ps4 which was giving me sliight issues only to get 1 with a smaller hard drive and pre-owned bad decision went back three days later because that was really messing up only to be told they didn't have another to swap me out with oh and if I decided to take trade credit towards a ps5 I would get 50 dollars gee no wonder game stop is losing business poor customer satisfaction

I will never ever shop at GameStop again I got madden on the day of the release date dude charged me for a warranty 1st thing I’m 43 years old why I need a warranty I’m no kid it was a big black guy kind of over weight wearing a flash tee shirt please read your receipts I was in a rush did not realize until I got home it’s not about the money it’s because he did it without asking me smh I’m done with them

The customer service was great however I’ve only seen an active OSHA violation twice in my life, The second one was here it looks like the store had flooded that’s definitely an hazard.

Went here around Xmas and the guys behind the counter were super helpful to make sure I picked out the right game. Also gave my kid a Pokemon handout which was cool as he's a Poke fanatic. Will return.

Lady working up on the register with tattoos on her arms is incredibly rude and ran her mouth about her customers right in front of them. This is why I go to The Game Garage in Pinewood.

Had Xbox series x in stock online for in store pick up, ordered it and paid. Waited 24 hours with no email stating it was ready. Called 5 times and no one answered, so we went up to the store to see what was up as the $550 was taken out of my account. Guy was rude, watching shows on his phone (instead of answering the store phone, could've saved a trip) and was told he didn’t have any Xbox’s in the store at all. So I was charged for something that doesn’t exist.

Good service, great selection! My son and I like to spend time looking at the games. The Manager offered a recommendation and was friendly- did not approach us with a pushy sales approach, which is refreshing. I prefer to own the physical copy over digital and typically buy them from Gamestop.

Rather rude employees. Walked in to ask a simple question at 7 minutes till 9. Guy yelled at me, and other customers to hurry up, and that he was going to stop ringing people up in ONE minute... Didn't want to answer an easy question. Do better.

Didnt get a welcoming greeting upon entering the store...but that didn't really matter too me! I came in looking for what i wanted, and they had it!!! That made my night..although it was a pretty intense moment when a customer and employee got into it. It definitely made a scene but not really a disturbance. Other than that i enjoyed browsing the store. Its so much bigger than the one in my town. It was very nice and a clean atmosphere..i will be back here to shop again if im ever in that area!!

I went in because they had a sign outside saying they buy phones - so I took my old Samsung in for them to look at and see if they would buy it. Lucas was the associate who helped me and he was great - patient and helpful; definitely recommend this store, lots of fun stuff (got some great Xmas ideas) and a wonderful price for my phone. I look forward to shopping there again!

Worst Customer service I have ever received. I had called ahead to a Game stop across town, I get there and one employee goes thru And processes the trade in And gives me my money, but Andrew runs out and says that their policy is different and you have to have a charger to trade it in, but If I buy it new it Does NOT include a charger. Andrew was very rude when explaining the policy. I do want to say though that Store leader Chuck was awesome, he apologized for the experience and I was thankful for that. He took time out of his day to call and speak with me, this shouldn't have happened but he did make the situation better. All in all, if it weren't for Chuck, I would be taking my business elsewhere.

Was a little disappointed the last time I was in there. I took my son to pick out his birthday present and it was not the best experience. Felt very rushed to make a decision and since they didn't have the best selection it took my son awhile to decide on something. Staff really wasn't very helpful, and we had finally just find something and pay. No thank you, or do you need help finding anything, nothing. Probably won't go back.

Had e-mail for powerup rewards members only for purchase of a ps5 in store buy only. they ignored the email and just went first come first serve and had already gave out numbers at 7am to people in line even one employee that was off and first in line called his friends rather they had a membership or not 18 people in line all called and reported this to corporate bad business.

While they Most likely have or can order/track down the games you're looking for they have recently started having a better selection of side items such as action figures and specialty "toys" at a reasonable retail price. Their trade in value has and continues to be questionable at best but this is widely known already.

I like the way this Gamestop is setup. Nice and open with merchandise scattered about the room evenly. If you have OCD, don't worry! This one is clean and straight like Lieutenant Surge himself came to the present from 1996 and kicked this place into shape!

Went in looking for Wii games their selection is very small though I realize it is an older machine. They had some hidden behind the counter and I asked about Mario Kart Wii. They wanted 60$ for a game that is used on a game system that even they are phasing out and will soon discontinue carrying the games. I am not paying new prices for used games.

Greeted at the door, received flyer illustrating deals for Black Friday, well organized merchandise considering the specific shopping day, and some really great deals! We specifically were looking for POP Vinyl dolls and the selection was vast.

I always come here for all my game related stuff. I love this store they are always so friendly and very professional. The only thing is that this store it's small so there's not to much space for all the merch the could put in store. Besides that always has some great deals!! I'm an elite pro member and it has been the best desicion ever!! 2 gamers live on the same roof!! So very convenient!! Very happy!!
