Location has so many expired products just bought cookies last night.my husband eat a few this morning started feeling sick and only thing he had this morning so go to the kitchen and look they are expired by 5 months sep 23 this isn't the first time I've had this happen. I go to the counter and asked for a corporate phone number. She states she doesn't have it and then lady at the counter told me I should check them before buying and that if this has happened before that she would go back. My reply was It's a store here for convenience i shouldnt have to check if the groceries are expired. I would expect to not be buying expired products. Someone needs to help this location lots of expired stuff in this store.

It's 10:30am on a Wednesday and they are closed. Watched 10 or more people try to go inside but the doors are locked. A sign letting people know that they are closed would have been appreciated by all.

I'm not really sure. What was the point of them remodeling the store or the parking lot for it to be closed every single day... The staff that is there when it is open is rude and unprofessional. The last time i was there i waited upfront with three other customers over 10 minutes at the register just for a young lady to come out and say "well im the only one here and i had to talk to my manager." Their was a merchandiser there stocking feminine items that even commented this is the worst store she comes to. They need to do better or just shut the store down at this point. If i could give a lower rating i would .

I bought 2 quarts of Shamrock Farms half and half on 01/17/24.On 01/18/24 I opened the first quarter when I made coffee. My coffee didn't taste right. So I checked the bottle. Both quarts were dated 01/08/24. 9 days out of date!!!! So I brought them back to the store. The clerk, after he gave his breakfast order to the person on the phone, said he couldn't refund or exchange them without the receipt. He said it was company policy. However, he ended up letting me exchange the unopened one. So, I lost money. And he broke company policy. So, I went back to the cooler to exchange the one, and everything left in the cooler was dated for today. And that isn't the worst part, someone had put a roll of hamburger in the milk cooler and it was dripping blood all over the cooler and the gallons of milk.

The store was pretty messy. But they had everything we went for. The cashier was polite.

This location has been closed for 2-3 days at this point. I have visited this location before and its been closed before the time stated in the window. Has a note on the door and is says system is down. There's employees in the building but not opening the store. Can IT department talk someone through how to fix.

They have new employees in my store & the two young ladies working today were absolutely refreshing. They greeted customers, were very friendly, & they were happily talking & laughing the whole time I was in the store. It was a totally different atmosphere from all the other times with grumpy & griping employees.I really loved my shopping experience today.

Everytime I go to this store, they're always closed. I go at the times they say they're open and nope always closed for some stupid reason. The ladies are always rude and stuck up, honey it's family dollar for goodness sake.

It was straight. Out of some products but most importantly the ladies working earlier were very nice to me and one asked if I needed help. I'm cool with that 😎 ❤ Good customer service will make me ce there on a regular

I have been in this Family Dollar 4 times and each time I believe it has gotten worse. There is absolutely nothing on the cold and flu isle, not even behind the counter a lot of isles have items strown in the floor and one day There was a bad of dog food busted and I was in there shopping about 20 minutes and no one ever cleaned any of the stuff up. Two female employees were up front complaining about working very loudly. Finally I gave up on what I was looking for and paid for the items I had and left because it was clear they would rather stand up there and complain than be out on the floor and straighten anything.

Lady was so rude. I was trying to return something that I had bought & split payment when I paid for it so I was just curious about if I could get the cash back instead of it going on my card. When she Said I was okay with that never argued back about it. But when we got done I went to go look around the store & the whole time I was looking RoundI could hear her talking about me saying I was doing this and that .... I mean a very negative ladyJust sits there & just talking bad about customers & nit even know I was still in the store looking aroundWill not beegoing back there for sure
