Nice, clean store!!! Clerks and stockers both were extremely friendly!!! This was really a excellent experience!!! I definitely never thought I would get treated the way that I was at a discount store!!! Bravo, Five Below!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the store, and I definitely plan on coming back in the future!!! I love the discount stuffed animals!!! They are a really good deal!!! Check them out when you are in the area!!! They have a lot of selection!!!

I’ve been here two weekends in a row and they have at most 2 self checkout registers working. Today one one self checkout register yet 3 employees standing around the front area. This used to be my go to 5Below but lately it’s been messy, stock boxes blocking aisles, hardly any registers during the busiest days and staff to busy socializing with each other.

Awesome place to shop. Friendly, helpful people. Also, I found out you can buy online and pick up in store. Quite convenient I think. Also found out I can do bulk orders of things I need alot of while in store. Thought this was awesome.

Five below in hillcrest sc, is amazing and the staff is amazing and helpful, one that I'm very blessed for is Bryson he makes you feel like you have known him forever, with the biggest smile and helps till he done all he could do, this is always stocked and very clean...

Great place to buy all kinds of goodies. They have everything you could think of, plus more it seems. Super cool & fun items for anyone. Great for birthday gifts or least minute party needs. Tons of things to take home & make your own! I definitely give it 10 out of 10 ⭐️ I do recommend this clean & tidy location to any & everyone!

If I can give 0 I would. Store is strictly self checkout and we had had issues with our method of payment. The lady had an attitude about it all and said well you can just use another form of payment no we couldn't we didn't. After a few minutes of waiting she was finally able to get it issue sorted but the experience was quit disappointing will not be going back.

The customer service is great. I was greeted when i walked in all 3 times lol. I had lost my cellphone and a nice honest customer named Courtney found it and turned it in. Employee Andrew, returned it to me safe and sound!! Thank you!! I'm new here and I can't get around town without it!! THANK YOU COURTNEY AND ANDREW!!!

I can say without a doubt I got the best customer service here out of anywhere I have ever been to in my life. The workers were extremely friendly especially Andrew that man deserves a raise he helped me find what I was looking for and was incredibly nice. 1000/10 customer service and the store is very well kept.

Closing Shift Manager was openly having an argument with an employee and another customer about at home issues and closing the registers. We heard arguing from the front of the store and the other employee that was getting yelled at came to us and told us they were closed as we we were leaving, the closing manager was in the face of the employee/customer continuing to yell at him.
