Awful store conditions.Out of stocks all over the store on both featured sale items & non sale items. Absolutely no concern from management for customer service. No carts in the vestibule,had to go into parking lot in order to get my cart.

Not going to lie. I go here alot some people that work there is friendly and some managers act like they better then you. But what really got me I brought some Jimmy Dean sausage up to register because it expired and a lady took it from the cashier the cashier told her it expired. She said of course it is and proceed to take it back to the cooler shelf to sell.

Nice store.. easy layout...good prices... Still much lower everyday prices compared to Ingles or Publix. Sadly, I couldn't find my favorite ice cream on my last trip...update. You should know...Unlike other Food Lions...FYI..this store now closes at 10PM!. Now...in late 2023...never.. NEVER any carts inside ..so bring one in from the parking lot.

Food lion is always clean and stocked. Never really a wait at checkout they are well staffed. Shopping is a breeze everything is easy to find as they don't change things around every other day like some markets.

This particular food lion needs a makeover. They are always out of items. Not all of the employees are competent. The managers do make an effort, but the others need better training. The store could use a good scrubbing. The parking lot can be dangerous so beware. People tend to loiter. I saw one man looking into parked cars. I do shop there out of convenience, but this store is not my first pick.UPDATE: May 1st 2023Not much has changed...

I love love Food Lion. Food Lion is incredible. My Cashier went above and beyond for me. The Bakery also does an excellent excellent job. The store is nice and clean.

UPDATE 03/2024: This is the only grocery store that never has enough money for cash back. Even though a whole apartment complex was built right next door. I come here and there's always a no cash back sign on the door. No instacart, no cash back no self check out, no point in coming.

Wow, we just stopped here to get one item.. lol .. $58.00 later 😁👍 and we are highly impressed... Sorry I didn't even think to take pictures - next time I will and give him a great rating again...They have great prices their staff was good the place is wonderful we found a new place to shop .. they have great deals.. Highly Recommend..

I have a small service dog and I always put my little service dog in the basket with a clean blanket down for his safety! I am new to the area. I was just learning my surroundings, and I went to Publix first, and was told by the manager I could not have him in the cart at all. Well with my disability he needs to be close to me so that he can smell my adrenalin if it would rise. So I left knowing that is a lie and totally illegal but I was so upset by the interaction with the manager I had to leave because my service dog alerted me to the fact that my adrenaline was rising so I knew I had to l. So I found, Food Lion near me and went, with my service dog and we were welcomed with open arms. We go several times a week and it's always great love from the employees and the public! Kinda strange that the store that was so unethical and nasty is called"PUBLIX". Go figure!

Very Busy!!! I guess everyone is getting ready for Thanksgiving. But the cashier at the location off of Pine Street was very pleasant. 🙂 And it was her first day. I've been in customer service for over 45 years and I find it that even if customers are frustrated having a pleasant attitude makes them feel better.

Not as crowded as Walmart. The customers are friendly and more respectable in general. The staff is AMAZING as well. All of them ! Managers included. I love shopping at this location because I feel like a community.

A bit pricy compared to other supermarkets, but extremely clean. Organized in a confusing way making it hard to find things you need quickly. Also they had empty shelves due to not being kept fully stocked. Super nice staff. Friendly type experience.
